Great place for a group. Lots of room to hang out, very well stocked kitchen, each bedroom has their own bathroom. Excellent location, easy walk to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Haller was excellent and easy to work with. The Accommodations were exceptionally clean, amenities provided were anything we could have needed, and the location was perfect with easy access to downtown and also the hwy for our many trips in the area. My 95 year old mother commented on every detail with highest praise, and claimed she’d slept better than she had in years! The accommodations suited our family perfectly with plenty of room to socialize. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our visit from the east coast for my daughter’s UCSB additionally memorable!

Location is outstanding, walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in under 10 minutes. Quite and pretty neighborhood. Easy access to major roads if you plan to visit local towns and wineries.The home was comfortable and well equipped, and very spacious. The living room with the giant sectional sofa (which was so comfortable) was lovely.

Overall very well stocked vacation rental in a great location. Only negatives are beds not that comfortable and they need a new wire brush for the BBQ.

Great home, perfect location!

Our group really enjoyed the stay at the West Beach Villas. We were able to walk to all the locals restaurants and places we wanted to visit on State St and Funk Zone. The rooms were cozy and spacious.

Amazing location walking distance to beach and funk zone. A great property for traveling with family. Very close to the Moxi Museum, which is enjoyable for kids of all ages. We would revisit!

Great location for a vacation. Don't need to drive anywhere unless you wish to travel far, but there's transportation options. The house is great. Had everything we needed for 6 adults.

Spring break visit

This property is fantastic. It had everything we wanted. The location is great right by the beach and state street. It was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely book again without hesitation. Great space to spread out with a family.

The house was a lot bigger and more spacious than we expected. We were a group of 5 and loved that everything was walkable (beach, restaurants, bars).

Great Location

My oldest son lives in Santa Barbara and I have stayed here several times to visit him. This time we came with the whole family to spend the Christmas holidays together. This location was the best of any other we have been to before. The neighborhood is very quiet but everything is very close.
