Herzlich Willkommen in unserer wunderschönen Kokosnussküste! Dies ist eine Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer in Kapaa auf der Insel Kauai. Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein Doppelschlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Das bedeutet, dass bis zu 4 Personen bequem schlafen können. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, alle Geräte (einschließlich eines Mixers für die großen tropischen Getränke), Geschirr, Bettwäsche usw.

Das Gerät verfügt über WLAN-Internetzugang sowie einen Smart-TV und Kabel. Wir lassen auch Strandtücher, Taschenlampen, Boogie Boards, Kühler und Strandstühle für Sie bereit. Bisher waren unsere Gäste wunderbar, sie für die nächste Person zu verlassen und sogar der Sammlung hinzuzufügen! Es gibt Gasgrills am Pool. Alles was Sie brauchen sind Ihre Shorts, Slippahs und ein Lächeln!

Dies ist eine Wohnung im zweiten Stock mit einem schönen Blick auf die Kokosnussküste und befindet sich etwa 300 Meter vom Strand entfernt auf einer Rasenfläche mit einem Bürgersteig, der von der Einheit zum Strand führt. Die Strandbilder sind vom Ende des Bürgersteigs nach Norden und Süden aufgenommen. Wie Sie sehen können, ist der Strand sehr ruhig und nicht überfüllt.

Plantation Hale liegt in Kapaa, etwa acht Meilen nördlich des Flughafens Lihue. Es ist neben dem Markt für Kokosnussplantagen für diejenigen, die mit der Insel vertraut sind. Die Hauptstraße um Kauai hat die Form eines Hufeisens ohne Straßen am Nordufer. Wir befinden uns in der Mitte des Hufeisens und sind in beiden Richtungen gleich weit vom Ende der Straße entfernt.

Sie können am Strand draußen fischen, schwimmen und schnorcheln oder Body Surfen, Boogie-Boarding, Kajakfahren, Wasserski fahren oder eine kurze Autofahrt Golf spielen. Es gibt auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. In der Stadt Kapaa gibt es zahlreiche Geschenkeläden und Kunstgalerien mit vielen interessanten Restaurants. The property was in a great location for our stay on Kauai. It was near some cute shops, the beach, and easily accessible off the main highway so we could travel anywhere we wanted to on the island. We loved that there was a nice, well-kept pool/hot tub area. The apartment is very clean but is beginning to become a bit run down, with some of the plug-ins being a bit temperamental. Overall, we had a great time on Kauai and at this property.

Amazing vacation

The condo was spotless when we arrived. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants and shopping near by but the condo itself is off the busy road and very quiet. We LOVED getting up each morning and watching the sunrise from the balcony while enjoy our morning coffee and tea! It was so very helpful to have all the beach chairs and coolers as well.

Great location!

Perfect location, driving distance to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean place. They had all the supplies we needed. There were kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and coolers. The balcony also had a lovely view and was very private.

The property was in poor shape..the air conditioning was poor and the filtration poor. the tub shower was in poor condition. the kitchen cardboards where in very poor condition and would not stay closed.

Great spot for exploring Kauai

Stayed here with one friend. The apartment was super clean and in a location that has a number of great restausrants, cafes and stores. About a 15 min drive from the airport. We wanted to explore a lot do the north side of the island which was about a 35-40 min drive but it’s a real scenic and beautiful trip in a car. Would definitely recommend

Great mid point on the island.

We stayed in Kapaa because our son lived here years ago and wanted to stay where he lived. That being said it was an awesome spot to stay because we were mid way between the amazing views of the north coast and the great beaches of the south shore. The condo was nice for an island rental, not the ritz but we didn’t come to Kauai for the condo. The hot water was not working to the bathroom sink and it was fixed the next day without us even being present. The rental agency was very responsive and professional. I would gladly rent from them again.

