Traditional Venice beach bungalow in a quiet residential area --The Silver Triangle--just steps from the canals and a 5 minute walk to the beach and Abbott Kinney Blvd. 3 large bedrooms and two full baths, one with a jacuzzi tub. Modern white kitchen with lots of cook space, and dining table for five. Roomy living room with two couches antique post modern furniture. Quiet oasis of a backyard acts as another living room, with dining area for six, large new couch and more seating, gas BBQ and stunning gas fire pit. Make this your home. I do live in my home when not rented, so you will find some personal affects around, but i clear drawers and create hanging spaces for guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas, gas grill, boogie boards are all for guest use. Home sharing number is HSR19-001901.

We came in for a weekend wedding with my family, including our 1-year old daughter. John was such an amazing host, communicated everything we needed, and even had a pack n’ play set up for us before we got there! This was such a great neighborhood to stay in and we loved this home!

Good central location in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay overall at this property. The home is centrally located for exploring Los Angeles. Pro’s - John the host was great, very responsive. The home was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Con’s- the master bedroom bed is hard to sleep on because of a large dip in the mattress. The hot water was an adventure the first day so plan to be patient with this old homes pipes and plumbing.

Just What We Needed

We were in town for our son's wedding and John's place was a very comfortable home base for us. John was very communicative and attentive. The owner appears to live here at times when it is not rented, so you will be sharing some of the storage space (closets and drawers) with his things. Overall, it was still a great place to stay for our trip. We found things to be just as the listing said they would be. We would definitely stay again if future travel brings us back to Venice.

Great location, comfy house

It was very nice and quiet. We stayed next to the canals, which were really fun to walk through at night with all the twinkly lights. Very easy to walk to restaurants and quick markets and the beach is close.

Outstanding stay

My three adult children and I found the house to be extremely well equipped, user-friendly and most importantly, very comfortable. It was both charming and spacious, ample size bedrooms and baths, great living room- kitchen area, nice backyard space. The host was very responsive to questions and extremely helpful. The neighborhood is really well located, easy street parking. I would happily stay there again.
