Wunderschönes Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und einem Pool mit Heizung (Für die Beheizung des Pools und des Whirlpools werden zusätzliche US-Dollar pro Tag benötigt). Viele Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Dieses Haus liegt neben zwei Autobahnen 5 und 170 und sieben Minuten von der Autobahn 405 entfernt. Bis zum Six Flags Magic Mountain sind es 25 Minuten, bis zu den Universal Studios Hollywood 15 Minuten, bis zur Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm 45 Minuten und bis zu den Geschäften Ralphs, CVS, Rite Aid, Starbucks, Kohl's und vieles mehr 5 Minuten. 2 Minuten vom Kaiserkrankenhaus entfernt.

Der Raum

Bitte behandeln Sie unser Zuhause so gut, wie Sie es auch möchten. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Innengeräusche bis 22:00 Uhr enthalten sind, damit die Nachbarn nicht gestört werden. Die Gartenunterhaltung muss bis 22:00 Uhr (Poolzeiten 8:00 bis 22:00 Uhr) ausgeschaltet sein.

Very nice place to stay!

Very nice place to stay, easy to get around and get to the local attractions. Very much enjoyed the pool and the outdoor covered patio. Quick response from the owner when we had a question. House was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

We needed four rooms and six beds to accommodate our teen and young adult children while we visited the local attractions for three days. This property was clean, safe and convenient. The beds were comfortable and communication with the host was great.

Me and my family stayed here our wedding weekend. The place was great and spacious for big families. The host was amazing and understanding with the "extra guests" my wedding morning. The location was good for for any so cal activities. The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. The area was nice and quiet.

Wonderful House & Great Location

Great house, great location! Quiet neighborhood and near Universal Studios, restaurants, groceries and freeway. Took a walk around the neighborhood and felt safe. The house was very nice and we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and our stay. The owner was responsive during our needs. We would come back again!

Good Location

Within 20 minutes or so of Universal and downtown. The host was very responsive once we arrived. It did take a while for him to get back to me when I had some questions ahead of time. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy but seemed safe once we were there a while. Roomy but was tough for 9 of us with only 2 baths. The pool was great and we took advantage. Overall I’d definitely stay here again.

July 4 Getaway

Mini family reunion. This property was great. Close to the sights (i.e. Hollywood, Griffith Park, Dodger Stadium). The property was spacious and we took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi daily (which was awesome). Gevorg was very responsive and our every need was met. Don't let the neighborhood fool you. It is safe as we took a few walks around the neighborhood. Woukd definitely stay again if back in LA.

6 teenagers 3 adults and an absolute WONDERFUL time! This home was very clean spacious and the owners were very responsive had all directions clear and visible. I would recommend this home to anyone coming to LA convenient, close, quiet professional, neighborhood and you felt like you were in Hawaii with the pool and jacuzzi A MUST STAY! We spent a week in LA in order to go see Taylor Swift and enjoyed our time here. The salt water pool was wonderful and the location is very convenient to the Hollywood/Burbank area. The only disruption we had was the code we were given didn't work on check in. Once we received the correct code all was ok.

Perfect Space for Families to Enjoy

This is a lovely renovated home in a neighborhood that I’d describe as in transition. Some beautiful well maintained homes and some that looked almost abandoned. Our family felt very safe here and enjoyed the outdoor dining area and pool. The home was spacious and clean. The house was very well stocked with basic supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen - even Coffee pods for the Keurig. I have never seen a VRBO so well supplied. The host was quick to respond to questions The location was good for tourist attractions like universal studios as well as Griffin Observatory and coastal beaches. Overall, I’d recommend this property for families.

