Schönes großes geräumiges Haus auf dem offenen Wasser (keine rote Flut) mit Zugang zum Segelboot. Private 45 'Dock mit 30' zur Verfügung, um bis zu 40 'Boot festmachen. Hebebühne mit 10K lbs für zwei genehmigungspflichtige Jetski. Designer-Infinity-Pool mit angeschlossenem Whirlpool. Offener Grundriss mit Glasschiebetüren in voller Höhe, fast über die gesamte Breite des Hauses mit Blick auf das Wasser. Gourmetküche mit Top-Endgeräten. Einzigartiger mit Glas umschlossener Innen- / Außenraum, der als Teil des Hauses oder als Teil des Außenbereichs eingeschlossen oder vollständig geöffnet werden kann.

Die Master-Suite verfügt über eine doppelte begehbare Dusche, eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Die Suite im 2. Stock verfügt über eine Kochnische mit Sitzbereich, einen Kühlschrank, ein komplettes Bad, einen Balkon und einen Balkon für bis zu 5 Personen. Das dritte Bad verfügt über eine kombinierte Duschwanne und ein Dampfbad.

Gäste haben Zugang zum gesamten Haus außer Garage und 1 abgeschlossenem Schrank. Es gibt mehrere Schränke, die nur für den Besitzer bestimmt sind und nur Lebensmittel und Kleidung enthalten. Die Gäste können alle im Kühl- / Gefrierschrank und in der Speisekammer verbleibenden Gegenstände benutzen. Wir bitten nur, die gelöschten Gegenstände zu ersetzen.

Die Eigentümer sind rund um die Uhr telefonisch erreichbar. Wir haben auch einen Nachbarn von nebenan, der ein Bauunternehmer ist und das Haus gut kennt. Er steht Ihnen bei Problemen zur Verfügung, falls etwas entstehen sollte.

Es gibt 4 Sicherheitskameras in den öffentlichen Bereichen und im Freien. Diese können zu Ihrem Schutz funktionsfähig bleiben und helfen Ihnen bei betrieblichen Problemen. Sie können sie während Ihres Aufenthalts deaktivieren, indem Sie die mit "Kamera" gekennzeichneten Wandschalter am Pool und im Innen- / Außenraum trennen. Es gibt auch einen Eintrag für die Hausautomation, mit dem Sie während Ihres geplanten Aufenthalts über ein Smartphone oder Tablet auf Ihr Zuhause zugreifen können.

The house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our group. It’s in a good location close to everything you may need, and a nice area for long walks. Despite a cold spell in Florida, the pool was heated to an amazing 85* and the hot tub was hot. We enjoyed lots of little areas for gathering…the front porch, the kitchen bar counter, the dock, the side of the house where we set up corn hole, and everyone’s favorite…the patio furniture that sits inside where all the sliders open up to the outside…amazing! Owner Pete reached out to us regularly during our visit to be sure all was well and that we had all we needed. He was also very responsive when we had questions for him. We made lots of memories and we’re all looking forward to our next visit!! )

House was beautiful, conveniently located. Owner was quick to answer questions. The 6th bedroom wasn’t actually a bedroom but was arranged to enable privacy. Pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. Weather was wonderful. Our family had a great time. All 13 of us!! Highly recommend.

Family Christmas Vacation

Pete & Linda have the perfect place for a family fun week. The kiddos, all generations, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fishing off the dock. Everything you need is available-from fishing rods to pool “toys” to multiple living spaces both indoor and outdoor. Location is exceptional for access to all that SW Florida has to offer. Pete was more than helpful with instructions to use the “smart” home. Great place for creating awesome memories!

We are a group of 11, ranging from grandparents to grandchildren. I was so surprised to have such access to owner and his willingness to share from best beaches to house info (like staying at a family friend’s home). Very detailed about house info which is wonderful! Comfortable big sofa for the whole group to watch Big 10 tourney (note the headrests lean up for comfort :)

Perfect space for multi-family vacation

Our group consisted of three families of four; 6 adults and 6 kids. Each couple had a room and bathroom on the main floor and the kids took over the upstairs. Beach chairs and pool toys were plentiful. Loved drinking coffee while sitting at the table on the dock. Outdoor space was wonderful! Pete was accessible, responsive and checked in mid-trip to make sure all was good. Fantastic experience had and great memories made in this house!

Amazing experience!

We rented this house for a vacation with our adult children. It had everything that we needed and things we didn't even know we wanted! Plenty of room. Gorgeous views! The pictures didn't do the home justice! The owner was immediately available for any question or concern. Home was comfortable, well laid out and accessible to everywhere we needed to get to. We can't wait to come back!

Really nice people. They were well prepared as they had read thru and watched all the materials sent to them explaining the home. We spoke a couple of times to be sure all was good and to check if anything was needed. Left our home in great condition. I recommend them to rent to, I just hope they rent from me again first.

Exceptional Home

When stepping into this home, our first impression was 'wow'; when departing, our unanimous impression was 'wow, we are not ready to leave .' This was an exceptional home with an ideal location for us as our daughter's wedding and reception was at the Sheraton Harborside Tiki Hut. The owner is an excellent communicator, touching base several times to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction and that we did not have trouble with any of the technology in the home. I highly recommend this home if you want ample, relaxing and a fun space.

