Again, our request for a listed home item that was missing was ignored. Blinds in one of the bedrooms had broken slats. Mot very private.But the house overall was a great location, clean and we did have a lovely time.

Great for large families. Location is perfect. View is unbelievable. Beach access is just a few steps away (maybe 400 feet) with a foot wash station. We pulled a large wagon with our chairs and kids toys right onto the beach it was perfect. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable and well equipped house. Perfect location for watching the ocean - first time I've seen surfers. We even got to see whale spouts! I'm sure we'll be back.

Gorgeous View

Was the perfect home for our girls’ weekend! Beds were comfortable. The panoramic view is amazing! We saw whales and sea lions while drinking coffee. Well stocked kitchen. Fireplace kept us toasty. Hot tub was a great perk and much more private than some places I have rented. Amazing property that we will rent again for sure!

Wonderful property with beautiful view!

We very much enjoyed this house! It has been nicely updated and was so clean throughout. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any property we’ve previously rented. The view was excellent! Watched surfers watching the sunset. So fun!

Incredible!!

This was an incredible home with the perfect view! It worked out perfectly for us to bring our family together! The home has amazing views of the ocean from several rooms! A very short walk to an easy ramp to walk right out into the beach! The kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed to cook meals there. Highly recommend!!

Family getaway

Our vacation was bitter sweet The property was amazing our trip got cut really short some of the family that was heading up with us was in a very bad car accident so we really didn't get to enjoy our stay we were at the hospital most of the night then we just returned home the next morning but again the house was amazing and we're definitely looking forward to staying there in the future

Family Beach Getaway

Our family of 10 adults visited last week. The house worked out very well for us. Conveniently located close to Lincoln City shops and restaurants and an easy drive to many scenic spots, hiking trails and additional beaches if the one out your window is not to your liking. We really enjoyed Dory Cove's chowder, Mr. Bill's Smoked Salmon and Sturgeon and Whale Watching at the Devil's Punch Bowl. The house is slighted dated and has that lived in feel which was fine for our family.

Great House, beautiful view!

We were lucky to have beautiful sunny February days during our stay here for my parents’ 70th birthdays. Clean house, easy checkin, comfy beds, the view couldn’t be beat. Well equipped kitchen, we usually cook in so this was so helpful! Would love to come back in the summer. The only thing that could be improved upon is the living room seating. Didn’t feel like enough for a house that can sleep so many, and the couch wasn’t comfy at all. But overall, just a great stay!

The little yard overlooking the beach/ocean was a big hit for all of us—Being able to just sit, watch waves, kites, people on the beach, sunsets, etc. We did think there was beach access but only with a rope and big drop. Probably improve your ratings if stairs were added…(had to walk 4-5 houses down to public access). The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. Some also enjoyed the hot tub!

Beautiful view

House was not cleaned well. Door was broke. Shower drains were plugged and wouldnt drain. No direct beach access. Which was miss leading from post as it says beach access and from pictures you take it as from your property

Great View. Tired House

The best thing about this house is the view and beach access. Furnishings are very tired. Also be aware that the vrbo service charge is not included in the posted rental fee. It is charged separately and was a surprise charge on my visa. This was not disclosed by the property manager

Good location for a group of families to enjoy

We had a good stay here with three families with small kids. The rooms and bathrooms worked perfectly to give us all our own space, the view from the kitchen and living area was great - we saw whales a few times! Neither the outside table nor the inside table could comfortably seat all 12 of us, but we made it work and it was not a big problem. The kitchen was spacious to cook in for all of us. Not a big backyard and it is too bad not to be able to directly access the beach, but you can see the dune erosion and so creating other trails would just increase that process. Well located to visit different things on the coast - we hiked, visited the ghost beach forest and the acquarium and went on a whale watching trip. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and the laundry facilities were helpful since we had small kids and some were traveling internationally! Thanks it was a great time!
