Dieses kürzlich renovierte Haus in West Linn ist in jeder Hinsicht etwas Besonderes. Wenn Sie in einem ruhigen Vorort in den Hügeln von West Linn sitzen, sind Sie etwas mehr als 16 km von der Innenstadt von Portland entfernt. Sie werden als eine der besten Kleinstädte im ganzen Land eingestuft und können nichts falsch machen, wenn Sie diese Stadt während Ihrer Reise zu Ihrem Zuhause machen.

Beim Betreten des Hauses werden Sie mit einem unglaublich warmen und komfortablen Layout begrüßt. Sie werden sofort die Sorgfalt und Nachdenklichkeit bemerken, die in jedes Detail des Dekors eingegangen sind, um auf Ihren Reisen ein wunderbares Erlebnis zu schaffen.

Der Hauptwohn- und Essbereich ist mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten verbunden. Eine der Sofas kann bei Bedarf auch als Schlafsofa genutzt werden. An zwei Seiten ist der Hauptküchenbereich und eine Sitzecke angeschlossen.

Bis nur sieben Stufen ist der obere Teil des Split-Level-Hauses, das alle vier Schlafzimmer bootet. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten mit Schränken und Platz zum Ausbreiten. Es gibt ein gemeinsames Vollbad gleich oben auf der Treppe.

Am anderen Ende finden Sie das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem neuen Kingsize-Bett, einer Sitzecke und einem kompletten Badezimmer direkt daneben. In der Nähe des Badezimmers befindet sich auch der linke Bereich des Schlafzimmers. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über drei Queensize-Betten und eignet sich perfekt für Kinder, junge Erwachsene und Geschwister, um im selben Zimmer zu schlafen und alles zu genießen, was dieses Haus zu bieten hat.

Der Hausbesitzer wohnt auf dem Grundstück in der unteren Etage. Diese Stufe kann für weitere 200 USD pro Nacht zum Hauptteil des Hauses hinzugerechnet werden. Es verfügt über eine weitere voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Wohnbereich und ein Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zum riesigen Deck.

Um auf das Deck zuzugreifen, wenn Sie diesen Raum nicht auch mieten, umarmen Sie einfach den Pfad auf der linken Seite des Hauses. Es gibt jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten in Stühlen für die gesamte Gruppe und eine Tischtennisplatte mit Blick auf die weitläufige Grünfläche hinter dem Haus. Jeder, der bleibt, verbringt die meiste Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and very centrally located, which made it easy to get everywhere we needed. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions.Just a note for future guests: one of the bedrooms is open to the primary suite and doesn’t have a door. It worked perfectly for our group, but if you’re needing full privacy in every bedroom, you’ll want to keep that layout in mind.Overall, it was a great stay and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay. Very clean, plenty of towels, comfortable spaces for six of us. Nice location for getting to Portland and neighboring areas. I only suggest adding TV’s to the two bedrooms without them, for private viewing to unwind after the day or mornings. Thank you for making our family time very enjoyable!

Great house

The house was very nice in a very nice neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We liked the Roku TV in the living room, so we could stream shows when we were home. It was a good location for us, as it was about halfway between Portland and family events in Aurora. The loft location is a little odd since it opens into the master bathroom, but we made it work for us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay for a Family

We stayed here to be close to my parents’ house in West Linn and it was perfect. There were only four of us, but it was cozy, clean, and very quiet. The kids loved sharing the bedroom with three beds, and it made it easy for us to have them so close to our main bedroom. My only suggestion would be to add pathway lights on the steps down to the front door. Since you can’t park in the driveway, you have to use those steps and in the dark it was a bit nerve wracking with the kids. Thank you for a wonderful and easy stay!

Fantastic and gorgeous!

House is gorgeous, clean, well stocked with everything you need. Neighborhood is just as impressive. One lovely perk that is not mentioned is the sound of the rushing stream/river that you can hear from the bedrooms if you sleep with your window open. Even though it was raining and chilly it was complete bliss…. The owner Jim was prompt and especially accommodating. Can’t thank him enough for his kindness. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Hideaway

The first night got off to a bumpy start. But after I reported the issue. The owner was understanding and fixed the issue. The house is BEAUTIFUL and very spacious. The little extra attention that was shown for my stay helped make the week nice. The location was close to my son's college and the owner had no problem allowing me to host a small dinner party. I will mark this property as a favorite to stay.

