Endless Memories at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club

Welcome to our condo.... We have created Endless Memories here and hope you do the same. We are a GROUND FLOOR unit in building #1 (Tennis Villas) located at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club, Orange Beach, Alabama. This resort is beach side and our unit is steps from the beach, a very short 3 MINUTE OR LESS walk to the sand. We are beach side, not gulf view.....Steps from our front door are Tennis/Pickle ball court's, Indoor pool, exercise room and sauna. Convenient location for all that Seaside and Orange Beach has to offer. We are directly across the street from Adventure Island, Fat Daddy's Arcade and Bubba's Seafood. SUPER short walking distance to Shopping and grocery stores. Freshly Painted and nice upgrades throughout the condo.

Unit sleeps 6 and primary renter must be on site throughout the duration of stay. $100.00 Per person per day fee for any unauthorized persons.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is plenty of seating for everyone between the kitchen and bar area.

Living area is very open with a sofa and 2 chairs, one being a recliner. The living room TV has been upgraded to a 60" with Roku available. We also have a wireless phone charger in every room.

Primary bedroom is very spacious featuring a king size bed, 42 inch flat screen tv with Roku available, wireless phone charger and a private bathroom.

Guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, a bunk bed, 32 inch smart flat screen tv with Roku available, wireless phone charger and plenty of storage for your personal belongings. There is a full bathroom right outside this bedroom in the hallway.

Recently added a new washer/dryer combo for your convenience.
New Dishwasher, bathroom vanity's, lights and faucets, kitchen faucet installed recently as well.

Large outdoor patio with table and chairs.
Amenities include:
2 outdoor pools,
1 indoor heated pool,
private beach access,
tennis/Pickle Ball Courts, fitness room, sauna, steam room, shuffleboard, BBQ grill area, free wifi and Satellite tv.

We are directly across the street from Bubba's Seafood and Adventure Island and numerous restaurants, souvenir shops a Walmart and Rouses grocery all within walking distance......
Putt Putt, Go Carts, Game room and more.

$50.00 parking fee per vehicle per stay to be paid directly to security guard when arriving, 2 vehicle's only....no exceptions. Debit/Credit cards only, no cash payments accepted. Vehicle will be towed/booted if Vehicle found without parking pass.

EARLY CHECK IN:
Available at $25.00 per 2 hrs,
If cleaning/maintenance permits. We can arrange for early cleaning/maintenance...will need at least 72 hr notice.
If property is entered without payment or owner permission, immediate termination of rental agreement, trespass from property and loss of any monies paid.

Security Cameras located throughout the property and Ring Cameras located at the front and rear doors of condo.
NO CAMERAS ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE CONDO. Any blocking/disabling of cameras or router will result in immediate eviction, trespassed from property and loss of all monies paid.
Security guards are onsite from 0800-2200

Absolutely no sub-letting or 3rd party booking. Primary renter must be onsite for the duration of stay.
