A new remote-controlled awning allows sun protection, with all amenities for outdoor dining. Done in a blend of German and American style, it is near historic Hirschhorn, with great music and culture. Its location features hiking, biking and sports, within proximity to swimming and horseback riding along the Neckar River. It is a short S-Bahn ride to Heidelberg.
All kitchen appliances are new.
In the flat are 2 new flatscreen TV's, an iPod dock, CD player, as well games for both adults and children. WiFi is included. The kitchen is newly refurbished and the flat includes new laundry facilities. All linens are included and a new full size wooden crib may be converted to a youth bed. A Weber barbeque is available. The rooms are generous and the housewares are plentiful and lovely. The new remote controlled awning allows guests to enjoy shaded or sunny exposure on the terrace. "The Enchanted Cottage" is level-in and has a custom built ramp for wheel-chair access. This is a no-smoking property.

The property is best for three adult guests, or a family of two adults and two children. Please inquire about additional charges for greater occupancy, including Euro 10,00 per night for roll-away bed (Rollbett.)

Two parking spaces are included. The property is smoke-free and pet-free. Smoking anywhere on the property will occasion an additional cleaning fee of Euro 200,00.
