Stacy's rental exceeded every expectation that we had going into our family trip and I couldn't recommend it enough. We brought our little crew here to wrap up the summer, with two adults, two boys (7 and 8) and one grandma. The condo, property, and area had everything we needed and more to make great new memories and have an awesome trip. Super clean and true to the photos (if not better) with really comfortable beds and furniture, plus all the extras and luxuries of a high end hotel in a bigger space. The pillows were great, towels were soft and plenty, linens were clean, and the kitchen pantry is stocked with all the gadgets you'd need. Most importantly, the beach, water, and pool were amazing. The location is right on one of the best beaches in the area, and the trolley can take you anywhere up and down Siesta Key in a few minutes. We'll be coming back again! Also - kudos to Stacy for being so responsive and helping us get in a little early as soon as the cleaning crew wrapped up after we landed hours before check-in. It goes a LONG way with anxious kids. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! The unit was spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. One of our favorite features was the private spiral staircase from the balcony directly down to the pool. It made going back and forth so easy and was such a unique touch.The views of the beach are absolutely stunning, and beach access is just a short walk away. Siesta Key Beach truly lives up to the hype with its incredibly soft, cool sand. We also loved being able to walk to restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream parlors, and the convenient market right across the street, so we rarely had to drive.The Crescent building has great amenities, including a covered parking garage, two pools, BBQ grills, and easy beach access. The washer and dryer were incredibly helpful, and the unit even included beach towels, which was a thoughtful bonus. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were plush, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.Stacy was fantastic, friendly, responsive, and very communicative throughout the entire process. She made everything easy from booking through checkout.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to returning!

Grandchildrens first visit to the beach

The condo was very nice, clean and a perfect side for the 6 of us. We used the outdoor area every morning to start our day. Right on Cresent Beach (the nicest white sand beach in my opinion). The kids loved the combo of ocean, sand and pool. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful three-bedroom condo in Siesta Key! The space was spotless, bright, and thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of room for our group to relax comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals when we wanted, and the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds.The best part was the location—just steps from the beach with those soft white sands Siesta Key is famous for. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. The condo had everything we needed for the beach too, including chairs and umbrellas, which was such a nice touch.The property felt safe, quiet, and very well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with all the perks of a vacation getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Siesta Key escape!

Exceeded expectations!

My family and I just spent a wonderful week at the Crescent 202! The condo was even better than the pictures and it was immaculantly CLEAN! It was so much larger than we expected and completely updated! The beds and all the furnishings were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner is VERY responsive and was easy to work with. We have already booked for next year.

We were five adults and there was more than enough room for every one! Loved how it had three bathrooms for each room! Best Condo Unit in this Complex!

We travel a lot to Florida, and stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and I was really impressed with this unit! First of all, there's a lot of unit in this complex, but hands down, this unit is the best in the complex! It has its own private entrance to the beach rather than taking the elevator. It has amazing view, and extra seating outside compared to the other units. The cleanliness is amazing. I couldn't say enough things about this unit. The primary suite is gigantic. You wont regret renting from Stacy either. So accommodating!

Beautiful Siesta Key

We have been staying on this property for 8 years now (once and sometimes twice a year) and our kids consider this our 2nd home. This particular unit has gotten new living room furniture since we last stayed and was comfortable and beautiful. But overall we were disappointed as things are starting to show their age and things are in need of a tune up. The unit itself has seen a lot of wear and tear and could benefit from a deep clean of all floors, cabinets in bathrooms, and blinds(master bedroom). It desperately needs a fresh coat of paint, the bedding(king sheets didn't fit properly in the master and 2nd bedroom comforter smelled moldy) and towels have seen better days. There has been a change of cleaning company and hopefully things will get better but started our stay with things not as clean as should have been. The property itself needs some maintenance...beach loungers were very filthy and moldy and pool had a ring of dirt and grime around the top. Unfortunately we had smokers in unit 402 above us and their ashes floated down turning our balcony and steps into their ash tray. They also were smoking at the pool which isn't allowed. The Crescent has a wonderful location close to delicious restaurants and right on the most wonderful beach but not sure we will spend top dollar to stay there again.

We were very surprised by your comments but take them seriously. Regarding unit 202, it has one of the best update and maintenance records! In fact, during 2018 the unit had the following installed: NEW AC, NEW stove, NEW Dishwasher, NEW Washer & Dryer, NEW living room furniture, NEW patio cushions, NEW bed linens, and the tile flooring was polished and regroutted. Could not have asked for a better to stay. Stacy communicated everything very clearly. The proximity to the beach was great, and such a bonus to have beach chairs to use. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Place was very clean. The 2 outside areas were awesome, and the steps to go directly to the pool were a plus. Would highly recommend.

The property was very comfortable and well supplied. We did not cook or use the grill but our needs were well met. Very nice and bright condo. Coffee on the upper deck was a good start for our mornings.
