Dieses 4-Schlafzimmer-Ferienhaus in Destin Beach verfügt über einen privaten Pool und einen 6 SEATER STREET LEGAL Golfcart für Ihren Genuss.

Das offen geschnittene Wohnzimmer verbindet eine große Küche mit Bar, Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten, 3 Badezimmer, 2 davon mit Bad. 4. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten.

Zu den Upgrades gehören 12-Fuß-Decken, 9 Deckenventilatoren, ein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank, ein Schlafsofa und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa im Schlafzimmer usw.

This home was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach and shopping, and safe. The golf cart was an added bonus we enjoyed. We enjoyed the clubhouse, pickleball courts, community pool, private pool, and playground. We are thinking about booking again for our next summer vacation.

Wonderful beach getaway

My husband and I loved our time here. The golf cart was a nice treat and we enjoyed the pool and close access to the beach. The house was nicely appointed and very clean. We also appreciated the access to the community gym. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was even better than expected. The pictures dont give it justice. The pool is bigger than it looks and the house was very clean and it was just perfect. My only issue was there was a load on unwashed towels by the dryer and one of the trash cans was half full. But I suspect that was the previous renters. I will absolutely be booking this house again in the future.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Casa del Sol! Beautiful house perfect for our needs. Very nice that the great room doors slide open to be part of screened outdoor lanai & pool.The clubhouse, pool & tennis is a great option, as well.Extremely convenient to beautiful Destin/Miramar beaches!Our only concerns:1) Too close to neighbors behind. Young children were very loud (albeit, not during quiet hours) & disturbing.2) Advertised “hot tub” is just part of pool (decorative - not functional).

The property was lovely, and came with so many amenities! The screen around the pool definitely needs some attention; we had a visit from a rogue squirrel and a snake in the pool. I was not impressed with either, but my grandchildren loved it! And that is what the trip was all about.

Vaca in Destin

The property was great. Clean and pool was awesome. Whole family loved the ability to entertain outside. The golf cart made it great for getting everything to the beach. The parking when going to the beach was not so nice. So busy I would drop off family and spend too much time trying to find somewhere to park. Several times I would take family to beach then drive back to house and then walk to beach myself. Then walk home when done and get golf cart to bring family back.

Wish I could give more than 5 Stars.

Upon arriving at the rental, I was so grateful that it looked exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful!! Comfortable!!! So spacious! My kids and grandkids loved it!! It was an easy process to rent. Check-in process was a breeze! Jase was wonderful in answering any and all questions we had. The light went out in the bathroom by the pool and we needed sheets for the pull out bed and everything was taken care of immediately. The pool was glorious! We had everything we needed for a glorious week together. I will definitely be booking with them again. It was worth every penny!! Thank you so much!

Perfect place for a family

We spent our Christmas holiday in Casa Del Sol, including my husband and me, our brothers-in-law, our two sons and one son's girlfriend. It was a perfect place for us.Huge positives: The large living room opens onto the pool area with sliding doors - half of our party spent hours in the pool while others were in the living room but we could socialize as a big group.We'll appointed kitchen pots/pans:dishes/ninja etcDestiny East is a beautiful gated community and we had codes for gate, club house etc. Electric golf carpet which can be used most of area except actual hwy 98 (it CAN go on scenic 98) was great for getting to beach .5 miles away.Lots of towels provided for bathing. We bought additional towels for beach and pool.Gulf Tide Properties was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive! Small issue with dishwasher that they got someone out to fix as soon as possible. Best property group we've dealt with - super nice, helpful. We've already talked about booking for next year!

I would come back

I will first say that my family had an awesome time with our stay. There were minor things that needs mentioning in the hopes that the owners improve it for future customers. The house is laid out and staged well. It's comfortable and inviting. The layout was perfect for us and we had everything we needed to barbeque, cook and bake. We paid to have the pool heated and I'm glad we did, the weather was a little chilly so it worked out perfect because the pool is screened but from the pictures the patio looks like it's glass. We had enough towels and the washer and dryer is available. You would have to buy your own pods though. The Walmart and several other stores are a few miles away. We didn't attempt to drive the golf cart anywhere except to the James Lee beach which was about a mile and a half away. There were 5 of us and we only drove it one time because the alignment seemed off and veered to the left. The pool area is lovely but the leaves and the brush weren't cleaned from the deck however there were no leaves or debris in the pool so the cleaners probably didn't bother to clear the patio surrounding the pool. We discovered the lights in the pool bathroom didn't work and I emailed the owner and they had someone come around noon the next day unannounced. The Master bedroom shower handle was broken but still operated and the french door handle in the master bedroom is gone. No one came to repair the shower handle which if I remember from other posts has been an on going issue. So, long story short, I would rent this house again. We had a great time!

Close to Beach

Home in very nice gated community. Excellent club pool facilities. Kitchen well appointed. Bedding a bit worn and need new pillows and queen mattress. Lots of beach toys/ bikes. Nice to have golf cart to get around. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Great Location, Responsive Hosts

House was nice, heated pool was perfect for the April weather. Management team was very responsive, we had a few issues that they got back to me quickly, and resolved. We were disappointed that previous guests damaged the golf cart, they provided a rental - but not as nice (we were kinda embarrassed to drive it around the nice neighborhood!) The extra fridge, bags of ice, and full propane tanks were much appreciated!
