Please know this is absolutely not the standard we expect or pride ourselves on, and we sincerely apologise that this impacted your stay in any way. Being located in a beautiful regional area does mean we rely on a dedicated team of local cleaners, and on this occasion it is clear our usual high standards were not met. The issues you have described, the spider webs on the deck, the outdoor furniture, crumbs and most importantly the condition of the sheets in the main bedroom, are completely unacceptable and we are genuinely sorry you had to deal with that, especially on what should have been a relaxing family getaway. We also apologise that you were unable to reach us at the time. We will be looking into this to ensure our contact process is clearer and more responsive for future guests. We have passed all of your feedback directly to our cleaning team and will be following up to make sure this does not happen again.
