Unsere Apartment-Lage in der Anlage macht es außergewöhnlich ruhig, nur wenige Schritte vom Pool, der Sauna, dem Parkplatz und den Grillplätzen entfernt.
Die Wohnung bietet eine große Veranda mit Blick auf eine gepflegte Grünfläche und bietet ausreichend privaten Raum.
In der Wohnung befindet sich das California King-Bett im Schlafzimmer und das übergroße Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.
Bambusböden, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd und Mikrowelle. Das Badezimmer mit neuen Duscharmaturen ist aus Marmor gefliest. Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe, neue Klimaanlage, neue Deckenventilatoren, Kabel-TV, kostenloses Highspeed-Internet mit WLAN, 42 LCD-TV, 32 LCD-TV mit DVD-Player und Computertisch. Die Wohnung bleibt das ganze Jahr über recht kühl, so dass Wechselstrom selten benötigt wird.

Perfectly located, a little outdated but had all we needed. pool area is very nice including bbq and hot tub. great to hang out on those windy afternoons. close to shops and restaurants, beach out front is nice and calm just perfect for little ones, sandy with some reef too where you can see fishes and turtles daily

Functional and pleasant

This unit was quite comfortable and well outfitted with kitchen utensils and beach toys. The ventilation was better than it has been in most other warm places we have stayed, with two fans in both the bedroom and the living room. We had a hard time making the air conditioner work, but the heavy drapes kept the strongest afternoon heat from making the unit unbearable. The lanai table wasn't in great shape since the plexiglass top didn't cover the whole wooden surface, but it was still nice to relax in the shade there before the afternoon sun encroached on it. The view was pleasant but not spectacular, except of the stars on clear nights -- wow! The whole complex seemed well maintained, quiet and safe. It would have been difficult for people who have trouble climbing up and down stairs to get around there, but it worked well for able-bodied folks. The best thing about this place is its proximity to a lovely sandy beach and lots of good restaurants!

Perfect home away from home

Great location, comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was clear and there were no issues. The pool and hot tub are sparkling, and I spent a lot of time in or next to the pool. Location is perfect, right in the heart of Kihei, close to everything. I will check to see if this condo is available again, the next time I make it to Maui!

Peaceful stay at the beach

I think the best thing to say is that if we come back we'll check if this listing is available before we look elsewhere. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate, so I won't waste time redescribing the place. What made it special is how quiet it was. The lanai (although a little chicken-infested) faces an empty lot, so you get a view out onto the ocean that, while not completely unobstructed, doesn't include anybody walking or driving by. The sense of peaceful seclusion really made the stay extra special as we were able to enjoy the quiet times in the condo in the mornings, evenings, and between activities. Loved every moment of it.

Paradise in Kihei!

We had such a wonderful time in Kihei. This condo was amazing! It had everything you needed beach supplies, curling irons, washer and dryer ,honestly all the comforts of home. It was so peaceful and quiet. We rarely saw anyone. We love the lanai. we were just minutes away from the beach. Lora was wonderful to work with. She was always quick to respond to our questions. Great condo and location in Kihei

We had a great week staying at Lora's condo in Kihei. The condo was equipped with everything you'll need for a great stay. The bed was very comfortable which led to too much sleeping in. We also especially enjoyed the ground level lanai in the morning. There is green space adjacent to the property giving you a nice view of the ocean in the distance from the lanai. Chickens come by for some extra entertainment as well! Kamaole beach is just a couple block walk from the condo. We explored all three Kamaole beaches finding some great snorkeling turtle time on the point between 1 and 2. Great shops and restaurants adjacent to the property and many more a short drive away. We had a great stay!

very close to a good beach for all ages. 2 miles to 2 large grocery stores and 1 block to ABC store.

A very clean property and staff very friendly. Close to shops and beach. Unit we stay'd in was well equiped and very clean and tidy. We found it quiet and easy access. 13 miles to Airport .

Lora very nice, onsite manager not! Condo has great kitchen and amenities, too dated otherwise.

The only great thing about the property was that it was on Maui. It was like stepping into 1978 and was dark and dreary. The condo did have a great modern kitchen. There must have been a broken sewage pipe because there were plumbing trucks there the whole week and the grounds smelled like sewage. The worst part of all was the manager, he always look mad. On the first day he snapped at me for parking on the wrong side of a parking lot. I said I rented a condo from the owner. He rudely said I was not THE owner! No aloha from the onsite mgr!

A great property - exactly what we wanted!

We had a little confusion when we arrived at the property as we hadn’t received an email from the property owner as we left Canada. I figured it would arrive while we were in transit but it didn’t. We arrived late at night (10:30) and were able to connect with Lora, got in the suite and everything was perfect from there forward. My only suggestion would be to make sure you receive details of the lockbox code before you get on your plane. The suite was great and very clean. Had everything we wanted and needed and then even more like a great knife sharpener and a room safe. The ground floor deck area looks out to a a grassy area with a field and the ocean beyond.. every morning we sat and drank our coffee on the patio listening to birds, rooster and quiet. The pool area was almost always empty and so were the bbq areas. Upstairs by the pickleball courts was a 2nd bbq area with chairs, shade and more quiet. It was fantastic. We have stayed in Kihei many times but this was our favourite location. Tons of parking, close to Maui Fish’n Chips, Maui Bread Company, That’s a Wrap, ABC, Thai food, the beach and more. Every night we walked down to the beach to watch the sunset and then a stop for gelato on the way back to the condo. We really appreciated some air conditioning in the living room along with in suite laundry. To summarize, Lora was great, the condo was awesome, the location was perfect for us and super convenient to everything we wanted. We will gladly book with Lora again!
