Near skiing; Pool & Hot Tub Access- Mom’s Condo: Cute 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath

Cute 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condominium in the Spring Lake Club in Petoskey. Beautiful place to visit all year round. The unit was decorated by my mom with antiques, wallpapers, homey and religious decor.

Located just 2 minutes from the bay of Lake Michigan in a secluded and quiet complex, yet close to everything you will need or want: D&W Grocery~2 min drive; downtown Petoskey~6 min drive; downtown Harbor Springs~8 min; Petoskey State Park~5 min; Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands closeby for skiing; bike trails around the corner from the condo.

*Kayaks available in the garage for your use and enjoyment.
*Pool and hot tub available for your use just steps from the condo in the clubhouse (shared within the complex).

First floor includes full kitchen, stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Dining room and comfortable living area with gas fireplace and 32” TV with a Roku with all the popular streaming apps (be prepared to use your own login), a Smart DVD player, and many DVDs. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE CABLE TV.

Also on first floor is the master bedroom with attached full bathroom with walk-in shower. Extra half bath, washer, and dryer are also located on first floor.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with bathtub & shower. One bedroom has a queen bed, with 2 twin beds in attached alcove. Other upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds with a third twin bed in attached alcove.

There is a wooden deck in the back, off of the dining room, with a small grill and chairs so you can relax and enjoy the fresh Northern Michigan air, without even leaving the property. There is a view of Spring Lake from the deck, and a short path takes you down to the shore with picnic table and a small fire pit area.

Our place is a cozy space to relax anytime of the year, in one of the most beautiful locations in the state! We hope you love it as much as we do.

Please note: Dogs are not allowed for renters staying less than 14 days. However, occasionally our family dogs stay at the condo. The condo is cleaned before each stay but may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.

Stayed there for a family wedding. Location was perfect. Close to all other family members…and the State Park. Spring lake trails were great for a hike & bike ride. Will use this property again.

Great place in a beautiful area.

Plenty of room for our family of 5. Convenient for many things- Mackinac, beaches, shopping, nature trails, etc. Nice kitchen and overall quite roomy. We loved the "homey" feel of the place. It was like grandma with the colors, decor, pictures, furniture, etc. Just a neat feel.

Nice holiday stay

Very spacious condo that immediately felt comfortable. I booked for 5, but one had to stay home to work - we easily could have fit more in! Kitchen was big and well-stocked, laundry was a plus, view of the water was very nice from dining room table. Quiet community that was very close to many destinations.

Good rental

The hottub didn’t work, so that was a pretty big negative, but the owner did what he could to make it right. The house was nice, although the decor was extremely religious.Check in/out was seemless. No crazy house rules or anything. We would stay here again.

Ski Weekend

The perfect place for our family plus my brother and sister-in-law to stay while skiing the Boyne area resorts. Cozy, with all the amenities you need to cook your own meals, but also close to downtown Petoskey if you want someone else to cook. Fifteen minutes to Nubs/Highlands, thirty minutes to Boyne Mountain. Would definitely stay here again!

Just like Grandma’s house

This place is just as advertised. It is charming and homey just like grandma’s always is. Lots of space, comfortable living area to hang out and everything you need to make meals in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a day on the slopes and was just a short walk from the condo.

Perfect and comfortable!!!

We rented this property to stay at while skiing at Nubs knob. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Everything was clean and comfortable!! We had great communication with Tom and had no problems during our vacation. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool a couple of times. Thank you for opening your home to us. Wonderful condo for a ski vacation!

My husband, our two children (8 and 10), our niece (16), and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. We skied nearby Nubs Nob and The Highlands and loved coming back to the condo to relax each night. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, and we had a lot of fun eating and playing games around the kitchen table! Dinner out at the nearby Vernales was spectacular and we had room in the fridge for our leftovers! We felt right at home in this condo!

Loved our stay! Great locational ski hill & very clean nice pool! Kitchen was well stocked

Loved the bedroom set up for our kids! Single/twin beds were a great option! Wonderful condiments in kitchen and additional spices was a huge plus! Cozy house with a great indoor pool and hot tub! Washer and dryer were another huge plus to wash our ski gear. Nice location to town and grocery shopping! Owner was wonderful with hiking suggestions and helped us with finding the pool key. We look forward to returning!

Great value

This place is neat everything but simultaneously tucked away at the same time. Tom is a great host. Responsive, accommodating and very nice. I booked this last minute and it had a nice amount of space, and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a great little trail attached to the back and around it. Thanks so much for having me Tom!

Ski weekend

Loved the location to Boyne Highlands which was only a 12 min drive up from the house. House is very comfortable with all the necessities! Fully stocked kitchen including spices, great laundry room with detergent, beach towels to take to the indoor pool, & good location to grocery stores! Enjoyed the comfortable beds and all the DVDs to watch in the evening after a big day of skiing. Love that 2 of the bedrooms have a cute tandem bedroom with twin beds too! The house is lovely and we are already thinking about our next ski vacation weekend at this property.