Very relaxing

This house easily accommodated our family of 8 adults, ages 20-46. There was plenty of space. The house was very clean when we arrived. The decor was very welcoming and relaxing. Which is important to us because we all WORK full time! We really needed this vacation. The neighborhood is very very quiet, so everyone was able to sleep in, in fact we had to wake our “kids” up. The beds were very very comfortable, linens were very clean. The towels were soft and felt luxurious. The owner was sooooo nice I felt like I was taking to family. Universal studios was a quick 15 minute drive. There were plenty of good eaters in the area! What Can I say L.A food is hella good!

Perfect home for large family

Great location - neighborhood is quiet & stores are close by ! House is clean and all the upgrades made to home were very nice. Everything we needed was provided ! Towels, soap, shampoos , coffee, spices , tide pods etc The BBQ and outdoor living space was nice and spacious. ( we have a big family!) Pool & hot tub were great. We paid for one day of heating it … and enjoyed the pool for a few days after!! Highly recommend heating it for the littles. The temp is fine for adults if it’s warm outside ! There were a few pool toys there too! Communication with host was excellent ! We so appreciate him!! The only negative was that we were not sure how to get Netflix or Hulu or any of the other channels we subscribe to to work on the smart TVs- I would recommend having a book with those instructions for the guests!! Also, the remotes were not always working. ( we all tried but gave up eventually ) Not a huge deal !! We hope to return again soon!!

Large, comfortable home with great hot tub and pool

Rooms are large, two bathrooms were adequate for a group of 8 adults, pool and hot tub are very nice. Kitchen is reasonably well supplied with things needed for meals, large fridge works well and has filtered water and ice. All rooms have TVs and the TV in the family room is large and worked well. Unlocking and locking the front door was very smoothly once we had the correct code. We had no safety concerns during our entire stay. Note that heating the pool and hot tub cost extra and requires communication with the owner every day you want to use it (for pool you need to communicate a day in advance; hot tub heats up in less than an hour). Would have liked a few additional things in the kitchen like some cookie sheets and a drip coffee maker (has a Keurig and some pods provided). The internet access works well, but it should be noted that there seems to be a device count limit. Once all 8 of us had our phones on it (cell service in the area is poor), plus the TV streaming, and a computer or tablet or two, then suddenly some users could not get any bandwidth. We needed to manage this by taking turns, which is not great. Owner was pretty responsive with some delay and friendly to deal with. House itself is pretty top notch, with a few quirks. One of the bedrooms has no closet. One of the bathrooms has an older medicine cabinet that is worn out and hung too high for some to see into the mirror. Neither bathroom has any space to set your things while you are getting ready.

Beautiful home but very micromanaged! (pros and cons listed)

~~Spacious house and backyard. Space wise accommodated our large group comfortably. Has security cameras for outside areas a plus I guess for renter and owner. ~~ Lots of specific instructions on expectations, rules and trash to follow. Rinsing out all bottles and cans prior to and only placing in garbage bags would result in fines/fees up to 1K if not followed. REALLY!?! ~~Multiple communications from owner during our stay regarding specifics of amenities and payments for spa/pool fees.... ~~Bummer to pay 30 to heat the "spa" and 60 for the pool-- PER DAY (day meaning only the hours allowed by owner)!! pool and"jacuzzi/spa" has usage hours per owners guidelines and has to be approved by the owner prior to it turning on for use. Can not heat both at the same time or keep fountains on longer than a few minutes. Most of us were usually out of the house site seeing and trying to enjoy our vaca.. getting in late and then can't use the spa to relax at night. "spa"doesn't heat and jets don't turn on unless owner approves so if your getting in at 9pm tough luck because you wouldn't be able to use the amenities you rented this house for AND the hot tub water wasn't very clean! ***~REAL BUMMER was Air conditioning- set the temp to 72 when we checked in, house would't cool off. Noticed all vents were closed so remedied that and reset temp, but house still stayed warm. Went bought fans(4) to use in the house to help with the airflow and warmth after we set the thermostat again. Then realized that the Nest thermostat had scheduled temps which kept overriding the temperture we were comfortable at to the set temps the owner had programmed to what he thought was appropriate. I turned that schedule off after everyone was hot af as the neighborhood didn't feel safe enough to have the windows open at night (only faraway gunshots were heard thankfully) When traveling with heat intolerant older adults, they can not tolerate a stale 78 degrees in the house and 75 at night! Felt like we were being watched after figuring all this out.

