Beautiful stay right by the water! My family of 5 stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and clean, and the views were lovely. Check in was super simple - the hosts/service they use - were professional and kind explaining exactly what we needed to know to get to the property, check in, etc. There was also a lovely surprise basket for us! We loved the pool, proximity to Poipu/Waimea/Port Allen, spacious kitchen and living area, lanai, cleanliness, stocked beach supplies, laundry and the view of the sunset from the property was unmatched. Highly recommend this property!

This location is great. It is not oceanfront, but has a good view. The walk to Poipu Beach is pleasant. The unit itself is nice, but some of the living areas and the condo complex are dated. In addition, no AC on the main floor can be unpleasant when you are relaxing during the day. Thankfully the bedrooms have cold AC. Overall a good choice for Poipu lodging.

Evelyn was so easy to work with, from the time of booking through the checkout process. She responded immediately with any questions we had. The condo is older but has a lot of updated features. The full-size washer and dryer were a nice bonus, as well as the half bath in the laundry room. Loved the view and spent mornings on the lanai with my coffee. Mahalo, Evelyn!

Our stay was wonderful. The views were gorgeous, and we loved how simple it was to head out for walks along the beach. One sunset, we were lucky enough to see whales right from a bench on the property.

This was the perfect spot for my family of 5 to spend the week. Most of the island is within an hour drive, so this location is the perfect "home base."The view off the balcony is stunning, and with the front and back doors open, the breeze is delightful. It is a great way to enjoy morning coffee or some quiet downtime in the afternoon.The unit was very clean, and even better, I only saw one tiny bug during our week there. This was quite a difference compared to my previous stay on the island, and very appreciated by all of us.The bedrooms hold 4 comfortably, and we squeezed a 5th on an air mattress (13 at walmart). The lower level was simply too hot and humid when the unit closed up, and we were not comfortable leaving it open overnight with younger kids.Next time I come back to Kauai, I would definitely stay here again.Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying here as a family of four. There was plenty of space which you will not get at a hotel or resort. We were so close to restaurants and only 15-20 minutes from most of our excursions. The beach gear was an awesome added bonus! We would 100% stay here again!

Yes everything was great. When we arrived a little later in the evening the house was very warm and stuffy. Bottom floor had no air circulation. Took about 30 minutes to cool down the bottom floor.
