Great location, very safe, stores and restaurants nearby, pool, and fishing.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, wildlife and the comfort. You can have drinks on the lanai, pool or dock and enjoy the area. We are on a sailboat access canal and have a great solar heated pool. Fantastic beaches are in every direction. We are close to Veterans Bridge which will take you to Fort Myers. Quiet safe neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and shopping. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
Our sailboat access canal home has a living room with tv, DVD player, movies and PlayStation 3 with games, Foosball table, cabinet with board games, books, cards, puzzles and two comfortable sofa sleepers.
The family room has Direct tv, Blu-Ray player, fire stik, Netfliks, ceiling fan, leather recliner chair and sofa, and wine cooler.. Glass doors open onto the lanai. The furnished kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. The dining room seats 6 at the table and includes a bar cabinet. Glass doors also open onto the lanai from the dining room. There is a pocket door that closes off the kitchen from the master bedroom for those early risers.
The master bedroom has a canal view with king bed, Direct tv, night stands, ceiling fan, sitting chair, dresser, walk in closet, and bathroom with custom step in shower with dual shower heads. It is separated from the other 2 bedrooms.
The queen guest room has a view of the pool and canal, night stands, ceiling fan, bench, smart tv and closet. The main bath is across the hall from this room with an outside door to access the pool and there is also a hallway door that can close off the family room from this bedroom.
The other guest room contains a king bed, night stand, chair and closet.
There is a large laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board. The house is tiled throughout with carpeting in the bedrooms and living room.
The screened lanai has a table with 4 chairs, 4 bar chairs that face a granite counter with a pass through from kitchen, ceiling fans, pool floats and a double hammock.
The solar heated pool is surrounded by a fence with 2 chaise lounges, table, patio chairs and a large cantilever umbrella. The patio has 2 chaise lounges with a bbq grill. There is a dock on the canal with 4 patio chairs and tables where you can fish or watch the wildlife such as manatees or river otters swim by. Across the canal and down the street is a protected burrowing owl area and we also have regular sightings of bald eagles and osprey.
There is an Eco park close by where you can rent kayaks in the fall, winter and spring and walk trails. Walmart, Publix’s, a bowling alley, movie theater, a state of the art indoor gun range, and restaurants/bars are all within a few blocks.
Allegiant Airlines offers great deals on flights from all over the country. They fly into Punta Gorda which is 30 minutes from our home.
