* Ab dem 23. September 2019 wird ein Poolbauprojekt durchgeführt. Bis zur Fertigstellung der benachbarten Eigentumswohnungen haben Hololani und The Valley Isle Resort zugestimmt, die Nutzung ihrer Pools und Poolbereiche mit allen im Royal Kahana untergebrachten Personen zu teilen.

Die Royal Kahana ist ein erstklassiges Resort am Strand auf halbem Weg zwischen Kaanapali und Kapalua entfernt. Unser Haus verfügt über 1287 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche mit Wrap-around-Veranda Präsentation unserer spektakulären Aussicht auf das Meer. Unser Hauptschlafzimmer am Meer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad, einen Fernseher, eine gemütliche Ecke mit einem bequemen Sessel für bequemes Lesen und einen eigenen Zugang zur Veranda am Meer. Habe ich erwähnt, unsere Lanai ist riesig! Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und einen TV.

Wir haben eine sehr große Wohnbereich, die alle Aussicht auf das Meer, ein Klavier, einen großen Fernseher, DVD, CD-Player und ein Klavier verfügt, wenn jemand dazu geneigt, zu unterhalten ist. Unser Speisesaal bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen und unsere Küche bietet alle neuen modernen Geräten mit viel Küchenutensilien und dann einige!

Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich in der Küche in einem Hauswirtschaftsraum für zusätzlichen Komfort. Und wir haben auch ein zusätzliches WC gleich neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet. Unsere zentrale AC System läuft COLD und wir haben zwei separate Einheiten, so können Sie nach Ihren eigenen persönlichen Komfort einzustellen.

Die Königin Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet die zusätzliche Betten für bis zu 6 Personen bequem unterbringen. Oder wenn Sie bevorzugen Bett Ferienunterkünfte liegen durch unsere Verwaltungsgesellschaft zur Verfügung.

Wir genießen eine ziemlich treue Wiederholung Kundschaft, die uns motiviert, unsere Einheit zu halten gut gepflegt. Wir sind häufig zu Hause, was uns dabei hilft, das Gerät in Topform zu halten. We loved this VRBO. It was the best place we’ve ever stayed. We spent most of our time there on the lanai. The only complaints I have is the bedroom nearest the ocean was way too hot for comfortable sleeping even with the fan on. We did figure out that it had its on thermostat but that didn’t make a difference. Second complaint is the furniture is super old & not comfortable at all; especially the couch! Get a new couch please!

Perfect for Whale Watching!

Our stay was for the 3rd week in January 2020 and we had a ring side seat for watching the whales frolicking right outside the condo. The condo was clean, and no signs of cockroaches, which was a relief. The pool was nice, too. Good location for trips to Lahaina and Kapalua. Would definitely re-book.

Short stay away

Just a short break frim everyday life in California. What an amazing property!!! View was spectacular. Home was clean fully decorated and amenities were top notch!’ I did not want to leave. Saw so many turtles but no whales this trip! But i will be back and hopefully stay here at 510 Royal Kahana!!’

Quick Family Trip from Vegas to Maui

This property looks exactly as listed. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue but the management company took care of it right away. We loved it so much, we rebooked for January to whale watch. My only complaint is that the birds leave their calling card on the balcony and in the house, so keep the screen closed😉

Paradise View!

We have stayed in lots of vacation rentals over the years but this unit by far has the most incredible view ! When I booked this vacation my two criteria were oceanfront view and good space. We got both and then some. My husband and I traveled with our three college age daughters . We were all comfortable and loved spending our evenings turtle watching and waiting for another amazing sunset. The only downside was that there is not a swimmable beach due to beach erosion and there is construction going on in and around the building. This just means it will be even better on the next visit. .

Hot Week On Maui

Condo matches the pictures but is very...very dirty. Major bug problem with ant and roach traps through out the entire condo. We counted and found 17 traps. We saw roaches every day. The condo is very dirty....it needs a major over all deep cleaning. I would not stay here again.

Dear Robert, We made immediate inquiries regarding your references and have been assured by our rooms inspection team that in spite of our efforts to eradicate pests we are as you pointed out still experiencing sightings. The property management is aware and have scheduled repeated pest control services and have assured us that increased frequency of treatments will be continued. Island wide we are seeing more of this activity due to the extreme weather conditions we have been experiencing. We do apologize if we fell short on any cleaning issues. We make it a standard practice to communicate and respond to any guest needs throughout the duration of their stay. Our records indicate you had communication with our office manager, but apparently no mention of any cleaning issues. Know that we would have acted immediately to correct any needs had we known.
