Erstaunliche Lage !!! Downtown Franklin, Tennessee und nur einen Block von der Main Street entfernt. Das Haus ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Franklin Theatre, dem öffentlichen Platz, dem Einkaufsviertel in der Innenstadt, vielen Restaurants usw. entfernt. Dieses historische Haus aus den 1930er Jahren wurde komplett renoviert und erweitert, um einen Rückzugsort mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Vollbädern im historischen Franklin zu schaffen. We loved our home in historic Franklin! It was our first time visiting the greater Nashville area and we had a wonderful time. The town of Franklin itself is full of history, wonderful shops and restaurants and we loved exploring everything.The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Lovely details, comfortable beds and furniture.We are owners of a vacation rental property ourselves in North Carolina and we know how much work it is to be in the hospitality field. We loved this VRBO and would love to return.

This is great home! It was nicely decorated and the rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Downtown Franklin was a short walk from the house and we had the best time shopping, eating and drinking lots of coffee from the Frothy Monkey! I had a couple of questions and the host messaged immediately! You will not be disappointed!

Remarkable property. Seems small at entry but lots of space in the addition in the rear including beautiful courtyard space. A block from Main Street and all the downtown Franklin shops and restaurants. All of our crew loved it and were very impressed by location, space and quality of this place. Thanks for the memories!

Weekend in Franklin

Three couples came to Franklin for a wedding of a good friend. This house was so cute and absolutely perfect. It had a great layout and was walking distance to a lot of the shops and restaurants in Franklin. Highly recommend!

This was a girls weekend getaway to Franklin and the property was outstanding. This was the cutest little house with all the amenities needed for a getaway. You literally can not beat the location. The day we arrived, we no longer needed our car as everything was walkable. So close to town center as well as The Factory.

Wonderful Ladies Annual Trip

We pick a new place to visit each year with a group of 4 ladies. This was perfect location. We took a day trip to Nashville but really enjoyed the town of Franklin much better. The food, shopping, the walk ability is all amazing! I’d like to move here! A quaint town and perfect location!

A wonderful stay!

We can't say enough positive things about our weekend stay! The property is in a wonderful location to enjoy Franklin and we happened to be there on the festival weekend - so there was lots to see/do(we were in town for a wedding) The house was such an awesome gathering spot for us and our adult kids - if we ever get back to Franklin, this would be our first choice!

Charming home, amazing location

My family has traveled to Franklin on many occasions, and we always stay near Main Street. This home is conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops and is a short drive to historic sites. The decor is charming, and there is plenty of room for a family of 4 (w/2 teens). Parking on the driveway was a nice benefit.

AMAZING HOME, AMAZING LOCATION!

Gosh, we were so blessed to find this wonderful and well equipped property! So super (walking-distance) close to cute Franklin, and filled with anything you might need. We had a girls weekend to attend a function... since it rained, it was cozy and comfy to hang around the house and enjoy each other's company!

The Little Franklin House

The house was very comfortable and decorated so nicely. We loved the artwork around the house and the fully stocked kitchen! It was so convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping in Franklin. Will definitely recommend it to family members.

Great house however we were up all night the first night with cement mixers going up down street all night, and there was a lot of construction related noise throughout the week. We would not have rented house if owner had disclosed 24 hour construction near by. Owner did not respond to my concerns for 6 days(on my last day)then said they have had no complaints. You should know construction is 24 hours a day until fall of 2027. There is a flyer with all the details in the owners manual. I called superintendent on the project to discuss our concerns since owner did not respond.

Franklin Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Franklin house on Church Street! It was so easy to get to and find. We love that we could fit both cars in the driveway. The house was clean and beautiful. It was so close to all things in downtown and just a short drive to the historic site! We highly recommend staying at this house!

Lacey and Joey were both born and raised in Franklin and love this town! Lacey's mother was heavily involved in the Heritage Foundation, which focuses on historic preservation and restoration in the downtown district, and later became involved herself.

Joey is a criminal defense attorney who frequently spends time at the courthouse right across the street! He spotted the LFH (Little Franklin House) the minute it went on the market and couldn't resist the opportunity to plant some roots right in the heart of our hometown. The LFH is a renovation project we took on with the help of Joey's parents, Gayle and Lynn, as well as a professional contractor who is also a fellow Franklin High School grad. We can't wait to share our home with visitors to our charming downtown Franklin.

Spend time visiting historic Battle of Franklin landmarks, take a walking tour, ride the trolley to explore locations beyond walking distance and make your way over to The Factory at Franklin for local artists (say hello to Deann - - while your there!), Jeni's ice cream, theater shows, and more restaurants.
