Very spacious house. Private, clean and with a few additional extra comforts like nespresso coffee. Handy for Muri area and great snorkeling and supermarket very close by.

A Great Place to Stay – Perfect for a Big Whānau!We had a fantastic 10-night stay at this large and spacious holiday home in Titikaveka. Private, clean and well equipped, with extra touches, including a Nespresso machine and a generous supply of coffee pods. Bob’s a great communicator who provided all the pre-arrival information we needed and responded quickly to any questions. Thanks for arranging our airport transfers at short notice. A big thank you to the wonderful team who looked after the pool/outdoor areas, and to the team who did the servicing. Their attention was much appreciated. The only thing worth mentioning is that the local roosters make themselves heard! We got used to them after 10 nights, but light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Rarotonga.

Great place to stay for a family with kids. Nice quiet and relaxing with the pool. All the amenities provided as listed. Like a home away from home! We will be back. Really nice owner, great comms. Highly recommend any villa to stay at.

Private, lush, all you need.

Great house, lovely pool, clean and fresh, good kitchen, excellent showers good comfortable beds pillows and linen. A home away from home And Titilaveka is lovely for sea swims. Great host was kind to us. So grateful for this restful time.

Great property with everything you need for a family holiday.Appreciated the offer of groceries on arrival and double checking of flights.The BBQ gas bottle was replaced quickly on request.It can be a bit noisy with neighbours & roosters so recommend bringing ear plugs.

This house is amazing. Very large and spacious- the photos don’t show how large the space really is! It was nice having our own private pool for the holiday. Check in and out was super easy and the host called in the first night to make sure everything was good. The kitchen is fully functional appliance wise (which was good for us as we did eat at home at least half the time). The house had everything you could need- two bathrooms and clothes drying racks (handy as we swam somewhere every day of our stay). Nice quiet area with local chickens and roosters and a cuddly cat visiting. We hope to stay here again in future visits. We rented a car, and for this location would recommend others do too as it is not on the main road (great for us with small kids). The house had its own car park which was handy. The communication with the host was excellent, he sent all needed info beforehand and also offered to do a grocery shop to have food in the house on arrival. We could occasionally hear people in the other houses but it did not impact our stay at all- everyone very respectful of the beautiful space. This house isn’t near the busy areas of the island but that was perfect for us and when you have a car it doesn’t really matter as everything is close. The entire island is only 31km around and we cannot get back fast enough!! Thankyou Rob for an amazing stay!

Excellent property but

Great house and location but the first four days of our stay was very noisy from adjacent villas and after one particular very loud and long event we had to complain and even looked at moving elsewhere but nothing was suitable for the rest of our stayWe stayed in Villa 1 and the position of the bedrooms meant when the other renters used their pool etc we got all the noiseAfter we complained the noise level dropped and last few days were good tho unsure on wether the back Villas were rented
