Aloha und Willkommen in unserer neu renovierten Wohnung im sonnigen Poipu, Kauai. Diese in Privatbesitz befindliche, gepflegte Einheit mit einem Schlafzimmer ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt !!!

Sie können auf der Veranda entspannen, während Sie den wunderschönen Meerblick genießen. Es ist perfekt für Paare und ideal für Ihre Flitterwochen.

Das Wohnzimmer hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Garten und den Pool.

Sie können die Meereswellen nachts vom Schlafzimmer aus hören oder sich auf dem Lanai mit wunderschönem Meerblick entspannen. Die Küche ist komplett mit einem 30-Zoll-Herd und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Neuer 40-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher mit HD-Kanälen für Ihr Wohlbefinden im Wohnzimmer. Außerdem habe ich gerade einen neuen 27 Zoll Fernseher im Schlafzimmer installiert. Alle Fernseher haben einen Blue Ray Player

Es gibt zwei Sandstrände auf der anderen Straßenseite. Schwimmen mit den Meeresschildkröten und Beobachten der Wale und Mönchsrobben ist innerhalb von 100 Fuß von der Wohnung. Sie können auch am Pool inmitten tropischer Gärten entspannen und den Geräuschen des nahe gelegenen Wasserfalls lauschen. Der Grillplatz steht Ihnen mit Picknicktischen zur Verfügung.

Es gibt eine Vielzahl hervorragender Restaurants in der Region Poipu. Geschäfte sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt in der Altstadt von Koloa oder im Poipu Shopping Village. Vergessen Sie nicht, Spouting Horn und den Botanischen Garten zu Fuß zu besuchen. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist Golf, Tennis und Reiten. Im Hafen von Kukuiula gibt es offene Meerestauchgänge, Meerestouren, Segeln und Sportfischen.

Great Location

The view was great of the oven and loved spending time on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen had double of everything. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was peaceful for just seating and reading a book. The office had a scale so we could weigh our bags.

Fantastic Condo and Location

The condo is fantastically stocked. There were coffee filters and other things needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, tons of beach items and coolers. Also really liked having our own washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and location is awesome.

Anniversary getaway

This property was perfect! The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The pool was clean and quiet.

Super property ..., great unit had everything we needed...

You cannot beat the sunny side of Kauai in Poipu ...close to Waimea Canyon ... ocean excursions and great beaches...would DEFINITELY stay at thi condo in this unit again!!!!!

Beautiful condo great location

Enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun rise over a mountain to my left and the waves from the ocean to my right. Sunset was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect location to travel around the south and west side of the island.

Great home base for anniversary island adventure

Had a very memorable stay at our Prince Kuhio condo. Comfortable amenities, and it was pleasant to see all of the included items in the unit: especially the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella and the boogie boards. So nice! Really enjoyed going home to it each night, and waking up to roosters crowing each morning. Thank you!

Beautiful complex and condo. Condo was equipt anticipating all needs. Host's personal artwork was displayed throughout, a great adddition to beautifful decor. Close to all south shore destinations and the airport. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Beautiful, peaceful place on the South Shore

We had a wonderful stay in Prince Kuhio 213! The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could need. We ate all our meals on the lanai, watching and listening to the ocean. We especially enjoyed the owner's art in the condo, beautiful and added a personal touch. We've stayed in PK many times, but this was our first time in #213. Will definitely try to book it for our next trip. Thank you, Alan and Jolly!

The grounds were very nice (pool) ponds. Condo well furnished. A little dated but nice. Front door should have an extra deadbolt, didn't feel verty secure. A couple nights some kids would run and bang on all the doors. (PARENTS??) Overall very pleased with our stay. Would book there again.

Enjoyed our stay

This unit was a good value. Everything was as represented. We liked that 1) AC, 2) Parking structure, 3) Sun blinds on both ends, 4) Wash/Dry in unit. The local property management team was very proactive in communication. I forgot to display the parking pass one evening and received a courtesy note the next morning. I liked that someone was paying attention as the parking is very limited in this area. Did not take advantage of the commons but it appeared very well maintained. Thanks!

Lovely art, a well stocked kitchen, beach gear, and a very comfortable bed meet you each visit. The view of the sunrise, park, and the ocean from the lanai (balcony) is a wonderful experience and gives us a sense of serenity. Do yourself a favor, book PK213. If you see days available on the calendar book then as quickly as you can, or someone else will. We have stayed in this unit at least six times. Aloha!

Good: Great location and well equipped. Nice pool. Not Good: Owner’s comments for another review said bed replaced in 2018 but it has a nasty body divot on one side and needs replacement. Being required to leave unit for pest control spraying for three hours one morning was a bit annoying and lack of information about where and what was getting sprayed was very annoying. And the free insulated lunch bag in the refrigerator had someone else’s fast food leftovers in the refrigerator.

Wish they could jump into the 21st century and put a coded keypad. Or at least let you leave keys in the unit when you leave. Other than that, it was great. I'd stay again.
