The unit overall was nice and the view was phenomenal. The living room sofa need to be deep cleaned or replaced and sprayed for internal festation.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your business. We will pass on your comments about the couch to the owner. The unit gets sprayed monthly for pest control per FL law. We are not sure what internal infestation is?

Casa Del Mar

We loved the location of the condo. Overlooking the water, Priceless! The Condo itself was nice and very clean. Plenty of fresh towels.. We found the working of the TV and remotes a little confusing. That may need to be set up properly Great TV though! . I am more than happy with Sandy Beach Vacations. This is our 1st time using your services. I have to say we will continue to use your services again when we need to rent a place. I am also telling some friends about you. Thank you Angie and your office for all your help. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors in the mid-century -style furnished living room offer a feeling of space, the bright, clean kitchen offers plenty of cabinet and counter space, and you will love the beautifully tiled master shower after a day at the beach. Watch sunsets over St Pete Beach and the Don Cesar Resort every night right from your own balcony. or if you like from your King Size Bed or while showering. Walk the manicured grounds and stop by Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club for dinner, a round of golf, or to board your boat at the marina. The superb location offers quick access to I-275 and is just minutes to the Gulf Beaches and world famous Fort De Soto Park. Just 25 minutes to Tampa International Airport and 30 minutes to Sarasota. Come and see for yourself!

Condo stay

The description of the property was very accurate. We absolutely loved it, the view was amazing! All the amenities of home, made it so easy to stay home and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner! I would give it a 5 star plus! Very clean. Location was great s as well! AMAZING!

Nice Stay in Tierra Verde

The condo was very nice and well kept. The view off the balcony was amazing and we really enjoyed spending time outside right along the water. One other huge selling point is the pool, located just steps from the front door. Really nice with an opening in the outer fence allows you to sit facing the water unobstructed. Would stay again.

Gorgeous condo and views

The condo is newly decorated and beautiful. The view is amazing, boats, kayaks, birds, all day. Sunset is spectacular. Thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. Moving in does require navigating a half flight of stairs with your luggage. The management team is outstanding and responded immediately to a non-urgent request. Then Angie came over and made sure everything was OK. Very professional and organized. I couldn't be happier.

The kitchen with granite countertops is functional and opens to enhance the spectacular water views and natural light that filters in from the balcony which is adjacent to the living and dining room areas. The master features a King Size Bed and walk in closet, Master bath with sink, granite counters and separate glass shower. There is a new AC, exotic wood flooring, expensive Hurricane Impact windows, updated lighting and designer window treatments in the Living Room and Master Bed room. The reserved parking spot provides easy access and convenience to this retreat. Come enjoy all the amenities of Casa del Mar steps away with its newly renovated tropical pool area, spa, community center. Conveniently located minutes from Gulf beaches, Ft.
