Just Excellent !!

Great quiet location, within easy distance to everything. Perfect hosts and layout of property allowed plenty of room for dogs. Will be using again when in Sydney.

A Quiet Getaway

Cute Convenience

Beautifully maintained property. Extremely small living space but a generous courtyard. Bathroom and toilet is upstairs. Suited us perfectly for our one night stay to attend a nearby celebration.

good for our purposes. Needed to visit sick family member in hospital and house was only a few mins from hospital. Had to also work during the time and internet was perfect for my work zoom meetings.

Small little granny flat with everything you need

We were looking for a property to stay with our beloved pet that was close to our family. We came across this little granny flat and it didn’t disappoint. Pk was very responsive to messages and was there if we needed anything. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the but when we did it had everything we needed.

The property was just right for the two of us.

We didn't realise that to enjoy this property fully, you need to have a car as it is uphill to the shops and buses. However, we still enjoyed our stay and had a good time especially when the Kookaburras laughed us all the way home one evening.

A Quiet Getaway

Outstanding communication. Everything was perfect - comfort, cleanliness etc. quiet lovely neighborhood. Clearly, the host is an excellent and efficient businessman, who knows that, in his business, pleasing the customer is of great importance, and he went out of his way to provide added ways of doing this. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates perfection.

Clean, handy but quirky.

Four can stay but only two chairs and tiny table. Unit was very clean. Upstairs bedroom has two singles that are too big for the room and the pine slats Squeak at the slightest movement. Suggest replace with ensembles. No blanket options, only hot doonas. The dog friendly courtyard isn't very secure if your dog is an escape type. Easy fixed however. No garage or driveway parking and on street parking is crowded at times. But for us it did the job

Not value for money

Quite ordinary and compounded by the fact that the main bedroom and the bathroom are separated by a very steep set of stairs, difficult with decreased mobility and unmentioned in the blurb. The tv didn’t work nor the wifi until the owners were contacted half way through our 2 night stay. A bare globe for a bedside lamp and not even a carton of long life milk. The off street parking, of which there was said to be plenty, was unavailable due to the owners car being in the driveway. Because I had a dog I had little choice but do not recommend it.

Dear Joanna, we as Hosts try our best to make every stay for our Guests, as comfortable as possible and our Guest reviews are reflective of this. Sorry to hear we could not meet your expectations in spite of elaborate photos and description we have mentioned in the listing. We have had lot’s of Wonderful guests on a regular basis who have had no issues with the Wi-Fi (Unless terrible weather conditions beyond control) and operation of the TV. If Memory serves right, I personally visited to check the TV operation and it took me less than 30 seconds to get it operating - something that you had declared as broken. Yes, you chose the property because we love our guest’s to get their pet’s along and don’t charge extra. There are various choices one could make when travelling with a pet. We like all other Hosts in the short stay community work very hard for our guests and disappointing we could not keep up to your expectation’s. We wish you all the best with future travels.

Urgent stay needed & was much appreciated.

Quite a nice little place. Nowhere near anything of interest if that is important, but if you want a nice quiet place to sleep that’s a little out of the way, then this will suit. Great communication as we needed a place very quickly & they kindly accommodated our doggo which we were most appreciative of. Nice shower/bathroom, off street parking in a safe neighbourhood. There was no sugar for a cup of tea/coffee in the morning. Probably an oversight but it’s a necessity for lots of people. Need instructions on how to operate the TV, as HDMI 3 is Foxtel/TV etc but is not labelled so very difficult to figure out. Thanks for hosting us. We very much appreciate it 🙂

This home was perfect for my family over the Christmas period.

The host was very thoughtful and accommodated our needs at a difficult time. We were able to be near a facility where my mum was dying and it meant the world to us to be nearby her and other family members who lived locally and share Christmas with them all nearby. It was lovely to stay in a quiet place to retreat to and also have daily swims at nearby beaches. Such a great location, lovely clean house with great kitchen and courtyard and again, wonderful host.

Ideal short stay location

We found the hosts to be really kind and friendly, yet also very discreet and not invading our privacy at all. Just there if you need them, which is perfect. (And it's a super comfy bed too!!) We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other people.
