We enjoyed our stay at St. Pete even the other people in the unit were nice and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. There were some general things in the room that were not 100% but mostly easy to get over. The tub drain was broken which made bathing a 6 year old who doesn’t like showers a headache.The underside of one of the twin beds was not super supportive but a six year old doesn’t weigh enough to mind. One day we had loud construction at about 9:00am. They were renovating the condo next door. Overall the price and room was nice for a small family. I don’t agree that it could comfortably accommodate a family of 6.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great overall. It was easy access from the ground floor and was very quiet. The lady with the management staff that was present when we arrived (I wish I could recall her name to give her credit) was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early after a long 14 hour drive so we could rest. The condo was clean and we had all of the supplies we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, as it had a thick mattress topper on it. The only complaints we had was the couches were disconnected so we couldn't relax and use the electric recline (the main couch made you sit straight up which was uncomfortable) due to other guests not using them properly. I would suggest putting ther couches that are comfortable if they're not going to allow the guests to use the recline feature on the current ones in the condo. The other complaint was the TV in the master bedroom had blown speakers. We let the office know so hopefully it'll get replaced for the next guests.

nice stay

The condo was very nice. It is a bit dated and I needed to clean the floors and bathroom myself in addition alert their cleaning team that my socks were very black walking about their tile floor. They have rattan furniture so since it is not too far from the beach, the room does smell musty. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the set up of our place. We had a gorgeous patio to eat breakfast, read a book, or have a quiet dinner. There was a small patio out front to relax if the sun was too hot. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as working grills down by the pool. We saved quite a bit of money by cooking meals at our place. The grounds outdoors were well manicured and kept extremely clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful both morning and evening, but would become hot in the afternoon which os to be expected in June. There were so many restaurants and tiki bars within walking distance, therefore the location is amazing. Beach access is directly across the street.We will definitely be back to this location, but might select a cooler month.

Fun in the sun

Absolutely perfect! Book it now. Extremely clean, great location, beautiful property. Short walk across the street to the beach. Pool was quiet and had two grills with shaded tables if you want to grill. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Or unit had a beach wagon to easily get all your gear to the beach. We were there the week before Memorial Day-the beach was huge and not crowded at all. Honestly, I’m pretty critical when it comes to cleanliness and this unit was immaculate. We had 4 adults with plenty of room. If you have small children or teenagers you could squeeze two more in easily and sleep in the living area. We will definitely stay here next time we are in St Pete’s.

The pool and beach are incredibly close, and my kids loved observing the manatees in the morning. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure a thorough cleaning of the master bedroom; we felt congested whenever we entered. Additionally, the cleaning products used before our arrival were quite strong, requiring us to air out the room for three days.

The location and ease of access of this condo is excellent! My only constructive criticism is that the condo itself could use an update. It had a very unpleasant, mildew smell, lots of mildew on the curtains and door and window. Jams and interior was extremely outdated as opposed to other Condos in that building
