Das berühmte Beach House Restaurant befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Alle Aktivitäten im Bereich Poipu Beach erreichen Sie innerhalb von 3,2 km. Die Gründe sind ein Vergnügen für Gärtner mit einer unglaublichen Vielfalt an blühenden Pflanzen, Sträuchern und Bäumen, die einen schönen und privaten Swimmingpool umgeben.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat eine ideale Lage in der Mitte der zweiten Etage mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und den Park auf der einen Seite und den tropischen Garten auf der anderen Seite. Die Veranda ist ideal, um den Sonnenaufgang am Morgen über dem Prince Kuhio Park zu beobachten oder um hawaiianische Netzfischer zu beobachten, die ihre Netze auf dem nahe gelegenen Riff abwerfen.

Was given wrong keys when checked in at property manger…about 25mins away. Thank goodness someone on site had an extra key for us. Not sure why a lock box next to the door but still have to get/return keys in Lihue at Property manager office. They let us know maintenance would be reaching out about the squeaking ceiling fan in bedroom, never heard from anyone but wasn’t needed with the awesome breeze. Has AC -we never turned on. Small condo complex very well maintained, parking spots are tight and the grounds are beautiful. Perfect location walking distance to couple beaches and the condo had beach chairs, sun umbrella,snorkel gear and a cooler. Very clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to coming again!

Great place

Well appointed property, perfect for our stay on Kauai. The apartment is centrally located and easy to get to all the great attractions. The apart give you a great opportunity to save money on food as it has everything you need to cook meals. Bed is very comfortable. Would love to come back one day.

Pleasantly surprised with the beautiful garden and pool area of the property as driving by it is very deceiving! The gardens are very well maintained and beautiful as is the pool. The barbecue area is a bonus. Highly recommend renting a unit with a/c it sure came in handy on still nights!

Outstanding location for a Hawaiian getaway

We were very happy with our stay at Prince Kuhio. The location was great, it allowed for a quick access to Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. Not far from adventure hubs like Small Boats Harbor and Lihue airport. Easy drive to Waimea Canyon. Highly recommend. Our apartment was full of amenities, to include beach towels, snorkeling gear, kitchen appliances, etc.

Great location in Poipu

We were hesitant to rent this property because there were no reviews, but we decided to take a chance. We were extremely pleased! The condo was beautiful and perfectly decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. There is no a/c but the breezes keep the unit nice and cool. We loved having extra towels, and things for the beach (beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment)! One of the best snorkeling beaches is right across the street. Loved having a king size bed! The property is well maintained, clean and beautiful. Every night a swarm of parakeets come in to roost. It is something to see! Bring your earplugs! The roosters start crowing early, but there are so many of them on the island, I imagine it’s like that everywhere! I could go on and on. Kauai vacation rentals left us instructions that made checking in and out easy. When I interacted with them while arranging my rental, every person I spoke with was kind and professional. Would definitely rent this again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Prince Kuhio 210 for 2 weeks in May 2021. The location is great, a 1 minute walk to Lawai Beach. My husband is an experienced scuba diver and he was impressed with the variety of fish at the beach. The view from the lanai is lovely. The condo was in great shape, very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with small appliances, nice dishes, cookware, utensils. It had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, towels, umbrellas (we never used)and mats as well as a small cooler. The bed was very comfortable. There were 2 large TVs and lots of games and books. Everything was perfect including service from the management company: the iron didn't work and the management company brought a new replacement the same day. We'd definitely stay here again. A big thank you to the owners who thought of everything - including hooks on the back of the entrance door.

Great place but the property management has a lot of work that they need to do!

