The condo was great with plenty of space and sleeping options, bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was updated and well-equipped but tight on space. The pool was nice. This condo is close to the hub of activities at the boardwalk. Our family really enjoyed staying here.

Great stay

Great location. Very well equipped. Elevator was great for luggage and person with disability. The fireworks can be viewed very well. We enjoyed our stay and made family memories.

Great place!

My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend and had a great time. The place was really nice with everything you need..from bikes to beach umbrella to beach toys. It is very convenient to the boardwalk and a short walk over to the park. We loved it.

Great location! Very beautiful & comfy home! Had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time. Galley kitchen was a little tight at times but plenty of cabinet/counter space.Michelle was wonderful and quick to respond to questions.Would highly recommend.

Carolina condo

The condo is so nice because there is plenty of room for a family of 8. It is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. We have stayed here twice and were very happy each time!

25th Year of family get together

Our stay was great. The rental was extremely clean which is a major plus for me. Steps from the beach and restaurants. Parking my car and walking to everything available is yet another plus. Hope to return next year.

Wonderful family vacation

This condo is in an excellent location.... close to the beach and restaurants. The layout was perfect for our family and it was very clean. Our family appreciated all the included amenities....pool, garage, beach chairs, kitchen tools, etc. We have enjoyed our beach vacation here the last two years and plan on returning.

2024 Carolina Beach Trip - Waterview Condominium's

Best location off the beach! Kitchen fully equipped for cooking-as a family we don't go out to eat, so having a full sized fridge and a fully equipped kitchen was important to us - did not disappoint!! The condo is secure, the pool was too much fun with our grandchildren, and the beach is only 1 1/2 blocks away.

A Perfect Rental

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and to the carnival and restaurants. We barely used our car all week. The beach access was easy and the pool was a perfect spot to cool off after a long beach day. The unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. The elevator came in handy for getting all of our stuff in and out. The kitchen is well equipped and the beach supplies in the garage were plentiful. No complaints at all! This is a wonderful rental!

Great family trip with small kids and seniors

Property exceeded expectations. No surprises. Exceptionally clean, well appointed and everything in good condition. Elevator was a plus. Owner very responsive. Great location, walk to beach, Lake Park, restaurants and boardwalk. Very nice little pool right next to the unit, used it everyday. Neighbors all very friendly. Entire premises clean and secure.

Okay

Cleanliness- unit was not left in good condition by prior renters and cleaning company hired by owners did not clean the unit to owners satisfaction or ours. We cleaned it the Monday after we arrived. Check-in process- check in time was 4pm. Cleaning company did not pull out of garage until 4:30pm. Accuracy of Listing - owners did not disclose active security camera located in garage to us in their emails and other VRBO communications. Communications - owners answered their phones and responded to texts about our concerns over unit cleanliness upon arrival.

Thank you for the honest review. When we heard about the way our condo was left after the cleaning crew was there we addressed the issues immediately. Although the cleaners did offer to return to make it right, you declined the offer which was completely understandable. We terminated the relationship with that cleaning company. My husband and I have cleaned it personally since then with no complaints. We met with a new cleaning company and so far so good. They have done an excellent job. As I mentioned to you in a prior communication I did forget to tell you about the security camera but it was not will ill intent. It was recently installed due to damage to our personal golf cart and some missing items. It is there for the guests and our protection. It is disclosed in our listing details and I have updated the check in information. I wish you could have experienced our condo the way it is intended. We go out of our way for our guests and have created quite a nice home away from home for vacationers. Thank you and we wish you all the best.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the condo and had a wonderful vacation! The location was perfect-everything was within walking distance that we needed. We rented a 4 & a 6-person golf cart-they fit nicely in the garage. As noted by the owner, the ice maker did not want to work correctly but we planned ahead and did not use it after the first day. We purchased ice from the ice box across the street from Stoked at the boat docks ($3.00 for a 20-pound bag). There were plenty of beach chairs (nicely hung on the walls), coolers, sand toys (in a bucket) and the grill in the garage. Plenty of coffee filters, baggies, foil, dish washer soap, hand soap and toilet paper - we brought some, just in case and left some to keep the supply going. We did move the spices to the cabinet above the fridge since we did not know how old they were or who's they were. The pool was clean and only a few steps from the garage - it looked small but the week we were there, it was never crowded. Mentioning the next 2 items just so the owner knows-not a big deal at all-the washer left little white things on your clothes after each wash (probably from sand not being shaken out of things first). We made sure to shake piece of clothing before putting them in the dryer as to not clog the dryer with them (maybe needs a service in the off season) we did wipe it out between each load. The beds sounded crunchy & you knew anytime someone moved. Thank you for sharing your condo with us & we hope to stay again soon!

Location Location Location! You can't beat being able to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, etc. Also, located just feet from a beach access and you can watch the Thursday night fireworks from the pool or lawn chairs in the driveway. Condo was clean and well equipped. Loved having an elevator and garage and came with all kinds of beach gear. The decor is a bit dated and the beds were queens instead of kings but that worked for our group. Owners are extremely responsive and helpful. Main downside is not private outdoor space (i.e., balcony or deck) where you can sit and have coffee or cocktail hour. And, grill was located at the pool and shared by the entire complex. So, it was really dirty and we were not sure there was any propane. Conclusion: we have a great time and would stay here again!

Better than expected

We had one issue with the shower Door but that was taken care of the owners were right on it the layout was perfect and the place is much bigger than we expected right in the heart of Carolina beach was able to walk to everything very easily hope to go back there next year

Perfect Carolina Beach Condo

Location was perfect! Peaceful complex with friendly residents and within a short walking distance of everything Carolina beach has to offer. Steps away from the Atlanta public beach access, Carolina Lake and the boardwalk!

Great Family Vacation Home

Beautiful home with plenty of room for a family vacation! Perfect location to enjoy the beach, walks around the lake, the boardwalk, Britts doughnuts and dinners and ice cream! Great spot to watch the fireworks as well. The pool is a nice spot to cool off after a morning on the beach. We are already looking forward to next year!
