Surf's up at Sol Mates! Welcome home to this beachy retreat: a 3 bed (plus a bonus room!), 3.5 bath home in Prominence South. So much to love here: golf cart, bikes, easy breezy beach access, and steps to the Big Chill plus two seasonally heated pools. The Big Chill is a delight! Think: Entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, yoga, spa, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Perfect for evenings after the beach!

✴️Neighborhood
- The Prominence community is a gem! You're steps away from everything at The Big Chill. This includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater that has a covered event pavilion. It also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family “screen on the green” movie night. There is entertainment most nights during the season. Several delights await you! Terrific BBQ, tacos, spirits, ice cream along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay.
- There are an endless amount of great restaurants to choose from. Black Bear Bread Co in Grayton Beach or a lazy Saturday morning at Great Southern Cafe in Seaside are our personal favorites. Pecan Jacks for ice cream also can't be missed!!

- 4-seater golf cart. Super easy ride to the beach - you've got 4 access points to choose from!

- Access to 2 community resort style pools. North Prominence pool (5,000 sq ft) is zero entry and seasonally heated Oct - April. South side pool offers loungers and cabanas as well.
- Large community grill and dining area on the North side
- Family friendly; don't worry about packing a pack n play for your little one, we have one for you!
- Starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

✴️Where you'll sleep
- Primary bedroom: (1st floor) Features a king bed with en suite. Beautiful walk-in shower with rain showerhead, soaking tub, and double vanity. Plenty of seating, smart TV, and closet storage
- Guest bedroom: (2nd floor) Queen bed and en suite featuring a marble walk in shower and double vanity. Smart tv, ceiling fan, and closet here as well.
- Guest bedroom: (2nd floor) Queen bed with shared bathroom
- Bunk Area (2nd floor) Two twin bunk beds - twin over twin (sleeps 4!). Please note, this room does not have a door.

✴️Last, but not least, Beach time!
- Leave your beach gear at home: we'll provide umbrellas, chairs, towels, boogie boards, and a large beach blanket

Prominence has a lot of option for beach access. Some of our favorites below.
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: (2 min drive, 5 min golf cart), 15 min walk) Closest to Prominence and most convienent. This access point also features parking, restrooms, dining pavilions with charcoal grills.
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access / Seabreeze Beach Access: (7 min by bike) Best for bike rides to the beach east on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. No parking here- shower and bike rack available here.
- Walton Dunes Beach Access: (10 min. golf cart ride) West on 30A from Prominence. One of our favorites! The access point features roadside parking and bike racks. Great for dropping off passengers and your gear before parking in the nearby lot.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: (15 min by car) Plenty of amenities! Features: ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage door. There is also parking available for 1 car in the garage, plus additional spaces on the gravel in the front of the home. Please note the gravel spaces are not directly designated to the home and are designed as overflow parking for the community.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
