I initially booked the Golden Gate apartment based on the listing photos, but I got an email saying that there was another apartment that was bigger and in a similar location for an extra charge. When I clicked on the payment link, i still thoguth I was booking the apartment in the pictures. I got a confirmation email with an address. Soon after, I got another the email with checking instructions but with a different address. I contacted the property manager and they told me that I was staying at the bigger apartment at the new location. I wasn't given the opportunity to view photos of the new apartment beforehand, but it turned out not to be a major issue. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, which made for an overall pleasant stay.What really stood out was the excellent communication with the property manager. They were very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. At one point, I accidentally left my keys at a different location, and they were incredibly prompt in locating them and arranging a time for me to retrieve them. That level of support made a big difference and was truly appreciated.Overall, it was a great experienceâI just would have liked to see the new apartment before the change was made. Still, everything worked out well, and I would consider staying again.