This place was Heaven

We were recently displaced due to our home flooding. We attempted hotel stay, however with 3 daughters being home schooled it wasn’t right for us. So we looked into renting a home and found Apollo Heights (we found a slice of heaven) home. It was perfect for our needs, in a great neighborhood, very clean and close to work for us. Nothing like waking up to deer walking down the road or the yard. If I ever have to rent a home again or family coming in for a stay I will definitely be coming back. A Clean House in a Quiet Neighborhood With a Beautiful Forest View Out Back

Pros: Very clean house Comfortable furnishings Two large tables which worked perfectly for us - one to eat at and one for a puzzle! Quiet neighborhood - we didn't hear a peep! Gorgeous forest right out the back window complete with adorable and acrobatic squirrels. Cons: The upstairs kitchen could use a few more basic pots and pans. The hot water heater cannot support 10 guests, let alone 14 as advertised. This would be a key upgrade to making the house a five-star destination.

Change of Plans- Due to Weather

Due to winter storm, all plans were changed & had to stay at the house vs going out. The VRBO description didnt tell us the owner lived onsite & downstairs. 1 bed had dog hair (we think) in it, found sheets & able to change the bed. The furnace wasnt working 1/2 the time we were there & house was only 63-64 degrees (during a winter storm), it was 15° outside, freezing rain & snow. Owner & Property managment was responsive & brought extra blankets & 2 space heaters. Needs a few things such sponges orsomething to hand wash dishes as well.

Homeowner lives on premises below the rental. Safety concern: There is a door leading to the owner's occupancy inside the rental that was only lockable from the owner's side. This door should have a lock on it from the renter's side as well! We brought this to the attention of the property's management company iTrip, and their reply was "We can guarantee that it is locked for the entire duration of your stay." This didn't make us feel any more secure. I am surprised that no previous renters have noticed this. The description of a "4th Bedroom" is inaccurate.The "4th Bedroom" is more accurately described as a loft area. There is no door for privacy. This loft is adjacent to the 3rd bedroom/Master bedroom, steps leading up to it are not standard height so you must be cautious with climbing up/down. The entry into the loft area is open to the bathroom vanity area so there is no noise/light barrier, and the loft area also has a window-like opening that opens to the downstairs living/kitchen rooms with shutters for some closure, but again no noise barrier. This was an issue for us with young children going to bed earlier than the adults. The Master Bath w/ toilet & shower had a flickering lightbulb. One of the bedrooms didn't have a working lamp. Finally, the house has a musty, old smell throughout. There were some nice points to this rental, clean/comfortable beds, clean towels, well stocked kitchen, but the unlock-able door was creepy and should be addressed by VRBO.

Not as Expected

We were very disappointed in the layout of the house. The 4th bedroom does not have a door to close, it attaches to the master bath, and it provides no privacy. This did not work for us at all and we were shocked to see this. Although it states that there is a huge deck, it looks directly into the owners windows which we felt uncomfortable with and it is quite far from the kitchen so it felt like a huge hassle to lug all of our food down there to eat. The BBQ did not work so we never were able to cook outside. The management company was very responsive, but in most cases told us there was nothing they could do to help with our situations that arose. The house was not equipped with basic kitchen tools (ex cutting boards) so we found it challenging to cook often. We requested a late check out (we had young kids and it would have made our travel day infinitely easier) but we were denied and told our only option was to pay for an additional day (therefore it wasn't because new people were checking in). We met the owner on numerous occasions and he was extremely friendly and we were gracious that he allowed us to stay in his home. I only wish that he would have been the contact person rather than the management company.

We are sorry that we could not accommodate your early check in request and your late check out request. We do not want to risk another guests experience by cutting short our housekeepers time. We are happy we could assist with using the other amenities in the house when you notified us.

For the right groups this place is perfect.

The house is similar to the photos. The house was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. I would not want to stay here with as many people as this house could hold (12-14) because the public spaces would be very crowded. The room with the 3 queen beds is sort of a loft and can hear anything happening in the kitchen and living room. For 8 or 9 people this house is fine. Especially, if you are getting out during the day. The property managers were very helpful. You can find lots of parking on the street, but the driveway was full of large trucks owned by the people who live in the downstairs apartment. Also, the deck is part of the downstairs apartment and was full of their belongings and would feel super weird to use, as it is connected to the downstairs apartment. So really there is no outside space to use.

We had 6 adults for a long weekend. The house was very clean . The kitchen was well stocked w dishes and utensils, we loved having 3 bathrooms. The neighborhood was very interesting for walking. We could have used more kitchen towels and paper towels. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

House was very clean and beds were very comfortable. I may have missed the part of the owners living in the downstairs of the property. We have stayed in many VRBOs and we thought this was quite interesting. Never heard them or saw them. Sparse pots and pans but we made do
