With 2,200+ square feet of living space on a 1/4 acre lot, this home is ideal for families vacationing together or a single family that enjoys having extra room to kick back and lounge in. A short bike ride will take you to the $18 million dollar newly constructed SHARC facilities which offer fun indoor and outdoor activities year round. With no through traffic and away from all the noise of people and loud trains, all you should hear is the sound of your family enjoying time together.
