It is in a great location to shopping and theme parks. We really enjoyed the pool. Also we all enjoyed the use of the clubhouse.

Good location tired property with 'old feeling'

The house is in a nice location. It needs some TLC including paint workj and the pool screen has a panel missing. All the blinds are slained and most broken. But the bed was comfoirtable and bathrooms clean and towels etc were good.

Hi Kent - thanks for leaving a review. Unfortunately, you arrived and stayed for 2 nights, just 2 days after hurricane Milton had passed through the area. The hurricane took out many of the pool screens on many homes, and it will take about a week to replace them all in the homes. As for TLC, paintwork and blinds being stained/broken, we will be sure to look at those on the next inspection and report back to the owner of the home... thanks for the feedback.

Hi Gehrig Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We're not sure what you mean by limited supplies. This is a vacation rental, offered on a self-catering basis. We provide a range of complimentary amenities in the property for the start of each guests stay - including, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, soaps, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, sponges, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent pods, liquid soap, extra trash bags, a roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and more. It is expected that guests will need to replenish some items and supply personal toiletries during their stay, and that items are only provided as a "starter pack" of amenities.

Tired property but clean

Mattresses and sofas need replacing; fundamental aspects of a comfortable stay. Property needs updating (only one stove position working) but very clean. Pool warm but lining needs attention. No Netflix. Property company very responsive. Really great central location for Disney and Universal. Tiki bar and communal pool are worth a visit. Walmart very close. Could also benefit from a welcome folder of menus and ideas.

Pleased?

Like times past, it was nice but, a guest we had visit suffered an injury due to a chard of glass found hidden under the shoe like trim of the bed in the front bedroom. This prompted me to inspect the room thoroughly and I found more glass, food, adult products. It was kinda disappointing to find after using this group for so long and the expense paid related to cleaning. Please be advised, my guess suffered an injury and it possibly could have been avoided. You may wanna make sure there actually cleaning whomever is responsible for this.

Beach meets Mickey

This property was perfect for our family. 3 adults and 1 child. I loved the beachy decor and my son loved the Mickey room, the games in the garage and the pool. For the adults, it was also nice to have the pool, and outdoor space that was screened in, so no bugs, as well as the washer/dryer and dishwasher. There were 4 rooms, which was perfect, although the twin beds could be replaced, very loud when moving in the bed. More fans would have been nice, there was only one in the unit, as well as a peeler (we needed it for potatoes, but couldn't find one.) Only downside is that the place was not too clean. We saw a cockroach in the back bathroom when we arrived, however, never saw it after that. There were plenty of towels and a nice starter kit with dish soap etc. The location was perfect for what we needed, driving to Disney/Universal/SeaWorld, and also close to Medieval Times and Walmart for food and other items we needed. The pool got extremely hot by the 5th day. It was perfect the first few days, but by the 4th and 5th day, it was so hot that the entire pool felt like a hot tub. Overall, this place was great.

Overall vibe Alright, but wouldn’t stay again.

We’ll start off on a positive, the house location was good for visiting Disney parks (roughly 20 mins) but far away from other Orlando attractions we visited. Concerns: On multiple nights, we found roaches about 1-1.5” in length in the bedrooms that we had to remove. Nothing earth shattering, but surprising for a house that is supposedly cleaned regularly. One night we couldn’t catch one so unsure what kind of bug it was, we had to move one of our children to sleep in the other room. Just gross, please exterminate. There wasn’t a cabinet for food so we had to leave what we purchased on the counter only to wake up to little ants crawling all over. Please allow for cabinet space for food. On another night, the batteries died in the door key pad leaving us with two young children and my elderly parents outside for an hour waiting for maintenance to come replace them. Maintenance was great and timely once we were actually able to get a hold of someone from the management company. Batteries die, we get it, but check them regularly vs waiting for them to die and a renter having to call in the middle of the night and wait for someone to come out. Whomever called me back from the management company was also not very friendly or apologetic for our situation. Check the batteries (in the smoke detectors too!). The showers didn’t drain properly leaving us standing in a tub full of water or the curtains weren’t in the right place so they stuck to you while you tried to shower. These are all little things, at least to us, but I wanted to provide the feedback. I tried to send it quietly without public blast, but when I asked who I could send feedback to, I was directed to provide a review here. Thus showing us that they don’t care about renters feedback. Overall the house is dated and needs some love to get the caliber of cleanliness up to par as well as the showers in better working order. We won’t stay with this management company again but

Hi Stephanie Thanks for leaving a review. We are very sorry to read of the problems that you experienced during your stay. We were aware of the issue with the door lock that you raised. We change the batteries in the door locks every 6 months as standard - but occasionally (very) they do fail. We don't see any notes regarding the problem with insects. We have the homes treated every month by a national pest control company. If we had been made aware of this, we would have sent someone out. We are sorry that you feel that this was a disappointment and we will redouble our efforts to address the issues that you raised.

Wonderful

Pool was amazing, hockey table and other game room excellent, complex very complete . Just one thing to consider, there is a sprinkle head in the corner of the sidewalk, close to entrance, almost cause an accident twice. Thanks God nothings happens but we want safe for everyone

My wife and I haven't visited Kissimmee since our kids were small, we have a normal home we use, but it was in use, thats how we discovered this unit. We would like to create an annual getaway in our new favorite home away from home. Your place, see you next year.

Nice time

The cleanliness of the house was ok. But, the pool area had not been cleaned at all there were grapes and stems all over the pool area. Was gross. Of course I cleaned that up. Everything else was ok. I would rent the house again but check it first.
