We had a wonderful stay in Brookline. It was very clean, bright and the snacks were a great addition. Getting the key from the lock box was easy and the book with details on local restaurants, things to do, how to use the house tv, map for the T and any other important information was included. The host was also helpful in parking ideas before we arrived which helped us immensely. I would definitely stay again.

Mice!! We had issues with mice, and three days of being told taken care of, but not. We had to purchase mice traps (yuck!!!). Maintenance came and sprayed foam with mice repellent. This was viewable around the kitchen and bedroom which the foam splattered on floor and furnishing. This is toxic. It became a health issue with my child going to Boston Children’s Hospital. Location was amazing; but If your not use to stairs it can become overwhelming. The noise in the large bedroom is loud from the road, but the view is amazing and large king bed. The kitchen is well stocked, however the outside area is a fire escape that isn’t very sturdy. The parking cost is not included; and people would park in our spot. With a disabled child this became cumbersome.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed here to tour colleges in the area with our daughter. The location was great, easy quick walk to the T, safe location and lots of restaurant and shops within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries and super helpful. Would definitely stay again when in Boston..

Great apartment in a great location

We enjoyed everything about this apartment! The location was great, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The apartment was sunny and the beds were really comfortable. We came into town for a Wedding in Boston. The location was perfect the Smokehouse located below was a plus the rooms were very large and very comfortable I would recommend this location to anyone who will be spending time in Boston but would like to be outside the city.

There were four of us in our group and we were quite comfortable at this apartment. Deb rsponded to our emails promplty before we arrived and while we were there. It was very well located for our needs giving us easy access to transportation. The property was very clean and we certainly appreciated the goodies in the welcome basket when we arrived after our trip. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Central Location, easy to get to T

The size was great for 4 adults and 2 kids, any questions were answered fast. The T is just a few blocks away and there are plenty of food options nearby. The wifi was a little slow with 4 people trying to use it. The kids loved the games and massage chair.

Quiet location in the heart of it all

We very much enjoyed our stay in Brookline. The property manager was attentive and responsive. The location was centrally located amongst some gorgeous historical architecture. We were also a quick walk to town with many amenities. When we wanted to go a bit further out, Uber was there in a heartbeat. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for the 3 of us, but could comfortably sleep a few more. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would recommend as well as stay again.
