FAULTY ELECTRICALS When your group checked in, both the microwave and air-conditioning unit were working fine, both are in new condition. Unfortunately with recent power cuts on the island. We think these may have become faulty during your stay. A call directly to us during your visit would have been sufficient. We are now left to wear the costs of such damages. ROAD The public road leading to our property has several pot holes which is beyond our control, we like 100s of other locals are waiting in line for our Government to do the repairs. WIFI Iro Luxury Retreat has always offered a wifi Hotspot for which the guests are to purchase their own wifi packages. The Starlink had just arrived to the property that day and was going to be installed as a bonus for your stay, but unfortunately due to technical issues, we didn't set it up.
