DER WESTMOUNT CLASSIC. Superb Westmount Wohnung mit Kamin und großer Terrasse. Auf 2 Ebenen.
Historisches Zuhause. Frisch renoviert. Das Beste vom Alten und doch in perfektem Zustand. Geschmack, Stil, Luxus und Komfort in dieser Ferienwohnung in Montreal.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, ein bequemes Schlafsofa (Doppel) und einen großen Flachbildfernseher. Überall schöne Berührungen. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Tür, so dass es sich um ein vollständig privates Schlafzimmer handeln kann, wenn das Schlafsofa verwendet wird.
Es gibt einen Lernbereich, bereit für einen Laptop - Highspeed-WLAN, WLAN und Zugang. Wieder schön dekoriert.
Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett. Beide sind nach hinten gerichtet und völlig leise.
Die Terrasse blickt auf Hinterhöfe. Absolut ruhig und erholsam. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen.
Auf der zweiten unteren Ebene befinden sich der Essbereich, die Küche und das Badezimmer.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik mit einer Marmorplatte. Die Geräte sind aus Edelstahl oder schwarz.
Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen.
Das Badezimmer ist groß und verfügt über eine traditionelle kombinierte Badewanne und Dusche.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass in unserer Nachbarschaft kein Parken über Nacht auf der Straße möglich ist. Wir bieten einen Innenparkplatz an, der auf Anfrage gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr zur Verfügung steht.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Westmount. The location was excellent—quiet, residential, and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Montréal. The home itself is beautifully restored, with so much character, but updated in all the right ways.The owners were a pleasure to communicate with: responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful before and during our stay. The house was spotless on arrival and clearly very well cared for.A special mention for the shower—exceptional water pressure and temperature control, which is surprisingly rare in an older home and very much appreciated. The kitchen was also well appointed, with everything we needed to cook comfortably.Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained home in a great neighborhood. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

Awesome stay in Westmount

We had a wonderful stay in Patrice’s home in the Westmount area of Montreal. The space is conveniently located within walking distance to two Metro lines - Atwater (green) and Lionel Groulx (orange), as well as a short walk to a grocery store, drug store, and many shops and restaurants. The home was very comfortable and clean, and well designed. Patrice is the ultimate host - kind, responsive, and thoughtful. He met us upon arrival to show us how to access the garage parking space, which was so nice to have so we could just leave our car there and use public transit to explore the city. It was the perfect place for us and our two kids. I would highly recommend this place to Montreal visitors.

If you want a nice quiet fully kitted out beautiful house to stay in during a visit to Montreal then this is most definitely the place ! The property is exactly as described and in a lovely safe area close to a metro station. Montreal visit

Had a great time in Montreal which was enhanced by this property. Fantastic location just a couple of blocks from the metro, great restaurants and shopping (including an IGA food market). Property is quiet, clean and comfortable. Only note is that the bedrooms are on one floor with the living room and the bathroom is on the floor below with the kitchen. My wife and I are 70 and it posed no problem for us but for some it may be an issue. Patrice was a great host. He met us when we arrived and showed us how everything worked (great A/C by the way). He even showed me an app that allowed me to get data roaming for cheap. Way cheaper than my provider's plan. Bottom line - would we stay here again. Absolutely!

The principal objectives of my three-week stay in this lovely house were to escape the heat of May in Mexico and to spend time in a much-loved part of Montreal. Beautiful house, excellent insulation, clean and comfortable with a kitchen that has all you need. Home Sweet Home

This home exceeded all expectations. Our favorite was the beautiful garden kitchen, well-equipped with dishes, glassware, and cookware. The home's decor perfectly blends old and new with comfortable seating and beds, a fireplace, and state-of-the-art television, lighting, and ambiance. The house sits in a friendly neighborhood with access to everything. The IGA and our favorite Les5Saisons provide groceries. We had a good experience at Gentile Cafe (brunch on Sunday) and dinner at Gentile and Le Taverne sur la Square. We bought three-day metro tickets and used Uber to travel to/from the airport. The owners thought of everything. It was a restful respite and a great birthday celebration!