You obviously didn't read my instructions before renting out the house cause if you did everything is listed in there!!! Everything in the home is brand new and working perfectly, if you didnt know how to use a new air conditioning system called Nest you could have called and ask and I would have explained to you, its not that hard to pick up a phone and call!!There is poor communication coming from your side and if you think this little review you wrote will decrease the amount of people that rent out my house you are wrong, this website is one of many I have listed out and this place is always booked out!!The pool and jacuzzi had just been cleaned the day you arrived, you are just looking for excuses to write on this review. The pool heating and spa use up a lot of gas and its something I offer if you want it to be heated you pay for the gas (you are more than welcome to not heat up the pool and just use it like that, you don't necessarily need to heat it up especially in the summer). The pool hours are set up on purpose for the renters not to disturb the neighbors after 10:00pm people have work the next day and if you are using loud music and partying outside my neighbors complain and will call the police. And those so called "gun shots" are fireworks you heard cause obviously you came on vacation around 4th of July!! This neighborhood is very safe and private; my primary home is on the same street as this house I rent out to travelors!!

Nice Property

The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and there is a lot of space. The walls were extremely scuffed up, almost as though there had been parties thrown at this property in the past. The pool area was very nice and private. The area the home is in is "ok", but the specific neighborhood was very nice. Updated and quiet. There are also security cameras outside of the house for safety purposes. It is close to all the attractions. We went to Universal while we were there and were amazed at how close it was! Overall a great place to stay with a family or group.

Väldigt fint hus med allt man kan önska sig

Fint och rent hus med allt man kan tänka sig behöva under en semester, fina rum med sköna sängar, vi var ett sällskap på 9 personer vuxna och tonåringar som hade en väldigt fin vistelse i huset som låg i ett lugnt område på en återvändsgata.och väldigt privat Vi tyckte det var nära till allt vi ville se Hollywood blv,Venice,Santa Monica pier, Universial studios på bra avstånd. Affärer finns bara några minuter bort Den härliga poolen och uteplatsen använde vi flitigt Värden var mycket trevlig och lätt att få tag på om man hade några frågor om huset Kan varmt rekommendera detta huset om man ska besöka Los Angeles

My Family and I traveled to California from Washington, DC to celebrate my daughter’s Sweet 16th Birthday. She a rising actress (Alicia – The Man Monster Gospel Comedy Stage play). So instead of a big fancy party, I decided to take her to HOLLYWOOD – Celebrity Style! She loves the water/swimming, so the house we stayed in HAD TO have a pool. G’s house was perfect for our group! Prior to our arrival, G was very responsive and answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. Upon arrival, the code that I was sent to unlock the door did not work. I just took a chance and rung the doorbell. G answered immediately and gave me the new/correct code. The house was IMMACULATE and SPACIOUS! We were immediately in love. The layout and bedroom set up was PERFECT!!! We happily got settled into our space that we would enjoy for the 5 days. I had a few questions about a couple things and G responded immediately to my questions. I’d really wished he had a GUEST INFORMATION BOOK because I felt like, after several text messages, I was “bothering him” with my questions. G assured me that I was NOT and for me not to hesitate if I had ANY questions. After getting fully settled in, we were good to go. The home is in a nice neighborhood conveniently located near a grocery store, Dollartree (my favorite store), and Walmart. There are also several restaurants and gas stations nearby as well. My daughter and our family were really impressed and enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer. I hope this will be one of my daughter’s BEST BIRTHDAYS ever!!! The next time we visit California we definitely will be staying at G’s PLACE! It comes HIGHLY recommended. THANKS AGAIN G!!!