Nice place to relax

We spent a week here. Very comfortable bed and nice towels. Quiet place and lots of space. Had some fun treats and a bottle of wine to welcome us. We weren’t cooking but everything was there. Would stay here again. Only down side was when we walked to the beach it seemed like homeless, or campers. Not sure. It’s not really a beach to hang out on so no worries!!! Sooo many awesome beaches to enjoy!! Do it!!

we had one issue, the bedroom had no AC, the property management sent a portable unit immediately you could not use both at the same time. we had guest for two days on the pull out couch in the living room we had to alternate AC at night.

This is a very spacious condo with a great layout. It did have maintenance issues and wasn't quite as pictured or described. The issues weren't trip killers, but definitely worth noting. The bed, while super comfortable, was squeaky, like to roll over, it squeaks. The shower needs new supports under it. My husband and I are both pretty fit people and it sagged badly in the center for each of us, but otherwise the bathroom is very nice. The kitchen cabinets wouldn't stay closed but the kitchen was well appointed and really did have everything we needed otherwise. The AC was more of a problem than anything else. These are mini split systems and you are asked not to leave them running. Our system smelled so badly of mold. Luckily it wasn't too hot when we were there and the ceiling fans helped. The on site laundry was nice but the price was much higher than expected. You have to buy a 10 card and then load it. The walk to Coconut marketplace was nice and the Longs Drugs next door is nice too. The beach was across a very buggy field. Unfortunately this beach wasn't really one to hang out at. Loaded with trees, bugs and very loose sand. Overall, the owners clearly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed though, so I would definitely stay again after maintenance deals with some things.

Good central location

Good central location to visit the entire island. Not fancy but very nice and clean. Beach was beautiful but the surf was rough and deep. Swimming and snorkeling is not advisable. But the condo location made it easy to visit the other beaches and enjoy all the island has to offer. Pools were very clean but the bar-b-que pit did not work. The neighborhood has great shopping, markets, and restaurants. Much within walking distance. We had all the conveniences we wanted.

Perfect for me

The description was pretty on point. The kitchen was a bit outdated but clean. Everything was clean and saw zero critters/bugs. The a/c worked wonders!!!! I felt very able to relax after a long day, as well as safe. I did not utilize the laundry, so there is no comment there. The host was extremely communicative and available if I had any questions. There were binders and literature for suggestions on activities. Plus, there was a nice welcoming bottle of wine. I would recommend this condo. The location was absolutely perfect as well.

Great little apartment, could sleep four or even a friendly six

Spotlessly clean apartment with lots of up to date features. Two big beds in the bedroom and a substantial sofa bed in the living room (give it a strong tug to get it to open). The A/C while saying it is only in the bedroom, actually has an outlet in the living room. Close to the Coconut Grove shopping center with lots of clothes shops and a big store selling both touristic items but also a limited array of fresh food plus lots of tinned and dry stuff etc. An amazing selection of wines and spirits. Safeway is a ten minute walk, 2 minute drive further up the highway. The apartment looks out on the shopping center road which, although quiet meant that lounging out on the terrace was not as comfortable as it might be. You can’t see the sea but it is easy to get to. There are swimming pools and hot tubs as well as barbeque equipment (we didn’t find this as we didn’t use it). Be warned the highway to Kapaa can become seriously congested at times, mostly when they put in the contra-flow, so allow extra time if you want to get to Lihue, Poipu or further west. We didn’t need the owners for anything but they were very attentive by e-mail.

This place was fantastic! Stocked with tons of beach goodies and comfy!! Perfect little set up and nice kitchen! You can walk to many great places close by! The coconut marketplace has tons of shopping and food options!! We will most definitely be back!!

+ note: the shower head was broken and it was replaced next day . That was great. -:: Photos are not as accurate. Apartment needs a bit of tune up, bathroom, kitchen.. No washing machine or dishwasher in the apartment , the floor mop was dirty , asked for another and was told that this would be taken care of after we check out. The bed cover needed to be washed, especially throw pillows . This side of the island is windy , big waves, our teenager could not swim nearby, we had to drive to north shore beaches where it was calmer. It has nothing to do with apartment but something to keep in mind when booking.
