Wenn wir BEACHFRONT sagen, meinen wir absolute Strandlage! Das PRINCESS BUILDING befindet sich direkt am Strand auf den Fotos. Es ist der schönste Strand auf Oahu - fantastisch!

Abseits der Massen - wie ALTES HAWAII, wo der Aloha-Geist lebt und wohlauf ist!

Dieses Gerät wurde nicht so kürzlich wie unsere anderen Eigentumswohnungen umgebaut - der Preis spiegelt das wider. Es hat Teppich anstelle von Fliesen und ein Queensize-Bett und kein Kingsize-Bett wie unsere anderen Einheiten. Obwohl die Wohnung etwas veraltet ist, hat es alle die gleichen Annehmlichkeiten (außer hat tragbare Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer / keine zentrale Klimaanlage) und Ausstattung und ist SUPER SAUBER wie der Rest unserer Eigentumswohnungen. Wenn Sie also nach einer blitzsauberen Wohnung direkt am Strand suchen, aber keine Lust haben, ist diese Wohnung möglicherweise genau das Richtige für Sie.

KOSTENLOSER PARKPLATZ IN GATED LOT und KOSTENLOSES INTERNET / WiFi

Queen-Schlafzimmer (Memory Foam Matratze) und Queen-Size-Schlafsofa mit Memory Foam Dream Topper im Wohnzimmer! Es gibt auch einen hawaiianischen Futon mit einem Boden. Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Geräten in Originalgröße und allem Nötigen.

Wir liefern alle Gerichte, Töpfe und Pfannen, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Eismaschine und einen Mixer für die Zubereitung dieser köstlichen hawaiianischen Fruchtsmoothies.

Wir haben auch einen Geschirrspüler, 2 Fernseher, 2 DVDs, tragbare Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, Deckenventilatoren, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Bügeleisen / -brett, alle Bettwäsche (einschließlich Strandtücher), Haartrockner, Liegestühle, Matten, Boogie Boards, Schnorchelausrüstung, Sonnenschirm und kühler. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Einheit.

Wir bieten sogar Ferngläser für den In-Condo-Gebrauch an - beobachten Sie direkt von Ihrer Veranda aus, wie die Wale (in der Saison), Delfine und Riesen-Meeresschildkröten eine Show veranstalten!

We appreciated the transparency and honesty of the host. The room was exactly as advertised, nothing more, nothing less. Our trip exceeded expectations. The stretch of beach that the condo located on is nothing short of amazing. Saw sea turtles and a variety of fish every time we snorkeled, right from the beach. Last but not least, the host was super responsive to every message from start to end.

We loved this cozy beachside Condo. The owner was very accommodating and honest. The pool is great and the accessibility to the beach was flawless. The only drawback was no AC. The bedroom did have a portable AC unit and we had no problems sleeping. We opened up the doors during the days and the trade winds blew a perfect breeze through the condo. Dont let this stop you from staying here. The host left clear directions and even threw in some fun stuff to see and do on Oahu. The security at the Condos did a good job and were mindful of who belonged and didn't belong. The host provided snorkeling items, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. We did see turtles everyday and1 jellyfish. The sunsets every night were simply amazing. It is perfect for watching sunsetts!! Overall very good. I would have given it a great but the AC issue. We would stay there again! Thank you, Pat!

Great building on an epic beach

You can’t be any closer to the beach. Pulled by the sound of the waves the whole time. Quiet beach during the week. The building is safe and good neighbours. Condo decor is dated but not run down or problematic. Loved our stay.

Beach front condo

We had a wonderful time at this beach front condo. The beach was beautiful. The sunsets were spectacular. The property feels very safe and secure. The other residents/renters were friendly. We had a great time. We spent most of our time in Kapolei near our daughter. Driving in and out was tricky. You definitely have to time it right or you’ll hit some traffic. We will definitely come back in the future.

Canadian travellers

Condo was as advertised. The ocean view is AMAZING. The private beach was great. The location is definitely off the beaten path which is nice if you don’t want the chaos of Honolulu. Despite the many homeless in the area we felt safe at this gated community. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our hosts were great communicators. The condo is in dire need of some Reno’s as some things didn’t work ( worn out plug ins, closet door comes off its tracks) and it is very dated. We found it expensive for what we got. As well, there are many rules! Despite all of that we enjoyed our stay.

