Formosa Gardens Estates with its wide palm tree lined boulevards creates a spacious feel. It is located just off the US 192 (W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) - just past Mile Marker 5 at Formosa Blvd Shopping Plaza. Formosa Gardens Estates is the most prestigious community in the area – it is gated, providing added security and all the homes are situated on large lot sizes of between 1/3rd and 1/2 of an acre. This is something you will not find on other communities. Formosa Gardens Estates is tastefully landscaped and all the homes are large, custom-built, executive villas.

Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
• Pool heating is an optional service priced at $33 per day, with a minimum payment of $165 per stay.
• To use the BBQ grill, you should refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
• Optional services should be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Formosa Garden houses is conducted weekly on Wednesday or Thursday, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
