Check out "der Nabe 30A" auf Facebook. Live-Musik die meisten Nächte, gutes Essen und viel Spaß für die Kleinen. Schauen Sie sich das Spiel auf dem 25-Fuß-LED-Bildschirm an oder lassen Sie die Kinder für einen Filmabend auf der Wiese herumhängen.  Das 5000 sq ft Gemeinschaftspool verfügt über einen privaten Cabanas und einer Restaurantpavillon. Die Restaurants befinden sich um einen Rasen- und Terrassenbereich mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten, großem Holzgrill, einem Kamin, einer Event-Bühne und einem großen Bildschirm. This house was perfect for 6 adults. We loved cooking some meals with a pretty well equipped kitchen and gas grill. The master bed was clean and comfortable, I heard no complaints about the other beds. We enjoyed the golf-cart and the bikes. Since there were only 4 adult bikes, my husband and I rented 2 additional from the shop at The Big Chill. It was super convenient to pick up and return. Speaking of The Big Chill, we appreciated the easy walk from the house over to get coffee or ice cream and enjoyed a few evenings of music and fun there. The smaller pool on the south side of Prominence (same side as house) was never busy and so convenient. I loved the quiet simplicity of the neighborhood. A few hiccups early on were quickly addressed by the management company. Our first evening we took the golf-cart out but couldn't get the garage door open upon returning, Additionally, we didn't have hot-water the first evening. We found out later the GFCI on a garage outlet had tripped. Apparently, that affected the hot water supply and garage door opener. Management came Sunday morning and got us squared away. If you rent this property, add trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap to your grocery haul. Management stated they provided a small amount to start. I underestimated what we would need and had to end up going back to store a few times. Two Wal-Mart trips & 4 Publix trips total for the week. Publix @ 11291 US Hwy 98 was most convenient.

The pictures don't do this beautiful home justice as it really is wonderful. This was our first trip to 30A and we enjoyed it more than imagined. The golf cart was enjoyed much more than I thought we would too. The Hub is just as great as it sounds and the shopping is great.

It was a management problem, not a property problem.

We love prominence! We have stayed there before. It’s great for teenagers and little kids. Food, shops, beach and pool access is easy with cart and bikes rides down to Alys and Seagrove are fun. However, with this booking we got a text following our codes text for the home saying the stove was out and would not be working the duration of our beach trip. We had already purchased our food and planned our meals for the week. I was very disappointed with how we were informed since i was told it broke with previous guest. I haven’t received any type of discount but was told I would. They did bring portable coiled stoves but no tech ever came. You would think Managing companies during peak season would be able to get major appliances repaired in a timely manor. Over all the house was great and clean. Location is perfect for families. Brightside…we found the old Fish House restaurant due to needing to eat out more. And now we have a fun place to dine when we go back. Piano bar was packed, great food, service was friendly and they had zero wait without reservations. ***alert***We have Verizon and the phone service was terrible everywhere we went.

Beautiful Florida style house

Beautiful home, great styling, very clean, lots of extras. This is a perfect home for a vacation. Just had trouble connecting with the property manager, partly because of my terrible cell coverage but partly because of lack of personnel available on weekends.

Beautiful house and neighborhood!

The house was beautiful and clean. The proximity of the house to "The Hub" was so nice and convenient (maybe 50 yards). The beach access is not great, but it's golf cart ride away. My only complaint and it's a big one for my family, especially with kids, was that the pools were NOT heated even though it is stated that "the pools are heated" in the description of the home. We got the run around from several different people on whether or not they were heated. The last answer we received was that the pools have heaters, they just were not hooked up. One would think that on the Gulf Coast in the spring time, you would have the heaters going for the spring break crowd. It was disappointing.

Do your research before booking!

The house was clean, beautifully decorated and a short walk to the Hub. That's where the compliments end, though. The ice maker did not work. The house has zero insulation so you can hear every movement from every room. Its also listed as a 4/3 but its truly a 3 bedroom plus bunk area in an open hallway. The driveway fits a small car, at best. So SUVs & Trucks have to park on the street in front of the house (which is first come, first served parking). There is no direct beach access. The closest is Deer Lake State Park which has minimal parking and is a HIKE from parking to the actual beach. A nightmare with small children and older parents. There's also no alcohol or chair service there. The next beach access is 2 miles the opposite direction and doesn't have any parking. The pool is great but has COVID restrictions and we had to wait over an hour in line to only get to play in the pool for an hour and half. Then you have to get back in line and wait if you want to go back in. Do your homework before booking. Read the reviews and ask questions to the property manager before booking this (or any property).

Great house for beach getaway

The house was a perfect fit for our family. It was very spacious and clean. Great layout. The HUB is really cool. The only drawback is you can’t easily walk to the beach if you are taking chairs, ice chest, etc. with you. Overall we liked the location though.

Our house was decorated beautiful, it was very spacious for our group, and it was located at the HUB which was really nice for food & entertainment. The only downfall, it wasn’t near the beach or a convenient beach access.

Enjoyed our stay a great deal. House nice but..

Very nice house. Home doesn’t subscribe to a cable provider so unless you have an account with Roku, you won’t have access to television.

For future stays: This is equipped with access to applications such Netflix, CBS, and Hulu etc. Some applications have free access to some movies/shows, however, you will need your own log in for any paid applications/services.

great!

We had a wonderful time! The home is quite lovely and accommodated our family and friends that were able to join us during our extended stay. Everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen had the items we needed when "cooking in" and the high-end appliances were great! We appreciated access to the golf cart and used it quite a bit getting to the pool which we really enjoyed! We definitely will plan to visit again!

Can't say enough about this home. The golf cart, the bikes, the community pool and all the shops and restaurants within walking distance -- couldn't have asked for more.

Wonderful Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the beautiful house and awesome little community. The house was very clean. There was an ample supply of towels, dishes, and cleaning equipment. The golf cart was so great to have during the stay. Deer Lake State Park was close by. It was very relaxing and peaceful...not crowded at all! My only suggestion would be: adding a deadbolt to the back door. It was a little unsettling not being able to lock that door from the inside, especially with little ones in the house. It would also be nice to have a keypad entry to the back garage door. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Clean and new decor

The house was super clean and had everything that we needed. The house we also beautifully decorated and everything was new. We also loved staying so close to the hub. The only thing that was kind of a pain was beach access. The closest access point is a 1/2 mile away. There was a shuttle to the beach which helped.

Seclusion in the Middle of it All

This is a great new house that has everything you need. It is in the middle of everything 30a has to offer, yet is secluded and private. The HUB, just a few steps away from the back door, is a great gathering place and has something for everyone - food, music, entertainment and a wide-open space for kids to play - great vibe. The golf cart makes beach access easy a short hop either direction on 30a. Easy access to Rosemary, Alys, etc. Front porch is large and comfortable for conversation or star-gazing. Definitely recommend this home for people who want to do a little bit of everything while at the beach.