Our favourite family place!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was not only very clean with comfortable bedding, but it also boasted beautiful, hip decor and interior design. Patrice and Martin were incredibly kind, gentle, and engaged wonderfully with our kids. They offered excellent recommendations for both Montreal and local spots, giving us plenty of great options. Communication was always prompt and helpful, ensuring that all our questions were answered. The apartment had all the amenities we needed to live, cook, and relax comfortably. The location was beautiful and situated in a safe neighborhood, with the added benefit option of parking. We were also close to a fantastic playground for kids, and a short walk took us to bakeries, larger parks, running and biking paths, clothing stores, grocery stores, a market, and the water. Overall, our stay was superb and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Exceptional property and hosts.

From the moment I stepped into the apartment I could tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into creating an inviting space. Cool artwork and period details. Everything was clearly labeled, well organized, and immaculate. Like board games? There are several. Need an umbrella? They have you covered. Looking for a book to read? Check. I liked having the kitchen and bath on the bottom floor so us early risers don't disturb those that want to sleep in. The neighborhood is quiet yet only a couple blocks from a Metro station. Marty and Patrice were wonderful hosts. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat.

Short but Sweet

Our trip was short -- five days including two for travel -- and was a nice getaway for my family of four (two adults/two teens). Patrice was lovely and greeted us upon arrival as well as stayed in touch throughout our visit to ensure we were comfortable. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos -- quaint, well-appointed, comfortable, and in a convenient location. We enjoyed coming back to it after long days of exploring. Something we wished we had discovered earlier was Avenue Greene as my family prefers a quieter, village atmosphere that is city adjacent. This quaint street is very close, just take a left from the apartment and the first right at the light. It has a small collection of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, Italian bakery, cafes, and entrance to the underground Westmount Square complex, which connects to the Atwater Metro Station. For the first few days we headed right towards Rue-St. Catherine, Atwater Avenue, de Maisonneuve Blvd. No complaints as this area has all the above amenities and much more, but it is a bit more hectic with a downtown city atmosphere. Both are nice so it's down to personal preference. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Montreal.

Wonderful place to stay in downtown Montreal

Marty and Patrice were the most hospitable hosts. They thought of all the little details that made our stay so convenient (well stocked kitchen with everything we needed). This was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in and they made us feel so welcome. The location was excellent, near the metro and delicious bakeries. We loved the park around the corner with the splash pad for the kids. We would love to come back and stay here again someday.

The best VRBO we’ve ever rented!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It’s located in a lovely neighborhood, walking distance to everything you could want, including a metro station. The building is reminiscent of an old Montreal home, yet its updated, lovely, modern and classy interior relay a totally different vibe. Everything is top notch, from the furniture and other appointments, to the fantastic utilitarian kitchen and cozy interior, it’s everything you could want in a rental. You’ll feel right at home! The owners, Marty and Patrice were awesome, they were super communicative, and friendly. We were incredibly comfortable in this Montreal gem, we highly recommend it! Great rental especially for the price!

Perfect Montreal Apartment

Thank you to our wonderful hosts for an excellent stay. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is perfect for all kinds of adventures in Montreal. Westmount is a charming and peaceful neighborhood. It is walkable to most locations with easy subway access. We liked being a few steps outside the hustle of the city proper. We enjoyed the neighborhood vibe and felt safe. It is close to the grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. The interior of the apartment is beautiful. It is like Montreal, where the modern and ancient meet. The space is delightful and exactly what you see in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are located off the street and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large with a lovely strong, warm shower for after those long days of sightseeing. All of this would be enough in any VRBO but add in addition, Patrice and Martin are amazing hosts. They were there to help with questions, showed us around the apartment. During our stay, asked us how our trip was going. It is what I look for in a VRBO, a local to enhance your experience but not never intrude. They were that. I felt like they were invested in our trip, in making sure we had a great time. I hope you enjoy your stay in Montreal. I hope you are lucky enough to get to be hosted by Patrice and Martin.
