Gemütliches und sauberes Studio im zweiten Stock mit Meerblick und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. California Kingsize-Bett und Queen-Schlafsofa. Kostenloses WiFi 5g. Wir sind in der zweiten / obersten Etage mit der gewölbten Decke, so dass Sie nicht durch Lärm gestört werden, weil niemand über Ihnen ist; mit Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator. Strandausrüstung mit einem riesigen Pool, einem Whirlpool und einem Tennisplatz innerhalb des Komplexes. Sauber und in guter Größe Wäscherei. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Strandstadt gleich die Straße runter und 16 km von Kahului entfernt, wo Sie die wichtigsten Geschäfte der Kette finden. Es gibt einen Blick auf den Fischteich, die Windmühlen und das Walschutzgebiet. Die Kihei-Straße ist tagsüber stark befahren. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe für diejenigen, die nicht fahren möchten. In der Nähe gibt es Spielplätze und Strände sowie eine Rollschuhbahn im Freien und das nationale Wildreservat Kealia Pond. So viele Aktivitäten im schönen Kihei, alle in der Nähe für Ihr Vergnügen.

Wir haben Kochgeschirr, Föhn, Utensilien, Geschirr, Tassen, Dampfbügeleisen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Strandausrüstung, DVD-Player, Fernseher, Kabel, Internet, Decken, Kissen, Bade- und Strandtücher und haben gerade eine Sicherheitstür hinzugefügt so dass sie jetzt die eingangstür öffnen und die wunderbare maui-brise den ganzen tag und die ganze nacht durchströmen lassen können.

We had a short stay (3 nights) with a lot of driving to see the island. This rental was comfy and has all you will need to make simple meals and get some R & R after a day of exploring beautiful Maui.

Great Property

This unit is ideal for a couples stay. Check in/out was very easy. Parking was good, if you get back late, you may need to find parking towards the rear of the complex; short walk. Location is very convenient. The unit is stocked with kitchen tools, linens and AC. Unit faces the sun, so it can get warm during the day. Beautiful sunset from patio. Pool and jacuzzi was a nice touch. Only complaint is the bathroom vent. when turned on, there is an unpleasant odor. Communication before, during and after was great. Overall, I look forward to our next stay at Kiehi Bay Surf. Mahalo!

The accommodations were just adequate for a couple. Perfect for a husband and wife. The location is good. If you stay here be sure to see the sea turtles across the road at the whale sanctuary.

Pleasantly surprised

We stayed here and had a wonderful time. Honestly, I would rather have been here than any other properties due to the price and location. The room was wonderful. The hot tub and pool were nice also. On a side note- go across the street to the beach at night and see the sea turtles asleep there where about 50 of them every night.

Lovely tropical getaway close to beach

We loved this condo near the beach for sunsets, the whale sanctuary, and a short drive to produce markets, hikes, Foodland for poke’, nature preserves, upcountry, restaurants, and so much more. The well stocked kitchen and thoughtful items like beach gear, cooler, spices, etc were so helpful to us!

Nice unit in great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this studio apartment. It was clean and very well equipped (kitchen utensils, beach equipment, extra towels etc). In addition, the location was very good, close to some of the nicest beaches in the island and to many places to eat.

Not bad, but not great.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The property manager didn't send us all the information we needed to get in when we arrived, but thankfully did include a number for someone else we could text. When we texted them, they sent back a one-word response, which was all we needed to get in. When we walked in, one of the first things I found were probably hundreds of dead gnats on the floor and in the bathroom sink. The floor was also generally dirty. It only took a couple of minutes to clean this all up, and the rest of our stay was fine. The bed was comfortable; the furnishings were good.We didn't spend much time in the place itself except for dinners and to sleep. It's in a really great location, with access to a lot of great parts of Maui. It's also right across the road from a gorgeous beach. So, it worked. It was a roof over our heads and did what we needed it to do. But it's not especially nice, either. And I wish they had cleaned up the gnats before we arrived.

Relaxing stay!

Liked the location, very central to all the island. Was able to visit all parts of Maui by taking day trips to different locations and used Condo in Kihei as home base. Beach across the street was a big plus as well.

Good option for those looking for a smaller/quieter place. Could use some updates

Pros:-Location was fantastic! Right across from a beach, in close proximity to a lot of things -Price was very fair, especially for Maui -Cute space and quiet neighbors Cons:-outdated interior, but unless you're wanting to watch a lot on TV, it shouldn't be a problem -Bathroom needs a major deep clean. Bathroom smelled very strongly of mold/mildew through the duration of our stay.Overall, a good experience! A few tweaks would make this property absolutely incredible but it's definitely a good choice for those wanting reasonably priced accommodations

Perfect for the price

Great little spot. Was a little bit concerned with some of the reviews being mixed but it was everything you could need with a stay. Water pressure worked just fine, even though it’s on Kihei road it’s not too loud, and a/c with the box fan worked great. No complaints at all especially with the deal you’re getting

Good bed, great pool, porch noisy ( right in busy road)& hadn’t been cleaned, room was clean but several items were fraying, one burner not working- nice beach materials, but no soap for handwashing.

Amazing location

Small and quaint condo, but amazing location especially for the price! Minor maintenance issue when we were there, owner and property manager were great getting everything taken care of. Book this property and enjoy the beach right across the street.

Property was not clean, with torn/missing linens. Owner probably had no idea that his place had been neglected by cleaner... We Changed to a new place and he got us a refund. A/C band-aid is not adequate.

I grew up and went to school on the east coast. After a vacation to California, I decided to make it my home. Since moving to California, we have been vacationing in Maui for about 12 years, and the very first time we knew we would live there someday. This condo is now our home away from home. We have two adorable toddlers. Before they were born, we engaged in a 10 year search for the perfect place to call home in Maui. But when our children were born and after seeing their love and enjoyment for Maui, and with an enchanted stroke of luck, i found our second home. we are anxious to share the aloha spirit with my guests, and hope that you will feel the magic I felt the very first time I stepped foot on the island. I hope our guests will feel the love our family has for our home.

We began looking for a second home from the first time we set foot on Maui. We stayed in other parts of the island, including Napili and Kaanapali. We found Kihei to feel more like a family oriented paradise in a small beach resort town, located centrally allowing easy access to many points of interest. Our home is across Kihei Road from the ancient Koieie Fish Pond, and the Whale Sanctuary. We have an ocean view, that will only get better when the palm tree grows just a little bigger! We found that as return visitors, accessibility to the airport, shopping, dining, and other beaches, is very important to living in Maui.

You have a variety of places to eat, shop, or simply to enjoy taking long walks on beaches that are long and beautiful, such as sugar beach. Maui ocean center is just over 6 miles away. Our home provides you many options on the laid back island of maui.