We rented the house for a wedding in the area and had guests from my parents in their 80’s to my children in their 20’s. Everyone loved it! Large gathering places inside the house as well as in the beautiful pool area. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. House was very clean and well stocked. Very good instructions on how to operate everything in the house. Pete was very attentive to any questions. Would highly recommend the rental.

Our experience was excellent!! Prior to arriving to the home. We had emails explaining everything with videos and clearly written instructions of the workings of the home. Upon arrival entering the home went very smooth. The house is laid out very well for our situation with different rooms to congregate. very workable kitchen, and beautiful pool with outside wet bar. The home owner was available for questions within minutes via a text any time of the day or night. I give this stay a AAA +++ We will definitely return the next time we come to Florida

Infinity Pool and Beyond

I have been renting vacation homes in Florida for 5 years. This house was one of the best. The pool was 2nd to none. We loved the layout and the location. We went out on the canal with the kayaks every morning. Even rented a boat for a few days and tied it off to the dock in the back of the house. One downside was only 1 TV in the house. With 7 people in the house it took some maneuvering to watch what you wanted. Neighbors Cliff and Judith are wonderful and very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!!!

William and group were great to have and communicated well with me. Unfortunately they didn't communicate so well with each other, as there is a second 65" smart TV with full cable in the living room of the upstairs suite, but the person staying up there didn't tell the rest of the group. Concerned it went missing I asked, and William found out, it was there all along and apologized for the comment in the review. This group is really great to have and I recommend them to all other hosts.

Perfect Florida Vacation

This was a perfect house for our group of two couples and three 20-30 yr olds. Everyone with a bed, plenty of bathroom space. We cooked a lot and boy was that kitchen ready for us. Brand new appliances, plus so many extras. Grill was great also. No evidence of Ian at the Beeney Fun House! We used the kayaks, played pickleball in a nearby park, and had a day trip to Boca Grande for beach time and a dolphin cruise with Boca Boats. Visited the Botanical Gardens and Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda. We did see a dolphin, rays and plenty of sea and bird life right in front of the dock at the house. Golfers were happy with selection of nearby public courses. Great communication with the owner. New to this area but plan to come back.

Thanksgiving on the Canal

Loved being able to gather at this lovely home. There was space for family members who had to work remote while others played in the pool, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and the view was beautiful. Owner knew we had 9 people sleeping at his home but did not instruct his cleaners to make beds for 9 people. This means after a long day of travel we had to hunt through the house and make beds. Also, there was a blockage in the kitchen sink trap which we had to fix for him on the Friday after Thanksgiving as there was no back up handyperson. Guarantee we saved him an emergency holiday plumbing bill. Would have been nice if some gesture was extended beyond thanks.

I appreciate the 5 stars and I hope their time was enjoyable. As for the negative comments, I'm deeply concerned and confused. We have 2 dual purpose sleeping and social areas, with 2 twin trundle and a queen pull out sofa. Since we don't know how these areas are going to be used, we leave them setup as sitting areas. It's never been a issue for 5 years. The bedding for the trundle was next to it in a clear zippered bed in a box package and the sofa bed had a linen closet 3 feet away that contained all that bedding and a extra memory foam topper. I know all of this was this way because we were there prior, so it wasn't the cleaning service forgetting. As for the kitchen plumbing the problem occurred after they were there for 5 days, something they caused not something they inherited. I was very happy they took it upon themselves to resolve the issue (clogged P trap). I thought they did this to get back up ASAP and or avoid the expense of fixing something they caused. Again nothing I've ever had happen before. I did thank them many time over and thought all was good.

Best sunsets in the beautiful home

Pete’s home is one of the best properties we had rented for our vacations. To start with, Peter is great communicator and most gracious host. Whenever we had any questions he answered promptly. The home is gorgeous and spacious. At one point we had 13 people in the house total and everyone was comfortable and did not feel overcrowded. We cooked a lot ourselves versus eating out and the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools, pans, pots and flatware. The home has lots of common and private areas. We enjoyed them all. We spend most of the time by the pool and at the dock. Love, love the outdoor setting. Fishing was a highlight of each morning and evening. Beautiful sunsets, never will get enough of those… every evening different. We also enjoyed wild life watching- from rabbit peacefully grazing to a family of ducks completing their evening swim. We hope to be back soon. Thank you, Peter for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Port Charlotte Water Front House

My wife and I spent pre-Thanksgiving Holiday with our three adult children, their respective spouses and four grandchildren (yes, we were a big group!) and the house was a perfect fit for us! Pete and Linda did an amazing job getting the house ready prior to our arrival and it was in great shape by the time we arrived…you never would have known that the eye of Hurricane Ian had passed over the top six-weeks earlier. In addition, the little town I grew up in (Punta Gorda/Pt. Charlotte) is recovering nicely from the impact, and except for some remaining debris (neatly piled on the side of the road and being removed on a daily basis), all felt very normal with stores and restaurants open for business. The house is perfectly situated if you, like us, have/rent a boat…with new concrete dock and easy/direct access to Charlotte Harbor and beyond. We kept our boat at the dock the entire trip and it worked out perfectly. The dock, canals and basin are also a great place to catch a fish…our granddaughters caught a few! Lastly, we loved the configuration of the house and the ability to open it up to the pool and lanai via a fascinating array of disappearing sliding glass doors. Pete is a great host…very accommodating, communicative and his hospitality and his house exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend this house highly enough…it was the perfect venue for a very special time with our family.
