Thank you for your 4-star review of our lovely and clean property! We are delighted that you noticed our careful attention to the beach towels. There is always a Prestige representative accessible to help you between 9 - 11 a.m. and 4 - 6 p.m., as stated on the sign beside our LeVent Resort lobby office and communicated to all guests during check-in. It is not guaranteed that one of our staff members will be in the office outside of these hours, but they are constantly on-site working on important projects like upkeep of the property, cleaning inspections, and helping with check-ins and check-outs as well as other guest needs. We want to make sure that all upcoming visitors are aware of the beach towel policy. One beach towel will be provided for each guest upon check-in; this towel may be exchanged every day between 9 - 11 a.m. and 4 - 6 p.m. at our LeVent Resort office located in the lobby. $25 is charged for any lost beach towel.
