Nur fünf Häuserblocks von den Geschäften und Restaurants der historischen Innenstadt von Franklin entfernt, liegt unser stilvoll eingerichtetes Loft-Apartment über der Garage für drei Autos hinter unserem 100 Jahre alten Haus. Erbaut im Jahr 1998, schläft die 850 Quadratmeter große geräumige Wohnung bequem zwei in einem Queen-Size-Bett. Es gibt auch ein Doppel-Sofa im Wohnzimmer.
Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen 55-Zoll-Flachbild-Kabel-TV und einen Wäscheschrank mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Ebenfalls enthalten ist ein ausgewiesener Parkplatz abseits der Straße für ein Auto und eine geschlossene Treppe zur Wohnung.

We really enjoyed our stay in this loft. The location was wonderful, spotless, and had absolutely everything you could ever need for a stay. Owners were very sweet and also very helpful at suggesting where to eat and things to do. This was the best equipped place we have ever stayed. Was in a beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown. Highly recommend for one couple or family of four using the pullout. Washer and dryer was a plus. Franklin is such a lovely town and beautiful area. So many great places to eat and wonderful shopping. Music in some of the restaurants and pubs downtown. Take time to go to Lieper’s Fork; shop n have coffee in the little town and take in a music show at Fox and Locke.

The Loft apartment was wonderful in so many ways! The location to the historic downtown in Franklin was very walkable, but also an quick drive. The Loft itself was so welcoming and had everything you could ask for. The kitchen was well-equipped, even though we did not cook because Franklin has so many great restaurants. (Merridee's for breakfast, Red Pony and Leiper's Fork for evening meals) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Loft!The weather was a little rainy during our stay, and the Loft was equipped with umbrellas too! Very thoughtful extras!

We’ve been to Franklin several times and this is the best place we’ve stayed at by far. The loft is beautiful and meticulously maintained. It’s an easy/beautiful walk from the loft to all of the activities in downtown Franklin. The hosts were a great and we can’t wait to come back again!!!

Well done place, and in a great area for accessing town. Well stocked with everything needed for a 4 day stay. Typically, we always want a deck/porch, or yard, which this place did not have, however it was not advertised as having such. It is definitely a nice and worth the price, even though we missed one of our requirements when renting.

I enjoyed a retreat-like stay in the most wonderful, relaxing, safe, beautiful, well furnished, clean and updated loft! David and Deen are the most gracious of hosts, and made my stay delightful - from the treats on the island, to the nice bottle of Chardonnay in the refrigerator, I had everything I needed and more. Check in was fantastic, owner met us and walked us through the property, very personal compared to the commercial ones we usually stay in. Lots of extra, thoughtful touches, coffee and filters, take out menus, bottle of wine, bathroom products, etc. property was private and quiet, quick 15 minute walk to downtown. Lots of great restaurants in the area, quick uber to other attractions as well. We would definitely stay there again!!

A cozy retreat

I needed to book a place close to us and walking distance to downtown Franklin for my son and friend who are visiting. I checked out the place before my son arrived and Deen, the owner, toured me around. She was the sweetest! The place was immaculate! The layout was well designed and everything you could think of that a home should have, this adorable 1 bedroom had. They put so much thought into ensuring their guest had all they needed for a comfortable stay. It is minutes from beautiful downtown Franklin and such a relaxing place to come home to after a day of touring the town. Thank you Deen and David!

The owners of this VRBO were so kind and hospitable. After planning this trip, I was unable to go with my husband due to a scheduling conflict. I sent him with his retired parents, and the owners treated them so well! The location was great in terms of proximity to the downtown Franklin area! Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Large kitchen/living area. Very clean and organized. Quiet and just a short walk to town. Attention to detail, and was stocked with any personal items you might have forgotten to bring. And they also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and candy! Wonderful loft in Franklin

Had a wonderful stay. My second time and it was just as lovely as the first time I stayed. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully designed for guests from a well-stocked kitchen to great curtains and blinds allowing you to sleep in. Definitely a home away from home. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again. Hosts are super nice and available if needed.
