Excellent Family Vacation

This space was perfect for our family of four. The proximity to the beach and the fun adventures around Kauai made for the perfect vacation. The VRBO was fully furnished with everything we needed and plenty of space to relax.

Great location

Four of us arrived before the rest of our 18 person family group, so needed a smaller place to stay to relax. This location was perfect for the four of us. Clean and walking distance to the beach and close to the airport to pickup the later arriving family member.

Kalapaki Beach Condo

This is one of the best 2 bedroom condos we have stayed in while in Kauai. We loved the location on Kalapaki Beach. The condo had most every thing we needed—from linens to towels to kitchen utensils.

This is a lovely nicely equipped apartment. Kalapaki Beach is easily accessed and there are delightful walking paths nearby.

Upon entering the first time we felt right at home. The management, cleanliness, location, views, easy access to the beach (resort and restaurants also) as well as the well-equipped kitchen were all above expectations. We highly recommend this property.

A great week!

This was a wonderful property with great views overlooking the water and a rainbow or two nearly every morning. It was also very close to everything one would need for a week long stay. It was also very well stocked with anything we might have needed with the sole exception of beach chairs.

Great Stay

The property was very clean, with a wonderful location. Very easy to get to the beach and lots of water/ beach activities to view from the deck. We were very pleased that our deck had a roof so we could stay outside no matter how much it rained. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The kitchen has everything a cook might want and more!

Lovely Condo and View

The condo was well laid out and having access to the Marriott property was wonderful. Awesome location especially for shopping/airport/Southside Activities. Great view to Nawaliwili Bay and Harbor and all the activities that provides. The condo was well supplied and even had a washer/dryer which was nice for an extended stay. The only thing of concern was the tv’s had spotty service and wasn’t available for the majority of the time.

Ideal Lihue location

Generously sized condo was perfect for the family. Proximity to a great beach is a plus. Close to Lawai Fish Market which is my favorite place to get food to grill or serve at the condo. The condo was appropriately stocked with all the utensils and dishes needed to make at home meals. We had to purchase our own bar soap but that is a preference and not necessarily a demerit.

Great location!!

We stayed here for our Thanksgiving week holiday thanks to our daughter who was playing in a volleyball tournament at Kalapakī Beach. The location could not have been better! AMAZING oceanfront view of Kalapaki Beach and the bay. We basically lived on the oceanfront balcony. The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed! It is literally a 4 minute walk down to the beach thanks to the cliffside elevator. There was also a great walk/hike along the cliffs across a golf course out to the lighthouse. The property manager was very attentive and had a new toaster oven for us when I mentioned that the original one was broken. We will most definitely return and stay here again next year for the annual beach vball tournament!

We stayed here for a week while visiting Kauai. The location was great - super convenient being so close to the airport, and its location on the cliff overlooking Kalapaki Beach made for great views and easy beach access via the elevator at the start of the street. The end of the street takes you to the Ocean Course at Hokuala golf course that has beautiful walking paths that we walked for a few miles each morning before the golfing started for the day. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were amazing, the kitchen had everything we could have needed (even a Brita water filtration pitcher in the fridge for drinking water). We were so grateful to have air conditioning and to have a washer and dryer - they were used frequently! Our favorite feature had to be the patio - it was so relaxing to sit outside and read a book while listening to the waves, we ate dinner out there every night and even grilled on the grill a few of the nights. Be aware though that if you are sitting out on the patio near dusk, you may be dinner for the mosquitos! They didn't deter us from the view, but we ended up covering up or wearing bug spray during those times.

Wonderful place to share with family.

Location for the island was perfect. Quiet and easy to find I was not aware of the 15 steps which might be a problem for some people. They may want to include that in the listing. We had a few questions and they were answered immediately.

wonderful vacation get away

This was a great spot and location for our group. We had plenty of time relaxing on the beach below and swimming next to sea turtles, which were also visible from the balcony. Easy access to North and South shore.... less travel time given the location of this rental. We would all choose this place again. Mahalo
