Large Two Bedroom Ocean View Loft. Diese zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder Wohnung verfügt über ein Queen-Bett im Schlafzimmer (Hauptebene), zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer (im Obergeschoss im Loft) und einem ausziehbaren Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer, so dass dieses Gerät auf bis zu sechs Personen schlafen . Im Erdgeschoss Bad wurde umgebaut mit einer wunderschön gefliesten begehbare Dusche mit Glastüren. Dieses Gerät verfügt über einen neuen Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Amazing complex, Would not recommend this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed at Kamaole Sands many times, a first in this unit. The location of the complex and this unit are amazing, very close to the beach and great views from the large balcony. We would not recommend this unit as it has been extremely neglected. It is very run down, dated and dirty - mostly from a maintenance perspective which makes it hard to provide a ‘clean’ space (stained carpet, chipped/painted fridge, walls chipped and filthy throughout, doors damaged etc). The oven did not work so we only cooked at the outdoor BBQs. The listing also did not mention having anything available for babies so we rented from an outside company and when we arrived they had a pack n play and safety gates for the stairs in the closet - it would have been nice to know this as we spent a lot on renting these items.

We stayed in unit 10-405 and absolutely loved our stay. The condo was spacious, had a great view for morning coffee and evening cocktails, it was quiet and had easy access to the beach and road nearby. The grounds and facilities are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. We can't wait to come back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean which is within five minutes of walking distance. The condo itself needs some attention. The floor fan in the bedroom was so dirty along with the window shutters that were covered in dust. The bedroom floor was also dirty and poorly vacuumed.The overall condition of the living room furniture was poor. Not a piece of furniture was comfortable or very clean. There were many ants in the kitchen. Judging from the ant traps, this is an ongoing problem. Lastly, providing guests with decent toilet paper would have been nice. Clearly the owners are more interested in making a buck by cutting corners. It’s a nice place but needs some deep cleaning and TLC.

We have received your concerns and understand them completely, however- we are at will of the Kamaole Sands AOAO and they will not allow us to amend your frustrations at the present time. You have been issued compensation, an additional parking pass, and our highest attention but regrettably there is only so much we can do. Gratefully, your condo has another working shower and you are not at a total loss for your holiday. Beautiful Place, AC unit totally undersized

The unit was very clean, the view from the terrace and the location within the development excellent. The air conditioning unit was totally inadequate and did not cool the unit. We were with a group of 12 other unit renters and all other units had much better AC units and kept their premises cool. The 1 and only wall unit in this unit is totally undersized to the point the room never got cooler than 85 degrees Fahrenheit

Good, but expensive

The unit is generally well kept and, apart from lacking a kettle, all appliances were in good condition. Some of the linen (grey pillowslips) was not clean when we arrived, the pillows were overworn, and the living room furniture upholstery is perhaps in need of cleaning. The unit is relatively expensive, as other 2 bedroom units are offered for considerably less.

overall we had a lovely stay at the condo. We only had not enough towels.... the towels available smelled and were not white anymore . every dat we had to do the laundry otherwise we didnt have towels to use in the bathroom And there were not enough drinking glasses. only 5....if you had breakfast you had to wash them before lunch. so we bought 4 extra glasses.

We were disappointed in the room. After being told we were getting upgraded, I was excited for the ocean view. In hindsight, we should have stayed with our original reservation. The lanai furniture was damaged, the twin bed frames in the loft were not bolted to the head boards, the queen bed in the master was terribly uncomfortable, there were not extra pillows, and the pillows available were terrible, the kitchen needed cleaning before we unpacked our groceries, as it was sticky, and there were damaged cabinet doors. Our original reservations had the "kid" room downstairs, and the master upstairs. My mother, who would normally have slept in the kid room cannot walk up and down stairs, so since the kid room was upstairs, she ended up sleeping on the fold out couch. With the "master" downstairs, we didn't have our own bathroom, so basically shared the main bathroom amongst 5 people for 10 days! We paid average $380 per night. We contacted MCH and they told us there wasn't anything to be done.
