Great getaway

Had a wonderful time. The house was very nice. They need to update the pictures. Had a problem with pool heat, but they were right out and fixed it. Overall, I would recommend this house.

Disney stay

Checkin and communication were great. Upon arrival the house wasn’t ready for us. The pool was filthy, grass a foot long in the back, and a leak under the sink in a upstairs bedroom that had molded and flooded the bathroom. Maintenance did come in a timely manner and fixed it but wasn’t able to do anything about the mold at that time. So we were down a bedroom due to avoiding that room. Pool guy didn’t come till Wednesday and we checked in Saturday, that was unannounced. Randomly men were in the back of the house. Parking was not good. Neighbor runs a slingcar and Tesla rental company and cars are parked ALL over the one side of the road, road is small so any big vehicles have a hard time pulling in and out of the driveway and road parking wasn’t an option because these cars. Location is perfect to Disney and house size definitely gives everyone space.

Would not recommend.. unpleasant stay

We planned our yearly family vacation before the school year and decided on this house due to the closeness to universal studios and the amenities of this house. When we arrived and settled in the first day, we all decided to swim despite the not so presentable backyard area. The outside speakers did not work so we could not play music while we swam and ate dinner outside. The only working TV was the living room. The blow dryers smelled of burning the instant we tried to use them. The icing on top of this whole experience was the AC unit went out on our 3rd night stay! Due to being at volcano bay all day we got back very late and sunburned so several of us staying upstairs did not feel the rise in temperature until early into our 4th day. We woke up early and left to universal studios and again got back very late that evening. One of us noticed leaking coming from the ceiling of the utility room. My husband being a licensed plumber checked each room and eventually came to the conclusion that the AC was leaking and shut it off. We immediately notified the host and was told they would have someone come the following morning. Thankfully there was a box fan in the closets of a few of the rooms so we were able to use for the children and ourselves to manage through our 4th night stay. Between the response of the host, the extra fans and how the overall situation was handled it seems this house has had AC issues in the past. The host did not apologize or try to accommodate us for the inconveniences we experienced during our stay, specifically the AC going out! I would definitely not recommend staying at this house especially until the host can fix the AC for sure and the extra amenities that make this house worth staying at.

Worked well for my son who uses a power wheelchair. Loved the lift for the pool. Game room needs improvement broken items should be fixed or removed. Need instructions on how to use television in living room. Appreciated quick response to repair on pool.