The unit and property was GREAT! Loved the location with walking distance to the beaches, running paths and restaurants! The unit was pristine as far as clean and had all the amenities. But the property management company was not helpful at all. First when I called to ask questions the lady was very condescending and didn't answer my questions, and kept referring to "the email we sent" instead of just answering the questions during my call. Also in this day and age of key pads/electronic entry, we had to physically go out of our way to pick up the keys at the property management office 30 minutes away, to then find a key pad right next to the door for the unit when we got to the property. We had to use a key pad to pick up the keys at the office as well. Very inconvenient when you are going different directions. Family staying at the same resort but different unit had key pads and very easy check in. I would say because of the property managements poor customer service I would consider staying elsewhere. Sad because it's a great property, but really difficult to work with them. Took pictures even to show the key pads but not an option with the review.

Reviewer Comments: Our rental was a lovely unit which had plenty of room for two people with seperate rooms - bedroom, bathroom, Kitchen, laundry and dinning room. It felt like a spacious apartment. Great double wardrobe with full length mirrored doors, plenty of drawer storage too for clothing. There was a real personal touch about the place with a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, pots, pans, storage containers, loads of cutlery and crockery that would ever need. A bonus having a dishwasher and clothes washer & dryer in the condo. A lovely tiled Lanai with nice outdoor bar stools and table. The indoor bar stools at the kitchen island bench were so comfy. All the furniture in the living room was comfortable. The bed had a thick soft mattress topper on it which was initially comfortable but a bit too soft for us as were the bed pillows though was nice to have a couple spare pillows in the wardrobe. It was such a treat to get the welcome pack with yummy food treats and so nice they also provided a shopping and cooler bag which we were allowed to take home. The only thing we wished could be changed was the shower - you could not move the head into the centre of the shower because of the shower caddy being in the way. That was really the only real downside to the condo itself. The use of the swimming pool was great & nice to have beach towels and plenty of linen. Coffee machine was great. We would most definitely love to come back to this place again.

A wonderful stay in paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in August of 2023. Unit 210 was very well appointed and very comfortable! We loved it! The breeze that came out of the east kept the unit nice and cool for the most part, and we barely needed to use the AC unit in the bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked. The morning sunrises were glorious! The pool and the grounds were wonderful, and parking was just fine with the additional spots next door when needed. The only issue was the temporary construction going on in the basement for several days of our stay, which were quite noisy, and definitely impacted our ability to take quiet afternoon naps, which is something we enjoy on vacation. We didn't know about the construction until after we booked our stay. Fortunately, it only lasted for the first 6 days, and then it was quieter. But the construction noise definitely impacted our stay in a negative way. Overall, though, we were very happy with the unit, the property, and the location.

Prince Kuhio Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this condo. It's walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a wonderful snorkeling spot is practically across the street. The neighbors in the condo were very friendly, and parking is easy. The condo has a lovely koi pond and beautiful plants in the courtyard. My one drawback was that the condo could have been cleaner. On the second day, I got out their vacuum and pulled back furniture to clean up dead bugs, and old food. The vacuum did not work very well, but it got the job done. The washer and dryers need a good cleaning around them and on the knobs. The appliances are dated, and cooking with the old electrical stove was a challenge. Overall though, we loved the location, the people, and our experience in Kauai. Kauai Rentals is very nice to work with, and I would rent from them again.

Wonderful stay at Prince Kuhio in Poipu.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned from 2 week stay at 210 Prince Kuhio. It’s in a fantastic location with water view from lanai which also looks over a park. Great sunsets and easy snorkeling 100 m away from complex. Complex is somewhat older but still good with lovely warm pool. Our unit -210- was clean and very well stocked with kitchen gadgets and cutlery/crockery. King bed was very soft so took off the 4 inch foam mattress topper and it was much better. Unit could do with a deep clean behind and under furniture. Overall would definitely stay here again. In fact have rebooked for next year.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay here. The bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed. So helpful to have beach chairs and an umbrella to borrow when we went to the beach. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Lovely peaceful unit and great location.

We are a couple from NYC and were looking for a quiet and relaxing space, with a great and easy location and lots to do around us. This is exactly what we found. While other reviewers were unhappy with the “rules” about being quiet after a certain time, we absolutely loved this about the property and would easily stay again. The space was perfect for a couple (probably tight for those with parties greater than two) and we loved the quaintness about it.
