the towels you start with are all you'll get. You are not managed by the front desk so they won't give you more and there is no washer. The location is beautiful.

Excellent stay! Great area and the resort grounds are lovely. The room is perfect for 2 people. Coconut marketplace is convenient, but a little pricey. Pro tip: go to Walmart for souvenirs.

Great property for my vacation with my teen. Easy drive to all the must-see places and activities. Easy short walk to and from restaurants and stores and the pool. Would certainly stay there again if we return.

What a great stay! The property was very nice along with the room. Matched the photos and descriptions perfectly. Also the location is perfect! Can go to either side of the island relatively quickly with our rental car, but still close to food, shopping and such. Host was very responsive via email and also proactive with information. Made the check in and out process very clear. We were there during a storm and we even received emails from the host (Premier Kauai) giving us the low down on what was going on with the island and safety procedures which made us feel a lot more safe and comfortable. Would gladly return!

What a great location. We loved having food and shopping options right outside our door. Parking was fairly easy, but gets a little crowded later in the day. The south side of the beach is better for swimming. Just past the cafe there is a much better cove for better calm swimming. The room itself was great. Bed was super comfortable, AC was nice and cool, shower pressure was good. We would love to stay here again.

Great location with close access to the beach!

This property is in a great location with close proximity to the beach and the Coconut Marketplace where there are shops, restaurants and dessert options. There's an ABC store with adult beverage options, snacks and an excellent local coffee shop. The beach is literally steps away from the property and the owner provides beach towels and chairs although there are also lounge chairs available (and free) on the beach. With free parking, access to a pool and hot tub and a kitchenette, the price is unbeatable! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Kauai!

Great location, Nice property!

The property is neat and clean! It is a little older but well maintained. Nice pool with a bar that opens at 3PM. BBQ grills available for cooking. The location is central to the Island and close to Costco and Walmart. Plenty of restaurants near by. This rental 309 has a patio that overlooks the pool and ocean. Most enjoyable!

We liked that there were chairs and boogie boards available in the room. This is a nice perk. There needs to be more towels available available for the stay. You weren’t allowed to get them from the front desk since it wasn’t serviced by them.

Fantastic

As soon as my husband and I walked through the door to the unit, we were immediately thrilled with our choice to stay at the Islander on the beach. This unit had a wonderful view of the resort itself, and the ocean. The room was clean and was thoughtfully put together. Super comfortable bed, and furnished nicely. The location ended up being really great - it's directly connected to an oceanfront walk/bike trail which was nice to walk along. It's also in a great central location to both the north and south shore which made visiting sites all the easier. We loved being close to the main drag of Kapa'a - such an adorable area to walk around and see local shops. The convenience of being walking distance to the coconut marketplace, was also a huge bonus. Would book this spot again in a heartbeat!
