Unser geschlossener Innenhof liegt auf einer kleinen Klippe mit Blick auf die herrlichen, zuckerweißen Strände und bietet einen großen, wunderschön angelegten Pool und eine große Menge gepflegter Rasenflächen, die sich perfekt zur Erholung eignen, sowie einen sicheren natürlichen Spielbereich für Kinder.

Wonderful Ocean Front Condo - Lovely

Very nicely appointed condo. Very well maintained and clean. Very nice updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Amazing ocean views and nice quiet place with pool just a few steps nearby. So much nearby. Our family enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Will stay again.

The pictures do not do the place and/or property justice. My family and I were more than pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the condo was. The renovations were fantastic and spot on. The property is perfectly located right on the beach with an amazing view. The kids loved having the bunk beds and queen size bed in the same room. We spent time in the condo, which was more than spacious for my wife and I and three kids, we took advantage of the pool, which is very large and were steps from the beach. We had many friends staying together in a large house down the beach and they commented that they wanted to stay where we were all in our units. We will definitely be staying at this location again.

1. little nats in the unit 2. No instructions on how to use the TV - very frustrating. Basically couldn't use the TV. 3. The refrigerator was making a weird noise at times near the end of our stay.

The private beach and ability to stay away from the crowds was exactly what we needed. I would stay here again. The home itself we loved, the resort, the pool all of very clean, friendly people, 10/10. The ONLY downside was the poor communication from management. There is a locked gate, we didn't know about so, we had to call and get the code while blocking the entrance. The gate code changed three times while we were there, and no one ever informed us. There is a pedestrian gate, we never knew about, there are no maps, no communication on where the home was located inside the resort and it took us a while to find it because there was also no office staff, the communicated company for beach rentals was also wrong, the had a display in the home with a number to rent beach chairs, wrong. There are no cleaning implements, no brooms, no dustpans...if you are bringing kids with you, you know sand, so a broom would have been nice. It says "free tickets" that is also not true.

We are currently reviewing and updating our pre-arrival materials to ensure clearer directions, accurate vendor information, and timely updates like gate code changes. We are also making sure each property has basic cleaning supplies readily available for guests’ convenience. As for the "free tickets," we want to clarify that the complimentary activities are provided through our partnership with Xplorie, and availability depends on the location and booking details. We are sorry if this was unclear, and we will be working to ensure better transparency going forward. Five sisters from Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas met to reunite and welcome new family members at the beach. Wake up each morning and watch sunrise from your oceanfront condo. Meet at the white sand beach or crystal clear pool for a day of fun and relaxation. Dinner is your choice from multiple restaurants or cook whatever you picked up at nearby grocery. Reservations, payment, checkin and checkout are easily accessed on the Hospitality app. If problems or questions able to contact property associates anytime. We can’t wait to go again!

Sand Cliffs Recently Renovated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is probably one of the best rentals at this location with 2 bedrooms. It is decorated beautifully and has an excellent view. The only complaint is the guest bedroom master bed needs a new mattress. There is a topper on the bed which slopes down to the middle of the bed so you feel like you are rolling down a hill all night long.

Great Place!

This is our 2nd time at this unit, and probably our 12th time at Sand Cliffs. It’s always nice! They’ve updated this unit since the last time we stayed, and it looks great! The amenities are great! The kitchen was properly stocked with all the needed utensils and pans. I’m sure we will be back.
