Dieses gut ausgestattete Refugium ist eines der wenigen Breakers-Häuser für 8 Personen und lädt Sie zu einem komfortablen, erfrischenden Aufenthalt am Strand ein. Wunderbare Extras wie ein 50-Zoll-Plasma-TV mit Blu-ray-DVD, eine Glasfliese für den Holzkamin, geräumige Ledersofas und -liegen, eine große DVD-Bibliothek und WIFI im ganzen Haus lassen den luxuriösen Spaß, den Sie genießen werden, erkennen. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Essbereich erweitern Ihre Möglichkeiten zu den Mahlzeiten. Sie können auch auf dem Gemeinschaftsgrill in der Nähe des Kinderspielplatzes grillen. Im Obergeschoss bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett einen Ausblick auf das Meer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett bietet Blick nach Westen und Süden auf Cascade Head und Proposal Rock sowie einen TV / Blu-ray-DVD-Player. Ein drittes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eine Reihe von eingebauten Doppelkojen sowie TV / Blu-ray-DVD. Das Bad im Obergeschoss bietet den Luxus einer ebenerdigen Dusche sowie Travertinböden und Fliesentheken. Ein Spaziergang durch die Hintertür bringt Sie auf eine private Terrasse mit Blick auf den unberührten Strand mit seiner langen Reihe brechender Wellen. Sie haben die Wahl zwischen zwei einfachen Zugangspunkten am Strand für lange Spaziergänge entlang der Sandstrände in beide Richtungen.

Highly recommend the breakers beach cottages. My parents and I had a wonderful time. The home had everything we needed for a cozy trip, and you cannot beat the view and the beach access. Appreciated the hospitality of the management and the staff. We will definitely be coming back!

An amazing beach front house

We loved this home! Gorgeous views amazing space! There was trash under the couch and sand in one of the beds upon arrival. Other than that this place was lovely! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing family vacation home!

From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. The photos don’t lie, this home is right on the beach, very well furnished and very thoughtful decorations and games for either a couple or a family! So excited we found this gem, our girls loved the play set in common area, loved the beach right out our porch, amazing location, we’ll be back!

Wonderful Beach Front Location

We loved the location, beach is right out the back door. Plenty of games, puzzles and movies for the down time we weren't out exploring the beach or nearby towns. The Farmer's Market on Saturdays was fun and we got fresh vegetables for dinners and souvenirs to take home. Will definitely come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the best rental we have had after more than ten years of rentals. Excellent beach views and access. Home was very well equipped...lots of pots and pans, nice dining space. We stayed here with our daughter's family and dog and the space suited us well.

Nice location-house needs updating

House is in a great spot. Beach access is very close. Very kid friendly. Everything was clean but the carpets which are pretty awful with giant dark stains all over. Highly recommend they are replaced sooner than later. Other than that, we enjoyed our time very much!!

Delightful beach house

4 friends and I stayed here for one night, and we wished we had stayed longer! The living room and two bedrooms have windows directly looking onto the beach. It was so relaxing to watch the waves roll in while being cozy on the couches. The beds were soft and pillowy, which I prefer, but know is not for everyone. A note for future guests: Neskowin doesn't have a real grocery store (the trading post has no produce!). If you plan on cooking here consider picking up groceries on your way.

Everything you could ask for

This lovely beach house worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog. Our family gathered to celebrate our birthdays and the space was great. The kitchen had everything we needed - we had brought pans and utensils for the chef to use and he didn’t need them! The beds were comfortable and linens were nice. We appreciated the kids books, games, and DVD’s, and even a kite. The resort was clean and quiet and the BBQ’s worked well. Check in was a breeze and communication ahead of time was clear. Being right on the beach was fabulous and there were hardly any people on it. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oceanfront view, easy access to miles of beach front. We could hear the roar of the waves...the full Oregon coast experience. Wi h 8 people in our group, was a little concerned if we would feel crowded. All worked out well though extra bath towels were needed and easily obtained with the property office nearby. Garbage taken away daily was a nice service. We would rent this home again and we're sorry to leave.

Better than expected! Cozy home, great view of ocean, well equipped kitchen, big beds, easy beach access. Neskowin is a little gem of a beach too! Only issue is the fireplace - home got a little smokey. Highly recommended!!

Birthday trip

Stayed at this property for a double birthday weekend. 3 adults and 2 kids. The beach front house made for great views and a very short walk to the beach. The market and restaurant down the street served great food. The general location was about a 15 min drive to Lincoln city. The property was a great set up, the kids loved the bunk beds and the park right out front. Could use some upgrades. There was an exposed tack strip by the kitchen thank goodness one of the kids did not step on it but I did. The towels were scratchy, the bedding was old, lumpy pillows and mattresses.The house was stocked with everything you could need from cooking and fire needs to beach chairs, books and movies. Overall it was a great stay, maybe bring your own bedding and towels.

Amazing Location!

We love this property! For being a house that accepts pets, it is incredibly clean! I would've never known that this property allows pets. This property was perfect for what we needed. My husband loves to fish, which he was able to do, while my kids played on the playground. Instead of being stuck inside they were able to blow off some energy. The bbq grill was also a nice touch, which we used for dinner on our last night. I also have to say, out of all the rentals we have stayed in, the room with the king bed and bunk bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. My husband is usually uncomfortable because of back problems from being in the military but he woke up with no problems at all. Thanks for sharing this amazing property! I highly recommend! We will be back again someday.

Great house for a relaxing weekend

This property was amazing. The views of the ocean were spectacular and the fireplace (stocked with wood!) kept us warm and cozy inside. The house was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked - we lacked for nothing all weekend. Hands down the perfect place for a small group to get together and enjoy the Oregon coast!
