Diese Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich im dritten Stock und wurde gerade komplett renoviert. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, mit eigenem Bad und 46-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, zwei Schaukelstühle, einen schönen Blick auf die weißen Sandstrände und das Golfwasser sowie einen 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Alle Fernseher haben HD-Kabel. Sie werden auch die großartige Aussicht von den hohen Balkonmöbeln genießen.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über Massivholzschränke, Granitplatten und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl. Beide Bäder haben auch Granit mit Holzböden in der gesamten Einheit.

Das Phoenix II ist eine Nichtraucherunterkunft mit allen öffentlichen Bereichen und Balkonen. Die komplexen Annehmlichkeiten des Phoenix II umfassen einen Außenpool, einen beheizten Innenpool im Phoenix III-Kinderbecken, eine Strandpromenade, eine Außendusche, einen Pavillon, einen Grillbereich, eine Sauna, einen Racquetball-Innenplatz, Tennispl��tze, einen Whirlpool, einen Fitnessraum und ein Spiel Zimmer. Alle Annehmlichkeiten werden mit Phoenix I-IV geteilt. Die Unterkunft und der Komplex bieten auch kostenfreies WLAN.

Parkausweise werden jetzt in der Lobby aller Phoenix-Eigentumswohnungen gekauft. Great Little Condo

We had a great time at this cute little condo on the beach. We were there for a baseball tournament, but it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable place after a long day. The view was spectacular, and the beach is literally just steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It was convenient for us on the 3rd floor so easy in and out. Beautiful view of the beach. Mattresses were comfortable. We would highly recommend if your on the fence. You won’t be disappointed!

Great trip

The home was clean, nice and well decorated. It was convenient to everything. The host kept in contact. The plumbing does seem to need clearing out because the water runs slow. I understand not smoking inside, but I don't understand not being able to smoke on the balcony and having to walk the far side of the next building.

Our stay

The Condo was decorated cute, however a few items on the wall were a little outdated. The guest bed was very uncomfortable. I was very upset having to pay for parking, this should be included in the rental fees.

We stayed in the Phoenix 2 building at Orange Beach, we did not have hot water on the first day which we realized while trying to bathe two toddlers after the beach. When I called I was told this was a recurring problem with that unit and they had been sending people to fix it, but I would assume if that's the case it's their duty to come up with a permanent solution. Someone did come to fix it and we had hot water for about a day, and then back to cold only.Management said they had to contact the HOA as it was on them to fix, which is an excuse that is not helpful at all. It did not get fixed while we were there, as she said she cannot send someone till the next day. In general the unit was very old, and it seems they are very stingy with maintenance based on others stories.

Phoenix II

We enjoyed our stay here all and all but a couple of things. First of all our condo was not ready at check in time, even though it was a short amount of time, early is always better than late. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was noisy and we had to turn it off at night. The kiddie pool fountain is right below the balcony and took away from the peaceful serene view of the ocean. Black out curtains would be nice in the guest room, we hung a beach towel over the window to make it easier to sleep in.

Nice Getaway but a few negatives.

Pros: The facility is very nice and clean with friendly staff and lots of amenities. It is conveniently located in the center of Orange Beach and all it’s attractions. The unit is newly updated with gorgeous countertops and soft close cabinets. Most appliances are available. We got beautiful sunrise and sunset photos and the beach is easily accessible. The kids loved the swimming pool and game room in the facility. The gated entries throughout the grounds are great for people with kids. We were able to be comfortable without worrying about the kids damaging anything as the unit is mostly kid friendly. Cons: Our check in was delayed without prior notice due to a maintenance issue. They allowed us to check enter despite the issue which didn’t interfere with our stay. There was an issue with the ceiling and some of the items on the wall were falling off (towel rack, faucet cover) but it didn’t disturb us. There was a lot of maintenance going on in other rooms that didn’t allow naps for our littles during the day due to the loud noise. This specific unit is directly above the kiddy pool with a water feature which is loud and runs all day and evening but shut off at night. It did distract from the sounds of the ocean waves. Also, the door in the bedroom is misleading in the photo, it is a nice view but the door doesn’t open and we wanted to listen to waves at night in bed. The door in the living room section does open to a balcony that has a tall bar table and chairs that make a parent nervous due to kids climbing. The chairs are exactly rail height so we had to be extra cautious. You must bring extra blankets if your cold natured and have the AC on. The linens are thin. Prepare to bring extras for kitchen use (spices, coffee filters, etc.) as this just has basic cookware/utensils, no pantry items. The dryer in the unit burnt holes and ruined some of our clothing.