Beach and Turtle Time!

We love learning about the culture from the locals and native people! The beach was beautiful and so fun to play in the waves! We loved going to the beach next door and snorkeling with the turtles! Home away from home

I was in town to visit my Mom who was recovering from a stroke. The property was perfect! It was worth the drive to that side of the island. The view was beautiful, we saw a seal swimming along the shoreline playing. The beach wasn’t crowded and everything is exactly as described! The owners are completely transparent on any construction( wasn’t bothersome at all as you are gone most of the time) Owners are also very helpful and quick to respond. I have to come back multiple times to help my Mom so hoping I am lucky enough to be able to stay here again! Mahalo Nui Loa!!

Worst vacation rental we've ever done

I don't like being so critical, but honestly I really wish we had stayed somewhere else and we would not stay here again. A few positives first though before the reasons we didn't like the place. The beach is nice, it is a bit steep if kids can't swim, but for our kids they had a blast. Snorkeling is available right off the beach. Great view of sunsets, turtles, sea lions, etc... Everything is 'right there'. However, we would not stay here again because: The first reason is all the rules, I've never stayed in a place that was so ridiculous. Don't sit on the bedspread, don't use the air conditioner during the day, don't unplug any plugs, don't dry your bathing suit on the lanai, take out your trash every day, wash and fold the sheets before you leave, the list just goes on and on with signs everywhere in BOLD UNDERLINES 'DO NOT'. It was far more like staying in a crazy relative's place and following their rules as a guest instead of feeling like a paying customer. Second, there was construction almost every day that was not disclosed in the listing. No relaxing on the lanai for us with the ocean sounds drowned out by reciprocating saws. Third, we definitely overpaid. The place is listed as 'dated', but it is neglected. The place was gross and super worn. How hard would it be to use a magic eraser on the bathroom door or cabinets, there was a two inch brown trim of filth around the edges. Everything was very worn, pans were bent, Tupperware leaked, glasses broke. There was even a leak in the place when we were there and the maintenance staff moved the ceiling panels to access it - but they didn't put it back and one of the tiles fell and hit my daughter. The maintenance philosophy is definitely wait until it breaks to address. Finally, the neighborhood is advertised as 'locals', but it is definitely not nice. Lots of broken down cars and trash in the yards. Tons of homeless. In fact when we snorkel from the beach, we had to navigate the homeless camp's fishing lines. Overall, this is a cheap, budget ocean view location, but we've stayed at other ocean view, beach front rentals in Hawaii with the same budget and they were way nicer than this. We overpaid and could have gotten so much more for our money.

Cozy Oahu Getaway!!

This place was awesome! The views off the balcony were superb. My wife and I enjoyed our 30th anniversary there for a week. We spent a couple days seeing other parts of the island and were very glad to get back to the cozy condo and the amazing beach. Snorkeling was great and the beach was perfect. We will definitely go back to the same location. The owners were fabulous to work with and very quick to respond with any issues. We loved it.. and will be going back.

A perfect spot

This was a perfect condo for 2people. It had everything we needed with an excellent ocean view. Rarely more than a handful of people on the beach. Some neighbors played their conch shells each sunset. We saw several whales. The beach gets deep very quickly and has a strong riptide, so probably would not be the best location for young children or their aging grandparents. We loved it so much, we want to return for longer next time.

The condo was everything we didn't even know we needed! A phenomenal view, delicious trade winds blowing through, gorgeous sunsets and front row seating to daring early morning surfers, super clean and comfortable! The pool was refreshing, we watched the sunset from the beach and had nightly ping pong tournaments! Nearby notable restaurants were the Beach House at 604 and Coquitos. The Maxwells have thought of every detail to make sure you feel at home. From snorkel gear to beach towels and then some, you name it, they thought of it. Breakfast on the lanai was what we will miss most the breeze, the view… !!. Of course, Hawaii in and of itself is an amazing place but the Maxwells have gone above and beyond to make you feel like you belong there. We can’t say enough about how much we appreciate all you’ve done to make our first trip memorable!! Mahalo!! Melissa & Jorge Texidor
