Spektakuläre Ocean View, 2-Geschichte, Nichtraucher-Wohnanlage verfügt über 1200 Innen sq. Ft., Sowie 3 private lanais. Es ist perfekt für eine Familie oder 2 Paare. Diese Ferienwohnung in Poipu Beach befindet sich auf einem üppigen Grundstück, das die Gäste an einen tropischen botanischen Garten erinnert.
Unsere Wohnung ist mit einem hawaiischen Thema, modern und doch Insel Stil eingerichtet. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, oder angrenzend ist der Grillplatz. Ein 55-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit Kabel und DVD sowie kostenfreies WLAN, damit Sie in Verbindung bleiben können. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Flachbild-LCD-TV.

Die Nihi Kai Villas sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt, aber befinden sich direkt am Meer. Es gibt Tennisplätze, einen Pool und Grillplätze für die Gäste.

Das preisgekrönte Restaurant im Poipu Shopping Village liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Wir zählten 120 Schritte zum Ozean von unserer Wohnung, und ein paar mehr zu Brennecke Beach.

Nihi Kai 804 liegt nur nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt, und Brennecke Beach ist ein paar Meter weiter. Dies ist eine große Boogie-Boarding Strand. Noch ein paar Meter und Sie werden zu Poipu Beach zu kommen. Poipu Beach wurde # 1 Strand in den USA von der Travel Channel gestimmt. Freuen Sie sich auf Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, Surfen, Boogie-Boarding, Spielplatz, Restaurant, Eisdiele, Surfshop und ein Baby am Strand, alle leicht zu Fuß erreichbar: # 804.

Gleich um die Ecke ist die Poipu Shopping Village, wo Sie verschiedene Geschäfte und ein paar tolle Restaurants. Dienstags und donnerstags um 05.00 Uhr gibt es einen großen polynesischen Show in den Hof. Einer unserer Lieblings-Restaurants ist Keoki Paradies, das eine große Auswahl an Speisen bietet. Die Altstadt von Koloa ist ein paar Meilen die Straße hinunter, und bietet einen malerischen Blick zurück in der Zeit, und ist die Heimat von Geschäften und Restaurants. Weiter unten ist Spouting Horn Nationalpark und das Arboretum, die beide kostenlos zu besuchen sind.

The accommodation was exactly as described. The area is in a very well-kept, beautiful complex with wonderful plant life. The beaches are very close and offer good opportunities for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The apartment is very well equipped. We can absolutely recommend it.

Great location with great views of the ocean overlooking Brennecke's Beach just east of Poipu Beach, both an easy walk to and from. The Condo was quiet and comfortable with all the kitchen utensils needed. Bedrooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.

Property campus is well maintained. Building 8 is at the top of the hill and has gorgeous views of the area. There are several stairs that would be a problem for people with limited mobility. The condo was stocked with essential items better then any previous rental I've had (soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, etc). It's nice to not have to bring them or pay inflated island prices. Also well stocked with beach chairs and accessories. Beach is within walking distance, but driving makes more sense if you are taking cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. Steve provided helpful info for check-in and was responsive to questions. A few things in the condo didnt work as intended and some cleaning disappointments, but nothing really problematic.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed-beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for a fun day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The view from the porch was spectacular-do many beautiful sunsets! Steve was easy to work with-we would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, tons of amenities, comfortable beds and living space, great kitchen. I would say closer to excellent and would def stay again. Owner is great and easy to deal with. Took one star off because of the bugs, gnats in bathroom and under kitchen sink but thats not the owners fault. Its the islands!! Wonderful time! Thank u!!!

Amazing Views from a tired and worn out condo

The Good: The location of the condo, the proximity to the beach and the breathtaking views of the ocean from the living room and deck, were nothing short of amazing! The check in process was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Not So Good: The overall cleanliness of the condo. The deck seat cushions and the kitchen chair cushions were all stained/ dirty. The rugs in the bathrooms were dirty. The carpeting in the living room & down the stairs was stained/ dirty. The living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were molded. There were no instructions anywhere to operate anything. There was a laminated booklet in the kitchen with sightseeing info but no instructions. While all of this is probably pretty normal with a rental, its still disappointing when you choose a spectacular location to stay, and end up having to deal with these issues. The phone number for the property management company was not found until later in the week, it was on framed instructions 1/2 hidden behind the toaster in the kitchen. At this point, we had 2 days left to our vacation and didn't want to deal with the intrusion of property management for things that should have been done prior to our arrival. After our vacation, we did reach out to the host Steve to convey all of these issues & he was prompt and genuine in his response. Overall, this is a fantastic location. With some attention to details this could be the best place to stay!

Great location, close to beach! Unit was as described and had plenty of starter supplies. We spent early mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the gorgeous view. Quiet area, beautiful landscaping and had the pool to ourselves when the beach was crowded. Experienced a safety issue in the parking lot, onsite mgr addressed immediately. We would definitely stay again.

Just lovely! Perfect location, excellent home kitted out with all the essentials. My kids loved the spray toys for the pool. The views were just killer and we could walk to two beaches in minutes. Watching the turtles at night was so cool.

The property was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and we could see the ocean from the main lanai. The only note: we had one traveler with some mobility issues, and the stairs to the condo, and within the condo was a challenge. And the two bathrooms were on the floor with the two bedrooms, so a lot more stairs. The property host was very responsive and I would give it two big thumbs up. Near Poipu Beach - great parking and easy access. I'd go back.
