When you book with us, you'll have access to all areas of the property, including both the Main House and the Pool House, allowing the property to sleep up to 17 Guests, this ensures that you and your guests have a comprehensive and enjoyable experience. Prepare to be spoiled with magnificent sunsets over Mount Edward from the back pool deck, and picturesque views of Lake Moogerah from the front deck. No expense has been spared on this exquisite retreat, which caters for young and old alike.
The property has been appointed with luxurious fixtures and fittings, as well as multiple indoor and outdoor living areas to entertain and relax.
As you arrive at the house you'll notice the beautiful front timber deck where you can take a seat and soak it all in before exploring the rest of the property and what it has to offer for both relaxation and fun.
Also equipped with an under deck full sixed sandpit for the kids to explore and create hours of fun.
Step inside and you'll instantly have your breath taken away, with luxuriously appointed facilities and modern amenities; we challenge you to think of a detail we’ve overlooked when planning the perfect stay for you.
Enjoy the fully equipped entertainer’s kitchen including an island bench and state-of-the-art appliances.
There’s ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout for your comfort year-round. Full laundry facilities: front load washer and dryer all powder supplied downstairs in the oversized 2 car garage.
A romantic marble bathroom awaits, with a feature bathtub and electric window allowing you to turn on or off the stunning mountain views as you please. Including all your luxurious bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are supplied.
The Main House features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeping 10):

Bedroom 3 - 3 Double bunks to sleep 6

Complete with ball pit including 7000 balls, full house internet connected Xbox gaming console, games, bean bags and so much more to keep our youngest guests entertained for hours in between swimming and other more adventurous pursuits.
Step outside to the deck and take a dip in the solar heated infinity pool (up to 26 deg) and heated spa (up to 38 deg), with pool towels also supplied for your convenience. *Temperatures will vary based on the season & weather.
In winter enjoy the hot stone sauna, for 6-8 people providing a very unique experience.
Multiple seating and entertaining areas allow for gatherings of all kinds, as well as poolside lounge chairs for relaxing with a good book, taking in the sounds of nature all around.
The expansive backyard boasts stunning views and offers an outdoor BBQ area and a fire pit for those cooler evenings. And if the weather is windy the front yard firepit is situated perfectly as an alternative.
There is an original/V1 Tesla charging plug on site, if you have a newer Tesla you will need an adapter.
This property is versatile and can perfectly accommodate families, couples, or large groups.
Please be advised that pets can be kept within the gated area around the pool, but please be aware that The pool area is only partially fenced around the sides of the infinity pool.
There is a grassed area behind the property that is available for your pet to roam but must be on a lead at all times and any mess made must be cleaned and disposed of.
Guest access
You have access to the whole property including inclusive use of the private pool, spa and sauna; you will not share with any other guests.
The rates shown on this listing are for the full house including exclusive access to the Pool house, which sleeps up to total of 17 guests. If you prefer to exclude access to the Pool House from your booking, please let us know at the time of reservation, and we will adjust the pricing accordingly.
Other things to note
This property is equipped with two external security cameras overlooking the driveway, pool, spa and general outdoor areas for general safety and property protection. Cameras are not actively monitored during your stay, and footage is only reviewed in the event of an incident. You will find these cameras on the Southwest corner Eaves at the front and back of the house. The cameras can only be moved remotely, and the cameras will move and/or reset position due to automated movement detection (i.e. If something like a bird flies by, the camera may revert to its original position). so please do not try to access or unplug any equipment. If you are found to have tampered with internet or security equipment/cords a fee will be charged for a technician to come out and fix the devices, remember we are regional so travel and call out fees will apply. Please just do us all a favour and please just don’t touch any of this equipment.

Lake Moogerah has peaceful blue waters and is an ideal destination for swimming, camping, boating, water sports and reconnecting with nature.
A popular location for boating enthusiast to go water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking, but please note you will need a permit to fish which you can get from the caravan park where your access to the lake is found.
The local area offers beautiful parklands and national parks to explore, with Mt Edward close by for hiking enthusiasts.
Take a walk across the dam wall; at 219m long and 38m high it’s ideal for sighting turtles and other wildlife.
There is a local café and general store close for any supplies you may need.
Moogerah Lake Houses are situated in a very relaxed, carefree community. However, we do have neighbours in close proximity, so we ask that you to consider your noise levels on weekdays beyond 10pm. Friday nights and weekends by around midnight please adjust your noise levels to suit the peaceful environment you’re in.
