Unser schönes Zuhause liegt ganz in der Nähe des Fort Rock Park und eine kurze Radtour zum fabelhaften neuen SHARC und dem Village. Wir sind nur wenige Minuten vom nördlichen Lebensmittelgeschäft und der Kirche auf Cottonwood entfernt. Dieses Haus ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub / Treffen und Mehrfamilientreffen. Große ganzjährig und mit der neuen SHARC am Ende der Straße, können Sie nicht Sunriver als erste Wahl Ziel Resort schlagen !!

Wir haben gerade einen neuen Holzküchenboden installiert! Wir haben neue Matratzen in den Etagen Zimmer, neue Belag, einen neuen Kühlschrank und neue Kochgeschirr. Das Haus ist vor allem eine einstöckigen Haus, nur mit dem Master-Suite auf der oberen Ebene. Für Gruppen, die nicht wie viele Treppen, das ist eine schöne Alternative zu mehrstufigen Eigenschaften.

Alle Betten sind in FÜNF SEPARATE SCHLAFZIMMER - NICHT im Wohnbereich. Es gibt zwei Kingsize-Betten und ein Queen-Size-Bett in drei separate Schlafzimmer, und es gibt zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit je einem Multischlafetagen (zwei an der Spitze, Doppelbett unten und zwei trundle). Es gibt 2 Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Unsere Garage ist mit einer Heizung und bequemen Sofas und Stühlen, so dass die Besucher den Billardtisch und Tischfußball auch im Winter genießen können. Wir haben gerade ein Sofa / Futon und extra Kühlschrank in der Garage als auch hinzugefügt.

Wir bieten 10 Durchgänge für die unbegrenzte Nutzung des NEW SHARC - Sunriver führenden Wassersportzentrum, die Außenpools umfasst, ein "Lazy River" aktuellen Pool, fabelhafte kurvigen Rutschen, Fontänen, Kinderbecken, einen großen Innenpool, Männer und Frauen Umkleideräume, Außen-Jacuzzi, einen Essbereich, und viel Platz auf dem Rasen, einen Liegestuhl / Stuhl und Sonnenschirm Schatten zu greifen. Pässe sind auch gut für die Reservierung von Tennisplätzen. Ein Sparangebote für unsere Gäste !!!

We had a great time. The house provided ample space. However, the tvs need replaced—. So old we couldn’t even plug a Roku into them and the hot tub has seen better days. It was good for areas to store food and the kitchen was great. The washer was super small and dryer vent needs to be cleared. Had to dry out loads 3x to have anything dry. Thanks for the stay

Great place to stay in Sunriver

My family had a great time in this large home with 5 bedrooms located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Location is within walking distance to Fort Rock Park and we liked that it was away from the busyness of the village and SHARC. Extremely quiet sitting on the back deck in the evenings!

Great Sunriver home

We enjoyed our stay at Tan Oak 32. Great location, great floor plan. Kitchen has a lot of prep space, and plenty of cookware and dishes. Extra refrigerator in the garage was super helpful. Loved watching the deer. The pool table was fun too.

Family meet-up

Great house for grandparents, adult kids and grandkids to meet-up. The main floor was spacious and there were enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. The hot tub and deck were a big hit.

Fabulous for Families

We had a great time staying in this lovely home. The 5 bedrooms made it ideal for our 3 family vacation. The accommodations were wonderful, master suite was amazing, great kitchen, outdoor grill and the deck furniture was ample for dinners outside. We liked the location and enjoyed walks each evening. This is a beautiful part of Sunriver. We already want to go back!

Wonderful family home

We had a great time staying in this home with our grown children and grandchildren. The kids loved the bunk rooms and great staircase that led to a huge master suite. The house is very open and was great for gathering for meals and games. Perfect for families with kids!! This home had everything that we needed. We would rent again.

Sunriver Fun

This property has lots of space for everyone, and our teenagers really enjoyed the garage. The kitchen has many utensils and pans for cooking and Sharc passes for all. Being close to Fort Rock Park was another bonus for our group!

A short stay at this home to celebrate Christmas. The size was just right for our family. We enjoyed activities set out in the garage. Great house for large family

We liked being in a cul de sac close to Rock Park. The property had plenty of parking for our three families and the garage was a great play space for the grandkids. The house had a nice layout mostly on ground floor. Very well equipped with kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc.

Perfect for a large group!

This house was perfect for our large family. Master bath was huge and perfect for our daughter bride and the bridesmaids to get ready in. Great for photography too. The pool table and foosball table kept everyone entertained. There was plenty of space to spread out if you needed some quiet time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget friendly place for a large group.

My three siblings and I have owned our beautiful Sunriver home since the death of our mom in early 2008. Our family has been coming to Sunriver for many years, and she felt it was the perfect place for us to continue to gather as a family and enjoy each other and the beauty of Central Oregon. We have loved our time here and we love sharing this gift with our guests.

Our home is large enough to accomodate our growing family and we love that most of the home is on one floor (something our mom insisted upon -- she did not want a lot of stairs). We generally access our home from the Cottonwood exit, and we like coming in that 'back door.' We love our proximity to Fort Rock Park (we are big tennis players), the Village, golf courses (we golf, too), the SHARC, north market, the church and bike path. We have open space behind our home where we can watch the deer and squirrels wander about. While there is always plenty to do inside Sunriver, we have enjoyed outings/hikes to Lava Lands, the lava tube, High Desert Museum, beautiful Bend and all it has to offer, Paulina Peak...and did you know Oregon's most incredible attraction, Crater Lake, is only an hour and a half away?! We just cannot say enough about our place. We absolutely love it!!
