Kolea 1D at Kolea at Waikoloa

Kolea 1D offers a spacious lawn setting off of the lanai that is great for families with children.

The spacious great room has been nicely decorated with Hawaiian décor and artwork. The living area has a sofa and two chairs facing the entertainment center with a big screen LCD television and a DVD player. Also located in the great room is the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen is the dining table, which seats 6.

The large pocket doors open up off of the great room to access the spacious lanai that Kolea is known for. Here you will find a dining table with four chairs and lounge chairs. There is a wet bar with a stainless steel grill for your use also. The nice lawn area wraps around the lanai giving you a nice open feeling.

On one side of the villa is the master suite with a king size bed and bedside tables facing a chest of drawers with a wall mounted LCD television. There is a small lanai off of the bedroom for sitting. The attached master bath has dual vanities with a large walk in shower and a deep soaking tub. Next to the master bedroom is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a nightstand. The attached bath has a vanity with a tub/shower combo.

On the other side of the villa is another guest bedroom with a queen size bed with bedside tables. The attached bath has a vanity with a walk in shower.
