Unser 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend im Osten von Oregon City mit herrlichem Blick auf den Fluss Clackamas. Auswahl an Wegen auf dem terrassierten Rasen, die Sie bis zum Fluss bringen. Dieses Haus wurde vor kurzem im Jahr 2016 errichtet und der Grundriss des neuen Hauses wurde mit Blick auf die Aussicht und unsere Gäste erstellt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Bäder mit Duschen und eine Badewanne im Master, 5 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und einen vollen Futon mit Memory Foam-Matratze im Unterhaltungsbereich im Obergeschoss. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Personen. Bettwäsche und Bettwäsche werden bereitgestellt.

Das Erdgeschoss ist für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich, jedoch nicht ADA-konform. Eine elektrische Wärmepumpe sorgt für Zentralheizung und Kühlung, und das Haus verfügt über einen beeindruckenden Gaskamin und Granit-Theken. Die Böden sind Fliesen und Hartholz. Es gibt einen großen überdachten Balkon mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Wälder. Der Unterhaltungsbereich bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten mit einem Futon, einem Schlafsofa und 2 Liegestühlen. Ein DVD-Player und eine DVD-Bibliothek begleiten den 55-Zoll-LED-Fernseher mit Internetanschluss. Bücher für Erwachsene und Kinder sowie Brettspiele stehen zur Verfügung sowie Sportgeräte und Spiele im Freien.

Die volle Waschküche verfügt über einen zusätzlichen Kühlschrank. Gasgrill auf der überdachten Terrasse neben dem Wohn- / Essbereich. Die Unterkunft bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss und den Wald sowie einen Außenbereich mit Picknicktischen und einem Feuertopf zum Anstoßen von Marshmallows sowie einen einfachen Zugang zum Fluss zum Angeln oder Rafting, je nach Jahreszeit. Große, private Hof ideal für ausgedehnte Familientreffen. Wir sind auf dem Clackamas River zwischen Milo McIver State Park und Barton Park und fast am Ende einer Sackgasse. Dies ist ein beliebter Standort für internationale Fliegenfischer.
Es wird eine zusätzliche Aufforderung zur Zahlung der Übernachtungssteuer in Clackamas County in Höhe von 6 Prozent auf der Grundlage des in unserem Vertrag angegebenen Übernachtungspreises und der Reinigungsgebühr erhoben.

We stayed at this property with our 3 adult children. We were visiting for a wedding. It could have slept another large family comfortably. The property was cleaned and has everything you’d need. We enjoyed having coffee in the mornings overlooking the river. We sat by the outdoor fire and saw eagles and groups of kayakers. It is secluded and so quiet. Loved it!

Great location with excellent access to the Clackamas river for rafting and floating. The house was nicely appointed although it could be improved slightly with king sized beds to accommodate large adults or families with kids. The area was nice and quiet and filled with wildlife like bunnies and deer. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful!

The place was beautiful and clean. The view of the river was wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked. Getting there is a bit of an adventure, as it's off the beaten path, but the directions provided were great. The only downside of staying there was several pages of rules for the home which were overwhelming.

Knitting Retreat by the Clackamas

Our group had a great time at Riverview Lodge on the Clackamas River. The home is wonderfully built and very solid. We were very pleased and somewhat surprised at the attention to detail especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen AND pantry are extremely well equipped with an electric tea kettle, slow cooker, etc. The beds and bedrooms are very homey and comfortable with good bedding, mattresses, and pillows. We can’t wait to return.

Riverview lodge on the Clackamas

This home is beautiful and has just about everything you need. We stayed 5 nights. Saw fisherman and deer. Had a bonfire one night. This was a thanksgiving and early Christmas get together with 2 adult children and grandchildren and great grandchildren. Our only complaint was that the compost can was left with moldy scraps under the sink, which attracted fruit flies. They ended up all over the place and we had to swat them away. There was laminated rules everywhere which is off putting but we obliged.

Family Weekend

We had a wedding to attend in the area and this was a wonderful place for us and our grown and almost grown children to stay. Plenty of room inside and out to visit and relax. Really enjoyed the fire pit and large kitchen/living room. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation in the woods.

Wonderful House on the Clackamas River

We chose this spacious and lovely home for a family gathering to celebrate the marriage of our son and now daughter in law. We flew in from Maine and the others came from New Mexico and Washington and we all agreed the home on the river was perfect! The spacious rooms allowed all 10 of us plenty of space to roam and dine together comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep and dining. The bathrooms were clean and had fresh towels, and the washer and dryers on the 1st and 2nd floors were so convenient. The property is private and we loved the views of the river from the first floor patio and especially from the 2nd floor balcony. There were a lot of instructions throughput the house and for departure which we respected and checked off as we prepared to leave.

Amazing House!

Pictures do not do this house justice! So beautiful inside and out. The road does look a little creepy if you arrive at night but push past that. There are a lot of laminated rules all over the house but they aren't unreasonable. Loved our stay there!

Great river view

The property was beautiful, very clean, and well kept. The views of the river from the house were great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything is organized and labeled. We were very impressed by the amount of towels and wash cloths available. For a group of 10, it was a plus! We arrived very late at night with no porch light being on and the door would not open. We did contact the owner and he resolved the issue. There was a lot of rules to follow and it was a little stressful and caused some in our group to not relax. All of the recycling having to be washed out, separated and put in separate cans outside was a lot and we are still unsure if we did it correctly. It would be helpful for pictures to be posted on each can. We did vacuum and sweep before leaving for fear of losing the security deposit. The loose bricks on the walkway is very dangerous and need to be fixed. If you don’t want to watch every little thing and every person to make sure a rule is not broken so you don’t lose your deposit then you may want to stay elsewhere. If you want a large, comfortable, clean place with many activities to do at the house and in the area then I recommend staying. We did enjoy being on the river.

Stunning Property and View

This was a beautiful property. It worked very well for our extended family visit. The river was gorgeous and property was quiet and yet minutes from all types of activities. We played cornhole and visited outside for hours.

A Week at Riverview

Beautiful property with direct river access. Very secluded with large indoor and outdoor visiting areas for everyone to visit together or spread out. Daily visits from the doe and fawn, mink, eagles and crawfish.
